@kbamomma33 Weaning has been a huge saga this time around. My LO is really stubborn and refused to use a cup/bottle. Nothing worked. I tried different cups and bottles, left him with Grandma overnight, and tried only nursing him 2x a day and he would just hold out. So, now we're down to about every other day and I'm only letting him nurse long enough to take the edge off. So I've been shoving ice packs down my bra and taking Ibuprofen. Clogged ducts/mastitis are the worst!!!
@holly321 I'm down to 5-6 minutes every other day just to try to keep mastitis/clogged ducts away. I wouldn't mind nursing a little big longer if my son would use a cup, but he refuses.I have two other kids at home so I'm just ready to be done physically and emotionally.

Rant: I was in town doing chores this morning and someone asked me if I'd heard about a fire up my road, bu I hadn't heard anything. Lo and behold, when I got home there had totally been a grass fire at a neighbor's house right across the road from us! Luckily we have an AMAZING fire department, local fire brigade and a local state fire department, so it was out by the time I went by. Scary though!

@doxiemoxie212 As a kid I totally thought the same as YH that O's are like puckered lips and X's are like crossed arms hugging, but at some point I switched, apparently, because now I think x = kiss and o = hug. I do remember pondering it at length as a kid though...

@looeeze I get severe cramps maybe every 3 cycles, so I'll go a few cycles or normal cramping and then bam one will be really bad, I don't know of any rhyme or reason. I didn't think of going to see a doctor but now considering it. When AF shows up now it takes some worry away thinking I'm back to an actual cycle where previously I would go months without.
@AlyshaRoseh, I'll agree to check with your doctor about it. Could be endometriosis or something? You could also try our red raspberry leaf tea during your WTOs. It's supposed to tone your uterus and decrease period cramping in the next cycle. But of course, check with your doctor first.

Does anyone else bleed during ovulation? I know mine is extreme because I basically spot nonstop (and since I haven't Od yet and go on vacation July 19 I won't be able to do blood work this cycle... sigh) but anyone else bleed a bit or does this cheese stand alone?
@looeeze a little bit of bleeding from the egg bursting through the follicle is normal. My bleeding is like, way more than that tho lol. I've read online a small percentage of women bleed when hormones shift (like they do at ovulation) but who knows. I was hoping 7dpo blood work might be illuminating but I'll have to wait I guess. Sigh.
@looeeze lol no, I don't have any ovulation pain. I mean, I spot so much it's like a 7 day range of when I could've ovulated lol. Like, I still need OPKs, temps etc to tell. Woot!
@looeeze she did an ultrasound, everything looked perfect, so she agreed reluctantly to do blood work. Cd3 came back perfect. Can't do 7dpo this cycle since I'll be on vacation so I don't know. She thinks it's fine I guess? I mean, it's always been like this.
@AlyshaRoseh - I concur, I'd check with the dr if they are that bad. Hope you feel better asap tho!
