@momma6angels11 When my ET was at 11am I took my AM endometrin before the appointment but I had to take another one after ET because he said half of it came off after the transfer. I did take the valium because it made me relax aside from full bladder discomfort.
@momma6angels11 My doc's office said to take my Crinone as usual the morning before my early afternoon transfer. Warning: they then flush your cooch out with water before they do the transfer, and it's not a pleasant sensation to have water gushing out of you.

AFM, I broke down and POAS this am and... nada. Stark white. Not even the faintest of faint lines. I'm trying to tell myself it's too early -- 5dp5dt, but i'm not feeling optimistic.
@momma6angels11 Glad its getting close for you! Sorry OH wont be there! My RE never offered valium and I had to (TMI) pee so badly that i doubt i wouldve been calm either way.

I got my BFP this morning! I POAS yesterday and thought it was negative at first because the line was soo faint. I broke the strip out of the container (A FRER) and it got slightly darker over time. I was convinced this was an evap line, so I took 3 different brands of tests this morning and all came back (faint) positives. I'm cautiously optimistic as I've never had a positive before, so I hope this is the real thing!! FX for many more BFP's on the board

@momma6angels11 thanks for keeping me in your thoughts regarding the crinone, my nurse said to take both Estrace and crinone on transfer day at the usual time, if I remember correctly. I'll probably call to double check. No Valium for me, and I probably wouldn't take it...but im not a doctor and every situation is different and calls for different protocols so I'd probably double check to see if it's really necessary...
Everything went well at my lining check! RE seemed to be really pleased with my lining at 9.6 and low progesterone. I finally got my transfer date!! It's next Saturday June 24th, yay!!
Today I start with the crinone too, wish me luck haha jk. These meds are cake compared to the IVF cycle....
Off topic, but I went to an awesome Billy Joel concert last night! Had a great time haven't gotten home past midnight in a while haha

Afm, I'm just getting back from a 3 day camping trip in Northern Michigan. So relaxing, and easy to ignore TWW while swimming, kayaking, and grilling marshmallows. However, I woke up this morning and it feel like my period is going to start. It is way too early for that or for symptoms, so I know it's just the PIO... but damn, what a mindf***!
i think I need to call my fertility clinic Monday morning because I have a question that is bugging me. My embryos where frozen at 4cell day 2, when I went to ET they were 6cell... does that mean they are Day 3 or Day 2.5? If the are Day 3 and only 6cell, is that bad? Not that any of it really matters... just things I get to obsess about now that I'm sitting around cleaning from out trip
@cowboycorgi how long do you think you will hold out before poas? About your ? To fertility clinic..im not sure but i do believe after they are thawed and washed they do begin to grow again..so i would think that would be a good thing..
@momma6angels11, I'm torn between waiting until the day before beta or to test daily starting Wednesday so if it is negative I can still be hopeful and let it slowly sink in with each day...

Girls, I'm pregnant! I guess Saturday was just too early to test. I tried it again yesterday evening, with one of those cheapo "dip the stick in the cup of pee" tests and it looked negative to me, so I sadly told my husband. He dug it out of the trash (!! also: ew) and there was the faintest possible line there. This morning I took another test and again: very very faint line. We're thrilled! But also cautious, because (TW) last February I got a BFP after an IUI and ended up miscarrying at 7 weeks. But this time at least we know the embryo tested PGS normal, so I'm trying to be optimistic.
Beta tomorrow! Going to a lab near me rather than making the trek into the city. The downside is I don't know when I'll get the results.
Hoping for lots more positive news on this board in coming days and weeks. How was the lining check, @momma6angels11 ?
~~~TW~~~ So I've had a rough weekend and tried to just stay off of here and not even think baby. I spotted on Friday and did not feel well Saturday like crampy all over. And very emotional for the slightest things. Cried myself to sleep last night cause I really didn't want to go in for testing today I just didn't want that BFN again. Well it wasn't my Beta was 721. I go back Wed for another test and us will be in 2 weeks. She wanted to schedule it but I didn't want to genx it. She said it sounds like I've been dehydrated this weekend and this summer is going to be very hard on me. I will need to wear my compression stocking as soon as I can get a new pair ordered.

@Hopeful_mom, I ended up calling my nurse to get more info even though it wouldn't change the outcome. I just needed to know Day 2 or Day 3 for my out peace of mind. Ends up they are 2.5 Day embryos, frozen at 4 cell and started dividing within an hour after thaw. So you are right, nothing bad about them growing. I just have to keep my FX for them! How are your 4 doing? Any updates today?

Question for those who have done FETs before, and warning -- gross-out/TMI ahead, so please skip if you're feeling queasy:
Yesterday, a full week after my FET, I noticed some... stuff... when I wiped. It's not just the Crinone that's coming out (that I'm used to), but it's dark in color... almost black [shudders]. Is it possible that is old blood from the FET that is just now working its way out? I suppose there is some bleeding that must happen with the FET, given that they are inserting a catheter through the cervix into the uterus, right? I noticed more of it today and it is disquieting, to say the least. I am currently awaiting my beta results... had the blood taken at a lab this morning. Grow, little embryo, grow!
OMG! So many BFPs!!! I'm so happy for everyone! And hoping the Fertility Gods are smiling down on each and every one of us for healthy babies in Feb/March!
AFM, I had my final monitoring appt today...very excited about the prospect of a break from the ultrasound wand...and my lining is at 10.5 mm so we are not changing any meds and good to go for transfer on Monday. DH and I are super stoked!!!
Cowboycorgi - I don't think cell # on day 3 is either 'good' or 'bad' per se. I had a 7 cell and 9 cell transferred in April and got a BFN. Our others were 4-5 cells with the exception of a second 7 cell and 3 of those grew to be 6 day blasts.
@Stairbear another great beta!! Im so happy for you and all these bfps!! When do you go back for your second beta? @i-wanna-b-the-girl-w-most-cake im getting excited for you as you near closer to your transfer.. I hope everyone is doing great!!

*TW* So I emailed my RE yesterday (I am very fortunate to have her email and that she checks them on the weekend!) and told her I was getting positives and asked if I could come in today instead of tomorrow. Thankfully she indulged me and my beta was 125! I go back on Thursday for follow up.

Question for those who have done FETs before, and warning -- gross-out/TMI ahead, so please skip if you're feeling queasy:
Yesterday, a full week after my FET, I noticed some... stuff... when I wiped. It's not just the Crinone that's coming out (that I'm used to), but it's dark in color... almost black [shudders]. Is it possible that is old blood from the FET that is just now working its way out? I suppose there is some bleeding that must happen with the FET, given that they are inserting a catheter through the cervix into the uterus, right? I noticed more of it today and it is disquieting, to say the least. I am currently awaiting my beta results... had the blood taken at a lab this morning. Grow, little embryo, grow!
with my previous pregnancy (fresh IVF) I had brown spotting around the time of beta. Doctor said it is normal, and probably just from implantation.
Ive never had bleeding from any other procedure that has a catheter into uterus (mock transfer, hsg, or shg)
as as long as it isn't accompanied with sharp cramping, or bright red blood, I would stay calm and maybe notify your doctor.

AFM, I had my final monitoring appt today...very excited about the prospect of a break from the ultrasound wand...and my lining is at 10.5 mm so we are not changing any meds and good to go for transfer on Monday. DH and I are super stoked!!!
@i-wanna-b-the-girl-w-most-cake im getting excited for you as you near closer to your transfer..
