@em1017 I believe we do have a registry thread as well as a baby gear thread. There are lots of things in the gear thread that many of us are registering for. I dont remember if the registry thread actually took off or not. Also for your GD test, I would call and make sure they dont spring the test on you. That way you can eat a good protein packed meal before your test. You are still a few weeks away from when most offices do the test (around 28 weeks), but it cant hurt to call and check.

Mommy to a super cute havanesse puppy and baby boy!
Questions for FTM, STM+? So I've been giving this lots and lots of thinking (sorry for the length). My twin sister is getting married 4 weeks from my EDD. Baby is not going to the wedding (my choice), we'll be staying in a hotel and I have a separate room for my in-laws, who will watch the baby from about 2pm to the next morning. Wedding venue is 5 minutes from hotel (we live 4 hours from wedding). I do plan on nursing, and I'm praying by then we can transition the baby to the bottle. I plan on pumping through the night to keep things moving, and will hopefully will have enough milk for my MIL to feed the baby. We plan on bringing the baby's pack and play, and everything my MIL would need. Not going to the wedding is not an option, its my twin sister and I want to be there. Is leaving a 4 week old overnight too soon? Any suggestions or insights would help!
I feel like you have a great plan. Might have to adjust depending on milk supply and baby's happiness. But even if you end up running back for an hour to feed and comfort, you will still get to do lots of fun wedding stuff.
Yay!!! Finally got my mobile bump to let me log in again.
How far along are you? 25
Any appointments this week/last? How did it go? Last Wednesday and things are good. Still sitting at zero weight gain which my OB was very happy about.
Cravings? None really
Rants/Raves? My mom wants the baby shower after (I live 3 hours away). I don't see much for advantages of it anyone give me help on that?

Any appointments this week/last? How did it go? So I had a surprise appointment today. Yesterday I found a pimple "down there." So my dr made me come in and examine it. He took some cultures and blood to run tests.
Cravings? Lemonade, especially when it is raspberry lemonade mixed with gingerale.
Rants/Raves? I am so sick of throwing up. 6.5 months pregnant and I'm still puking! Today I literally puked up everything I ate. I even puked at the Dr office and later in the day when I was on a conference call (thank God I hit the mute button before I hurled in the trash can.)

@tova24 I'm a FTM, 26wks and my belly button has been popped for weeks now. To be fair, I have a bit of an outie-not a full innie so, that probably made it happen faster. it creeps me out and I hate how it looks in tighter tops. oh well..
