I took my 16 month old to the playground and went down the slide with her. It wasn't long at all but had two humps..I didn't think about it until afterwards but possible harm to the baby in the belly??
let me know if there is a thread that I should be posting this in!
TIA ladies!!

No harm to your fetus, but for the sake of your toddler, please don't go down the slide with them on your lap! Literally see at least one tibial fracture every spring from this. Little leg goes out the side, gets stuck, mom's weight keeps going, *snap*

One time at a church picnic (back when I was in college) a dad slide down with his 1 year old on his lap and the baby's ankle twisted. Turned out that it didn't break, but it was a bad sprain and very bruised because the slide on it (curly slide). Poor baby cried so much, it definitely made me never ever want to slide with my DD on my lap.
Definitely don't do it mama's!
ETA: because remembering the other parenthesis is hard. Can I blame it on being pregnant?
