I think I would look at your family tree. A mn is a great way to honor someone in the family or simply have a since of continuity. Don't feel constrained to only use feminine names-- look at surnames too. I think a name like the following has a lot more depth than just picking a one syllable, non meaningful filler name. (People used to use Ann, Lynn, Leigh, etc. Now they pick Mae, Belle, Sage etc)
Rosalie Hayes Rosalie Forbes Rosalie Sullivan Rosalie Gray Rosalie Cantrell
These names are just examples...find one that is meaningful to your family (your maiden name? Your mother's maiden name? etc)
I personally think single syllable middle names work wonderfully if your last name is more than one syllable. And the reverse is also true - if your last name is a single syllable, then I would go with a multi-syllable middle name. The phonetics of your surname will also determine what makes an attractive middle/bridge name.
Examples:
Rosalie Grace Taylor (single syllable MN + multi-syllable SN)
or
Rosalie Celeste Woods (multi-syllable MN + single syllable SN)
