Most of us are living on small frequent snacks throughout the day to curb sickness, cravings, or insatiable hunger.
So, what has your pregnant self been eating? What are your small frequent snacks consisting of? Any particularly healthy options or ideas you'd like to share?

I'm back to apples. They don't make me as nauseous. Bagels with CREAM CHEESE!!!! are a necessary evil lol @jeanbean15
Peanut butter is good right now too! I suck on jolly ranchers throughout the day to keep that nasty taste out of my mouth. Water is slowing becoming the enemy but nothing else liquid sounds good to drink. Not even chocolate milk anymore, which I LOVE!!!
Its so odd, with my daughter, I ate sweets CONSTANTLY even though pre-pregnancy I hated anything sweet. I'm wondering if this one is a boy since the cravings are so different.
I'm having a tough time staying away from ice cream, but that's not unique to pregnancy.
edited for typos
everyday though my nausea is worse than the day before. I'm somewhere between 6-7 weeks and had the doc call in a script for zofran today. I really need some food! 300-450 calories a day just isn't cutting it!
Our pantry is in a sad state after the move and I haven't had much for breakfast lately and I really need to eat throughout the day! So today I picked up strawberries, grapes, blueberries, and apples and I'm going to cut them all up and combine he juice from an orange and a lemon and some honey and mix it all up!! It's my favorite because it's in the fridge for snacking all day long and it lasts several days!! Normally I add poppyseeds too but the internet seems to be unsure about those while pregnant so I'll just skip them
This will probably all rot in my fridge while I'm eating all the bagels! I love the jalapeño and cheddar bagel from Einstein Bros (which is at the end of my gym parking lot... WTF!) ... so yummy!
DH and I were making breakfast this morning and talked about how our "French toast eggs" have been a lifesaver for getting our kids to eat protein. I also think they'll be my protein saving grace in this pregnancy. You get tons of protein and a cinnamon sweet breakfast (which is sometimes easier to stomach than other egg options):
(Serves 1)
4 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 tsp cinnamon
.5 tsp vanilla extract
.5 tsp almond extract
Cooking spray, butter flavor
Sweetener (we use stevia)
1. Mix all ingredients together, then pour into a pan. Make it into a “pancake” (cook one side in full then flip it over and cook other side) until fully cooked. You could scramble it, but it changes the pancake experience
2. Top with sweetener and/or zero calorie maple syrup and serve. Obviously, use a sweetener that you are comfortable using during pregnancy.
