@dragonfly87 Yep, it's slower at that gestational age. I know with my son we heard at 7w and some days through transvaginal US and I measured 5 days behind. His was around 110bpm.
So talking with my cousin, she swears she got to hear the heartbeat at her high risk OB at 6 weeks and a few days...but that isn't possible right? I am not going to argue with her...but is that even possible? I am wondering if she is maybe further along than she thinks.
Yes, I heard mine around 6 weeks at the OB. I also saw a flicker on the screen at 5.5. days but the OB did not want to measure it as it was too early.
@dragonfly87 We start next week. Also, I saw a HB at 5w6d. Didn't hear it on Doppler at the office until the next visit after at 6w3d, but we heard the heartbeat then and it was 152. It is possible.
@car1a It looks like almost all of the eligible items are diapers and formula. Wish more was included.

My dogs just ate about half a jar of Vaseline-they shared it like they were sharing an ice cream cone. I talked to the vet and she said it's not going to hurt them, but it'll probably give them diarrhea. Awesome. Can't wait.
@Airynn Chica (can't tag you unless you remove the space in your username) I bought 3 dresses for my nieces (junior bridesmaids) on Jet and they were extremely poorly made / translucent. I had to buy elsewhere.

@TeacherMama7 I wish we were all extremely talented and great at drawing ( i am not ) so we could all draw eachother and just laugh about how off base we are or be in awe about how close we are. You're pretty close with how I look, though I'd say calling me tan is only applicable spring summer when I do become quite olive.
I live in a VERY small town and I'm very involved in our town politics. Today, DS3 and I sat through a 6 HOUR Gilmore Girl style town meeting! It was exhausting, but we had some very important things to vote on.
@RiverSong15 Yup!! Sure did!! Chips, water, crackers, and smarties! Plus, cookies for DS3! I also supplied the witty banter, though the older folks in town were not amused.
My niece has PWS. I know the chances of this baby having it are super slim, BUT I can't stop thinking about it. It's a life-long struggle which I know is completely manageable, but still, I'm nervous.
@kissthesky32 that's true... feeling better about my terrible decision making skills now. Like it could have been the salad or the fries or the burger I ate with it... but since that last slice of pizza is what maybe pushed me over the edge im blaming it
DH and the couple we are sharing a hotel room with are all still asleep. I've showered, taken a walk, eaten breakfast and read the NYT. And came back up to the room and laid back in bed for 30 minutes. I'm about to wake DH up at least because it's almost time for second breakfast. Why am I so hungry?

@DuchessOfCambridge everyone who saw it happen was too. Apparently it was one of the bridesmaids husbands who is a super creep to begin with, but there were 5 people standing around who saw it and flat out told him (along with me) that you don't do that to people. It was the most awkward 2 minutes of my life.
Oh and to add to the awkwardness apparently the bridesmaid also used to date my DH. Too bad for her she ended up with a creep
