My name is Liz, and I'm a FTM! I'm 27, and my husband and I will be celebrating our 5 year anniversary in July. We were hoping to wait another month or 2, but got the BFP on 4/29 and are absolutely thrilled. The current EDD is 1/5 (from LMP) but based on ovulation I think it's more like 1/8 or 1/9. My first appt isn't until 6/5 so I'll have to wait awhile yet before I know for sure. I can't wait to get to know you ladies over the next 8 months and beyond!
Hi everyone! I cannot actually believe I'm typing this. I just got my BFP this morning. I'm a bit stunned. I have a 4 yr old little boy who really knows how to keep me busy! ❤️ What else... EDD is 1/12 by LMP and 1/16 by suspected conception. I'm feeling pretty terrified to be a STM, much more than I was as a FTM. My mom always says that the second baby is three times the work.
Hey everyone , I'm from Colorado and I'm 28. DH and I have a sweet baby girl Lydia who's is 10 mon old I got my BFP this morning still very light so we will play it day by day! DH sold his business a week ago so he gets to be Mr mom . I sell real estate so we can both be very flexible! He has wanted to start trying again for about 6 months because the first pregnancy "wasn't that bad " lol ... I was sick for the entire 9 months so I hope this little one is different . I'm happy for everyone here and getting to know everyone over the next 9 months! Edd is 1/18
I am a STM with a little boy who is 2.5. I got my BFP last Thursday in the form of a beta at my RE's office, who i have been seeing since Oct 2016. We had a chemical last cycle, so was cautious to jump in here until i got my repeat beta done today. Levels are rising excellently and will have my first u/s on 5/26, at what i believe to be 7w.
Based on trigger date, my EDD will be 1/12. I lurked a ton in TTGP over the past few months, and was a member of my Aug2014 BMB (before the Bump blew up back in 2015). I am really looking forward to sharing these next 9 months with everyone!

We plan to tell him sometime between 8 and 12 weeks -- he's very science-minded and literal, so I want to have some concrete information for him. Also I'm very excited to tell him, lol.
@libbberty I'm from the Chicago area too, used to be in the city and moved to the SW burbs a few years ago. We had a MMC and an ectopic a few years ago, so I completely know what you mean about being nervous and excited!

@deutschbaby It sounds like I am about the same as you - not quite fluent but on my way. I passed the B1 exam in December and am still making my way to my weekly German course (groan). I wish I felt more motivated to speak German at times. It can be a sensitive subject in our house! We are also heading to Deutschland in July, but the Frankfurt area.

I set up my first prenatal appointment but they won't see me for 3 more weeks which feels like an eternity! I guess as long as I don't have any concerning symptoms though I can be patient. I'm so excited to be here with you all and I am definitely more of a lurker than anything but I will try to get involved as much as I can! Congrats to all you ladies as well!! Hi All! I'm a 30 yr old FTM-to-be. Got my BFP over the weekend. DH and I were married in September and have been TTC since November, after I had my IUD removed. EDD based on LMP is 1/15/18. Currently a dog mom to one four legged baby, so we will be spending part of the next 9 months getting him prepared. First actual doctor appointment is 6/15, but I'll have an appointment with a nurse prior to that on 6/6. Looking forward to getting to know all the moms-to-be here.

I'm still going through some anxiety and nervousness due to my first pregnancy (and loss), but each day gets better. According to my LMP, my EDD is January 1st. My first dating scan is next week (at 7 weeks) so I'll update once I get more news.

Hello everyone. I got my BFP on 5/1. My EDD is 1/4 but I actually think it may be later. I have a DD who is 2 1/2. I had a bad pregnancy in January. It didn't grow and it wouldnt expel so I ended up with a D&C. Im trying to not overthink my symptoms and just go along for the ride right now. I have my dr appt in early June and am just crossing my fingers that all is good.
Exactly 3 months ago, on February 9th, we found out that at 10 weeks that our first baby no longer had a heartbeat and stopped growing at 9 weeks. Today I finally got a positive result for our rainbow baby! I'm scared as hell but excited!

Hi all. I'm 32, STM (DD is 2), and SO glad to be here! My EDD is 1/5/18 and I got my BFP 4/23. I've been a part of TTCAL and April 2015 BMB. I've had 3 MCs and after treatment had DD. DH and I have tried for #2 shortly after DD was born knowing things may not go our way. Here 2 years later and no success I linked back up with my Endocrinologist who diagnosed me with Low Ovarian Reserve, suggesting aggressive treatment with Menopur 4/IUI. I literally just finished my shot class and was geared up to start this cycle, which never came since I got my BFP! DH and I are excited but cautious. Due to my history, I will be watched closely in the beginning. My first appointment for placement is tomorrow...eek! I wasn't going to post on here for some time, but I keep reminding myself "today I am pregnant". Lord willing it will be a H&H 9mths for us all!

Hey everyone! My estimated due date is January 20th. I got my BFP yesterday at 9dpo! Confirmed with a digital shortly after getting it. I will be a FTM. I miscarried my 1st little one at 16 weeks last November. My husband and I were devastated, but we are so excited to be expecting again! Congrats to all of you on your BFPs!
Hello! This is my second pregnancy. I got a faint line yesterday and a pretty dark line today! Due date based on my last period would be 1/17. My first daughter was estimated 1/18/16 and was born 1/22/16 (hello Jan '16 moms!) so they will be close! I got a doctor's appointment for next Tuesday morning. I don't think the scheduler knew anything about pregnancy and how first appointments aren't usually until later, but I'll take it!
