@momma6angels11 I KNOW! Im working through Saturday (I am a retail executive so there's no such thing as downtime) and am taking the two days after transfer off to just relax. Now to just wait until the hospital calls tomorrow with the time!

I'm two days away! Heard from the clinic bright and early this morning that my transfer is at 1:15 on Monday. I'm supposed to slowly drink a liter of water in the hour beforehand. My acupuncture is an hour and a half before the transfer.

I'll be sure to drink a glass or two of going-out-of-business wine tonight and tomorrow night!

@hoping10 congrats! That's super exciting. It's great to see this month is off to a fantastic start. I hope the BFP's keep coming.
@thucks sorry to hear about your 3rd embryo. FX the two you transferred settle in and the 3rd will be a moot point. I can't believe you were literally making the decision on how many transfer when they already had the catheter in your hooha!!
@stairbear so close!! I'm also doing acupuncture before and after the transfer. I love my acupuncturist and she helps me to stay calm

@cmiller73 did you get your time yet? Mine will be at 12:15.
I had a lining check this morning and the doctor said it was looking "nice and fluffy" just the way she'd hope that it would look. So I'm keeping my FX that the embryo they transfer agrees and settles in nicely

Greetings ladies! I had a BFP after today's beta reading! I'm excited! After a fresh BFN, a frozen BFP ending in miscarriage at 6 wks! This one I hope and pray is sticking around for the long haul!!

Hi Ladies! Sorry to intrude here, but I'm new on these boards and in need of some support. I just went through my first IVF cycle in April (I'm 30, with apparently no issues and my DH is 41 with Azoospermia). The whole experience was difficult and intense to say the least! I got super bloated, risking OHSS, and was in a lot of pain bc of the stim meds, so my RE decided to do a freeze all

On the bright side, I did end up with 6 frosties (out of the 25 eggs retrieved).

Anyhow, I'm now prepping for a FET, which will hopefully happen towards the end of June (23-25).

I had my baseline US on June 6th, and the nurse called me to let me know the results. At first, she said that everything was good and the doctor gave the go ahead for me to continue prepping for the FET. However, she then said that my ovaries grew a bit and are 'medium' sized and there is still some slight risk that the cycle might get cancelled. Of course, that made me feel really depressed

I was wondering if anyone has had to cancel a FET cycle because their ovaries were too enlarged or due to OHSS risk, or any other reason?

Is anyone else doing a transfer end of June?

QUESTION FOR ALL!!

Trying to figure out my own calendar here hopefully making it to FET after this ER, how long after you get your AF was your transfer? I believe I'll be doing a medicated cycle. I've never done BCP before so not sure whether i would be given that or not. Any info is appreciated - thanks!

colette18 still waiting to have an FET but just wanted to wish u luck! Hoping to have my FET in July after this round of IVF...hopefully!!

@Hopeful_mom, I will have transfer 18 days after AF (or CD 18)

@colette18, this is my first FET, so I can't give advice. FX they don't have to cancel this cycle and your ovaries stay healthy!

Thanks @Cowboycorgi, the idea of another cancelled cycle really sucks, but on the bright side it's summer and we're planning on going to Italy in Sept!! Gotta try to stay positively distracted haha... When is your transfer scheduled for?

@Hopeful_mom for some reason it didn't post my full reply! The standard protocol at my clinic for FET is two cycles. I had my ER on May 1st. After my first AF, I was on BCP for 3weeks. Then another AF came. Now I'm on 3weeks of Estrace to build my lining for the possible transfer at end of June. Your clinic should give ya a calendar of some sort too

Glad you are joining us..if you look thru on page 6 there is a link for everyones info on their fet..im not sure how to post the link.. mine will be the 21st and there are two that are on the 26th as far as i know those are the end of the month ones..

@momma6angels11 I'm feeling fine. I traveled a little this weekend getting ready to drive back home in a few hrs. I did my PIO shot on Friday in a white castle parking lot and must have hit a vein. Blood was gushing all over the side of the car lol now I have a big o bruise on that side. Not sure if I will do my PIO on that side tonight.

@thucks im glad you got to travel this week and you are feeling fine!! Yeah i definitely wouldn't do it on the same side tonight.. when i did my ivf cycle i always changed sides..i remember when i hit a vein ..it hurt worse and left a bruise and a big knot so i had to do my shots in a different spot on that side.. also..lol... the places we give ourselves shots..

@momma6angels11 we're pretty close in dates, it looks like my transfer will be between June 23-25. I'll know more next Saturday 6/17 after my midcycle US. I wasn't able to update the sheet tho, feel free to add me

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone! Despite drinking 20 oz of water beforehand my bladder was somehow still not full enough!! I think I must have been dehydrated since it's so hot here. I'm a little worried about the embryo placement since they didn't have the best view of my uterus, but the doctor didn't seem concerned. Hoping my embaby is in the right spot though

@cmiller73 how was transfer for you?? Congrats on being PUPO!!

@colette18 awesome!! I go on the 16th for my lining and bloodwork and again on the 19th then transfer on the 21st.. i haven't been able to add myself either someone else did it for me..

@kaseycoco that happened to me when i had my fresh transfer, but they made me drink more water..and it took regardless of the lack of water.. been stalking this board all day waiting for you and @cmiller73 updates.. congrats to u both..when is your beta?

Thanks to everyone for the positive thoughts, today went well!

@kaseycoco mine was smooth... my bladder was massive and the embryologist was super happy hahah "great job with the bladder! It's an easy straight shot!" Left with before and after pics and everyone seemed happy with placement. Now to keep even keel and chill til beta. The 21st seems forever from now! Congrats to you too on being PUPO

colette18 thanks for the info its interesting how many different protocols there are!! I'm sure I will get a calendar but I first have to get through this IVF cycle which shall hopefully be soon as I just did my trigger and ER on tuesday woo hoo!!! I"m so ready to be done after 4 back to back cycles...now on to the good stuff

Just trying to plan ahead to see if its actually going to happen in July as AF should be showing up in June...

@momma6angels11 I swap sides for all my meds too. I ended up doing my rt side again outside of the bruised area. I must have been in to much of a hurry Friday and hit the wrong spot. Last nights shot was done at a rest stop. I tried to park the furthest spot away from everyone and semi secluded and of course as I'm doing the shot someone pulls up. I'm always afraid someone will say something like I'm a junky or something. It went in just fine no bruising or soreness at all. yay!!
Ok let me catch up here. @cmiller73 and @kaseycoco Congrats on the transfers this weekend. @cmiller73 Good job with the bladder I'm usually way to full and have to "relieve" some of it before hand. @kaseycoco all I can say is trust you RE with the placement. I'm surprised they didn't have you drink a little more and hang out before the transfer.

@hopeful_mom I had my period after ER may 1 and started bcp, stopped bcp may 10 got another period may 13 and had my transfer june 2.
@momma6angels11 I'm feeling good, just super tired. like sleeping on the couch at 8pm tired. I don't remember the exhaustion starting this early last time but I'll take it!
@thucks I'm sorry about hitting a vein, ugh!!
@cmiller73 and @kaseycoco congrats on being PUPO!! when are your betas?

I went for my beta this morning at 8, just awaiting that phone call....
