@kristenk727 I'm right there with you! I used to be able to do some yoga stretches to relieve the pelvic pain/soreness but now it's basically just constant no matter what.
I woke up at 4:30 with radiating pain on my lower left side just like when I had excruciating RLP a few weeks ago. Luckily it hasn't progressed but I'm trying to take it super easy.
A lot of RLP. I've been wearing a belly support band yesterday and today which has helped some but I feel like I can barely walk at times. Of course I'm working in a hospital most of this week that requires so.much.walking. I should just start using the rolling walker that I carry with me, LOL
Early (for me) mornings. My body is just not letting me sleep in anymore... but the odd thing is it's been coupled with me being extremely chipper. Like, I wake up feeling like Mary Poppins. I was so chipper the other day that my H (who is not a morning person) had to tell me to tone it down because it was kinda annoying.

Stiffness. My whole body feels stiff (but mainly in the joints). On top of that my carpal tunnel in my right hand really flared up over the weekend, and I couldnt use my right hand for a while. Its better now, but I am SOOO not a lefty!

Back pain. I'm trying to do various exercises recommended in books by PTs and midwives, trying to keep my core strong.
Baby has turned into Little Miss Squirmy. If I move to get her away from my ribs, my back hurts, so it's just getting harder and harder to get comfortable.
My shins and feet by the middle of the day! I swear my feet turn into potatoes!

So, actually, anybody got back pain solutions for the workplace? I have a footrest and a decent enough office chair but it's just not cutting it today. Part of the problem is that I have short legs and the seat back doesn't move far enough forward to really give me lumbar support. Any ideas short of bringing in pillows from home?
@DeansGirl14 I have a blanket at work (normally I'm super cold) and I roll that up behind my back. I also try to work at the standing desks, or stack stuff up at mine, so I can stand for part of the day.

@BlackNYellow I have a support band that I thought was helpful during the second trimester. At this point, I feel like my belly is just so big and heavy that my band does nothing to support it anymore. If anyone else has recomendations for a band that still works, I'd love to hear them!
I've been experiencing lightning bladder. Quick jabs to the bladder when it's full that sends pain down thru my urethra, and almost makes me pee myself. Ouch. wondering if this means she isn't head down anymore and she's kicking me. Maybe it's punches or a head butt? Lol
@belmont1785 I am having the worst leg cramps. I am getting up nightly to walk them out and it is taking longer and longer to make them go away. I am going to mention it to my doctor this week because it is getting so bad.
@shyviolet I had an appt yesterday and told my doctor and she just shrugged it off. She said it's a common symptom. I'm on my feet all day for work and I think that's aggravating it. She told me to try to take more frequent breaks to put my feet up. (Nearly impossible at my job but I'm going to try) Hopefully your doctor will have some better suggestions
Not really a "symptom" since it's not something I feel but I'm starting to see a very faint linea nigra starting under my belly button. I had one with DD that remained under my belly button and it had gone away.

@bumpybump I have had that line going all the way up my belly now for at least a month! My DH thinks it's great.

My belly button is still an innie as well. My MIL told me that the line was what told her she was having boys, and asks almost every time I see her if I have one. No line on my belly, so now she is wondering if its really a girl, despite us showing her the potty shot we got at the 20 week US.

@littlebug2010 I obviously have a little girl and had it on half my belly. I know people who had boys and got it up their entire belly and then those that didn't get it at all. So, your MIL is obviously full of crap! I read about 75% of pregnancies get it.

@bumpybump I know she is totally full of crap! She has said all sorts of things about how drastically different my pregnancy is from hers (she had two boys), and thinks that becuase of that, I must be having a girl! I think its funny!

@tova24 I have some on my boobs from former weight gain and loss, and they have faded, but never gone away. I put coconut oil on them, but they seem to just fade on their own. Not sure if its any different from tummy ones.

+1 on linea nigra, but from my belly button (still innie) downward. It actually goes around my belly button. It looks like a nearly-healed bruise! Like, yellowish.
@PinkPrincessPiper do your stretch marks go away or fade? And do you do anything special to them?
Yes, they fade everytime, but they don't go away. I just use lotion if I get itchy, but nothing specifically for stretch marks. Thankfully, even though this is my 4th, mine aren't nearly as bad as they could be.
I had the linea nigra on the bottom half with DS. No sign of it this time. A few stretch marks on my hips. I have a very deep innie, so I don't look for my belly button to pop this time as it didn't last time.
