I wore maternity leggings to my last OB appointment. No shame. I didn't want to put jeans on, and they were so comfy. But i wore a nice top and shoes...and I am in the same boat with your confession about leggings as well.
I'm wearing legging and a t-shirt right now. The thought of putting on pants later today is causing me unneeded anxiety right now. I may or may not just throw on a long sweater over it and call it a day.
Also, I just made chocolate chip banana muffins and I am currently working on my second one. I'll probably go for three after this. Four? Possibly (probably). It's bananas.. they are healthy, right?

Athleisure is super "in" in my city. So everyone runs around in leggings. It's a trend I'm definitely okay with b/c it's soooo comfortable.
I am so proud of you ladies who went out in leggings. I'll be honest, once upon a time I was a "leggings aren't pants" person. Then I wore leggings to go the store once. And then I wore them again to go grab food. And then I decided "pants" is a social construction and leggings are totally pants. Now I wear them to work and I tell myself they are totally appropriate business casual attire.

I totally used the I can't do the dishes because I got a manicure this week. I don't feel guilty about it because I've been cleaning up after my brother and his two kids all week at my mom's house and I'm tired of it. Plus all the dishes but a knife and a 9x13 are his.
Today was the last day I shave my lady bits. Its too hard, I cant see. I ended up cutting myself really bad. Full bush until after baby is born. Googling how to get blood out of carpet makes me feel like a serial killer. I wonder if im on some sort of watchlist now.
Leggings are basically the new yoga pants! I love mine!
@labby18 and @DPandMB you guys just made me feel so much more normal. I switched to working part time and still can't get through the day without wasting lots of time on my phone and Internet.
@Incandescent I may join your club soon. I keep trying, but I can't see down there and am regularly bloodying up towels and my underwear and everything!! I'm basically just punishing myself!

I am totally side-eying some friends of mine who are getting rid of their dog. They got the puppy a few months ago, knowing that they would be having baby number 3 soon. Now they want to get rid of the dog because it will be too much to handle when baby 3 gets here. No joke. They should have thought of that before they got a dog. It's not like you just learned they're pregnant. I'm super judgy of people who get rid of pets.
@bridge-and-wall You wouldn't believe how many people asked us when we were getting rid of our cats before DS was born. Two of our three cats were family for almost 8 years before we got pregnant with DS1, and I was shocked by how easily people thought we would just toss them to the curb.
These people genuinely thought our cats would curl up on DS (bc he was warm) and smother him. We always kept an eye on the cats and made sure DS wasn't left unsupervised with them when he was really tiny (the cats loved sleeping in the lower part of the PnP while he was in the napper up top), and it was never an issue.

FFFC: I made my DH use the trimmer on me last weekend. Not a shave shave, but short enough that I wasn't embarrassed at my vaginal US today :P
Another FFFC. I totally judge the hell out of people who speed thru school zones. Like harshly. Very harshly. We live in an extremely small town, there's one elementary and one junior/senior high. The street in front of them is 20 mph ALL THE TIME no matter what time of day it is or what day of the week or even if it's the middle of summer. There are tons of parks around, and there are always kids on the playground. People speed thru there all the time and it makes me SO MAD. Even regular school zones where it's just 20 in the after school hours. I still judge you if you speed thru there. Not even sorry.

I live right by the elementary and middle schools and the other day I was driving to pick up DD from school and it was flashing 25 mph. So I slow down and some jackass gets right up on my ass. I slammed on breaks and went down to 20mph the whole way.
UPDATE-- I didn't put on a long sweater. My legging covered butt is still hanging out and I have no shame today. I'm pregnant. I dare you to say something to me. Haha
Spiders don't bother me but DH hates them so I have to get rid of them when he finds one. When I see a spider inside I'll only kill it if it's easy to reach (unless he's home then I'll get it). There has been one hanging out on the ceiling all day so I've been leaving it alone.
I become paralized if there is a large spider (larger than a quarter) or see one of those crickets that look like spiders and JUMP. I was home alone when one was on my couch, I watched it from about 20 feet away to see where it was going, then had DH tear the living room upside down until he found it and it was dead.
FFFC. I drink Deathwish (strongest coffee made) coffee still. FI makes me bulletproof when I'm down and I make sure it's only 3oz of brewed and watered down but it is sooo goood.
In keeping with the other food indulgence posts: We had ice cream sundaes at work today (kids had a half day and my department helped provide the ice cream during teacher lunch time) and I had two pretty sizable servings. And a cookie.
I went to my favorite deli for lunch- they know me there, I got all the time because you can get a pound of pasta salad for $4.50. They threw in a half pound of potato salad for free because it's Friday and "obviously the baby needs it." Being friends with the people who control the carbs is not a bad thing.

That can hurt her you know." Uhm. Thanks for the concern. Buuuuuut I leaned over with DD1 and yeah she turned out ok... 35 second shoe tying with a 5 minute lecture major side eye today. H's family is anti-diet/low fat anything. And they like to devote about 20 min of every family gathering to discussions about the evils of artificial sweeteners. And continue to feign surprise that I drink Diet Coke. This has gone on for SEVEN YEARS. I'm like- dudes, I drink Diet Coke. Drop it.

Oh, DD used to get the WORST hiccups. You could see it from the outside, but only when I was much further along. She still gets them, and every time she does, it makes me smile
