What's your plan this week for meals? Any favorites?
This week I want to try these: Grilled Zucchini with Lemon, Garlic and Parmesan maybe with pork tenderloin or grilled chicken. Also doing broiled tilapia parmesan (happy to share recipe if anybody is interested) and probably spaghetti with turkey meat sauce.
One of our favorites is Spicy Sausage Pasta. To make it a bit healthier I do turkey smoked sausage, whole milk instead of cream (or half and half), and low- or no- sodium broth (like the author suggests).

MS hasn't hit yet, but saltines and hard candy helped me last time around. I also discovered that the "low sodium" saltines are terrible.

@GG620 That document is amazing. Thank you for sharing!!! I'm particularly appreciative of all those snack ideas!
Tues: Philly cheese steak sandwiches
Wed: wing night
Thurs: crab cakes and saffron rice
Fri: replica kfc bowls
Sat: walking tacos
I love how different everyone's weeks look for meals. It helps me think outside of my usual meals!
tuesday: Chicken and shrimp on the grill with asparagus and rice
wednesday: Crock pot pepperoncini roast with mashed potatoes
Thursday: Country ribs with potato salad
Friday: turkey meatloaf and mac & cheese.
My my favorite snack is the nature valley granola bars and root beer. Trying to slack off the root beer, I think it's the cause of most of my bloat.
