@momma6angels11 Day 3 begin estrace (about 4 days of 2x a day and 4days of 3x a day). Friday before my Wednesday transfers begin- 1 1/2 ml PIO, Medrol for 7 days, and azithromycin 1x. PIO and estrace 3x a day continue after transfer.

My protocol is estrace 3 pills twice a day and one vaginally, crinone gel twice a day, one low dose aspirin, 500 mg of metformin twice a day and prenatal vitamins. Before my transfer I took all of the above but I also took Keflex twice a day and Medrol at night
Just got my beta back and it's not good. At 9dp5dt it's only 50. I know there is always a miracle of a chance but I'm accepting where this will likely end. Good luck to all of you as you continue on this path. I hope you all find your thb.
@lynn2003 I totally get the disappointment. I am sorry the number wasn't more reassuring. While I know it's low, I have always heard/understood from docs that 50 is what they want to see. I think it was @kris031409 who started us off with her beta test and it was 73 on the same day (9dp) and her pregnancy has progressed nicely.
I will hold onto hope for you and keep you in my thoughts.

@lynn2003 what makes you feel it's low? I go for beta tomorrow and from what I've read, as long as your next one shows an acceptable increase, you should be good! Don't lose hope!
lynn2003 i know its not as high as you were hoping but it could just be late implantation too...you're not out at all! Friends first beta was 42 and she just had a beautiful baby girl, hoping yours doubles for you!

Thanks for the encouragement @Angelaag and @Hopeful_mom they just told me it was on the low side and so of course, I just dropped. I'm afraid to get my hopes up and have them crushed. What really stinks is I can't get my second beta until Monday.
lynn2003 I did start with 73 on 9dp5dt (well, it was a day 6 blast). I went in for my second beta and was told I was crazy for being disappointed with the 73! I just had my second u/s on Tuesday and I'm measuring 2 days ahead, saw and heard the heartbeat, everything looks great! Do you go for your second beta on Saturday? The wait between first and second betas was the worst for me. I had got my first positive test at home at 4dp5dt, so I really thought it should have had enough time to be higher by 9dp5dt, but as long as it's doubling, you're all good! Good luck on your second beta!

@kris031409 unfortunately I don't go back until Monday because of the weekend. That's almost cruel. You're story gives me a bit of hope. Congrats on a great ultrasound. That's amazing.
@lynn2003 I'm so sorry you're feeling down about the beta. My docs had always said they were looking for betas 50+, so you're right there! Try to remember that the doubling time is more import than any starting number. I know it's impossible, but try not to get too deflated or count it out yet. Hope you can stay preoccupied over the weekend until your repeat test. We're here for you and sending you ALL the good vibes
@momurph thank you so much for your kind thoughts. I'm really trying to keep an open mind. It's especially frustrating when I take an hpt and it's darker than yesterday, grrrr. There's just no other word but cruel.
Ladies, I need hope and prayers. Started bleeding this evening. Bright red, slight cramps. Called after and doctor said come in tomorrow for first ultrasound. I know theres a chance it's ok, but i feel terrible not knowing. I worked on my feet the lady two days. 6w1d today:-(

Update - first of all you guys are amazing! I really appreciate all the good thoughts and prayers. Just left the office. There's good news and not-so-great news. Good news first- baby is right on track and we got to see the heartbeat today. Looks like a little tiny blob. Bad news is there is a very large clot sitting on top of or around the sac. It's not considered an SCH just yet, it is a retro placental bleed. She thinks it could absorb and we will check again in one week. So, we are excited but hesitant& have to get an update once more growing happens. But hopefully no more bleeding happens. Again thanks for all of your support. Let's have a great Friday.

I just got a call from the nurse & my beta was 346! I'm thrilled! She was too!! I am currently inserting endometrin 3x/day and Estrace 1x/day as well as swallowing Estrace 2x/day so the nurse was going to talk with doctor about plans for upcoming future and meds and call me back! Thank you for your alls happy thoughts!! Fingers crossed for the rest of you!!!
@JESSABER0414 How frustrating. I am so sorry for the uncertainty, but thrilled you saw the little bean where it's supposed to be! I will continue to keep you in my thoughts and am still hoping for the best!
For you ladies who have had a positive test / how far along are you? I haven't talked to nurse again but when researching it's coming up with different "calculators" to use and they're different dates some of this is very new to me!
