Re: 1st trimester check in Wk Apr24
1. How far along are you? What is your EDD? 6wks 1 day? First ultrasound on Thursday, super nervous and scared. EDD should be middle of December but haven't had confirmation from doctor yet.
2. Which oh-so-lovely pregnancy symptoms are you having? Sore boobs, fatigue, smell issues, and today and yesterday some short lasting nausea.
3. When is your next appointment? Thursday!
4. Anything else you'd like to share? I had a small bleed with clots last Thursday evening. Scared the snot out of me, put myself on bed rest for the weekend. It was gone quickly, didn't even fill a pad, and moved to brown spotting by the end of the night. Praying that this was just a small subchrionic bleed and nothing more serious but I won't know for sure until Thursday.
QOTW:
1. What is your favorite spring flower? I have to pick just one? Maybe cause they grow so wonderfully in my front shaded flowerbed, but my snapdragons this year are magnificent. I also love my bearded purple irises.
1. How far along are you? What is your EDD? 5wks 12/25
2. Which oh-so-lovely pregnancy symptoms are you having? nausea, fatigue, bloat but I'll take it all
3. When is your next appointment? next wednesday. I am so bad at waiting!
4. Anything else you'd like to share? Still nervous, PGAL brain is a B, I get worried about spotting everytime I feel wet but thankfully its just been those wonderful progesterone suppositories....
QOTW:
1. What is your favorite spring flower? I have a hard time picking just one also... crocuses because even if there is snow on the ground spring is on its way. Lilacs...
@stella_700 sorry about the spotting. Your garden sounds beautiful!

TTC #3 5/2016

IUI 2 rounds, baby girl 12/17
1. How far along are you? What is your EDD? 11-5, 11/8
2. Which oh-so-lovely pregnancy symptoms are you having? Little better every day, although today is not a good day for nausea (could be because there's some major big time shakeups at work and I'm nervous about them though too). I've noticed I'm getting lightheaded more often, gotta remember to eat more frequently, and big meals are a thing of the past, I get SO uncomfortable if I eat too much in one sitting now.
3. When is your next appointment? Wed. at MFM, Friday at OB.
4. Anything else you'd like to share? I put all my pre-pregnancy jeans away this weekend, mostly because they're all just so uncomfortable now, even with a bella band, it's not worth keeping them out anymore taking up space. My belly seems to have really popped in the last week. I have managed to find REALLY cheap maternity pants on Amazon (if you're not too picky about style, they've got a few for like $5-10 a pair) and a pair of jeans at Old Navy on super-clearance for $1, so at least that all makes it hurt less putting all my favorite jeans away for the foreseeable future.
QOTW:
1. What is your favorite spring flower? I'm terrible at flowers, lol, but we just planted a flower bed off our front porch with some lilies that have bloomed like woah, I'm really proud of them.
1. How far along are you? What is your EDD? 10w4d; November 16
2. Which oh-so-lovely pregnancy symptoms are you having? Peeing a lot, some cravings, fatigue.
3. When is your next appointment? This Thursday! Can't wait. It'll have been 2 weeks since our last u/s, so of course I've been anxious this whole time. Hoping there is still a lil heartbeat.
4. Anything else you'd like to share? I'm a big DIY-er and love doing projects. But that's taking a back seat for now so I don't strain anything or expose myself to harmful chemicals. But- this weekend DH and my FIL did an awesome project on our porch. They put up beadboard paneling which looks sooo much better than the boring white painted drywall. I'll post pics when it's completely done!
QOTW:
1. What is your favorite spring flower? Hmm... I really think alliums are cool looking. I tried growing them once, but apparently direct sunlight is a no-no, so they didn't make it. Someday!

1. How far along are you? What is your EDD? 8 weeks 5 days
2. Which oh-so-lovely pregnancy symptoms are you having? Tired/sleeping a lot, sore boobs, really weird dreams, and some odd stomach sensations as of today...wouldn't exactly call it nausea though. I just feel like my stomach is a bit unsettled, especially after eating. Ginger ale seems to help a bit.
3. When is your next appointment? Wednesday for our next u/s! Hope we get to hear the heartbeat this time (saw it last time).
4. Anything else you'd like to share? Our immediate families are all in on the secret now, but most of our friends still don't know yet and I am dying to tell all of them! We decided to wait til after Wednesday's u/s to be sure everything is still okay, and we're planning to tell a group of our closest friends all at once. We have plans to meet up with them this weekend. Looking forward to it!
QOTW:
1. What is your favorite spring flower? Definitely daffodils. I especially like the white ones.
1. How far along are you? What is your EDD? 7 weeks 6 days.
2. Which oh-so-lovely pregnancy symptoms are you having? on and off nausea now (thank God!), but i still cant find much to eat - everything smells obnoxious! White bread and Marmite rule my life. Sore boobs, constant thirst, cramps...
Also my obliques & abs hurt if I try to use them... does anyone else have that? It seems too early to me!
3. When is your next appointment? 4.5 weeks away.
4. Anything else you'd like to share? We saw our LOs heart beat 3 days ago - it was so awesome, flickering away! Now we have a heart beat we've decided to share the news - statistically there seems to be a big risk drop after FHR has been measured... I hope we're right!
5. Spring flower
Bluebells! We used to get meadows of them by my childhood home... none over where we live now though.
Good luck this week @LeFemmeViolette.
You're just smashing growing all the things @sasha29-2!
Hooray for symptoms (apart from spotting) @wabash15

Can't believe I'm graduating this week, so you can remove my name. Thank you for taking over!
1. How far along are you? What is your EDD? 13 weeks tomorrow, 10/31
2. Which oh-so-lovely pregnancy symptoms are you having? Hunger and nesting haha. I've officially gone crazy doing yard work and trying to figure out which room will be the nursery so we can clear it (we have some MAJOR purging to do, I probably won't start the nursery till fall but just need this purging done now for my sanity).
3. When is your next appointment? Tomorrow for an ultrasound, then we'll fully go public with the news
4. Anything else you'd like to share? Can't believe how fast that first trimester flew! I feel like I need to do something baby related.
And I'm joining the all maternity pants club, I have a definite bump and no regular shorts or jeans fit. With my daughter I worked in advertising so wore loose dresses, I actually need jeans and shorts this time
QOTW:
1. What is your favorite spring flower? Lilac, it's a very nostalgic smell as my parents had them all over their yard when we were growing up.
Happy Monday Ladies, and welcome to our new 1st Tri faces and our new 1st Tri leader, thank you for taking over our board! 1. How far along are you? What is your EDD? 13+4, 10/26/17
2. Which oh-so-lovely pregnancy symptoms are you having? I don’t want to jinx myself but I think my nausea is finally almost over, although when I was bragging about that to DH last week I got sick the very next morning. So right now still throwing up every other day but I am getting my energy back and even started cooking dinner again some nights last week!
3. When is your next appointment? This Wednesday!! Super excited to see my LO again!
4. Anything else you'd like to share? I am just so excited to graduate to the next stage of pregnancy and to get started on things like the nursery and buying stuff hehe
QOTW:
1. What is your favorite spring flower? I am with some of you ladies! How can I choose one flower? I am not sure if Roses are specifically spring flowers but I LOVE them. Not only are they beautiful they also smell great!

@PolythenePam I hear you on the purging... DH is nesting real hard right now, so we're starting to clear out the room that will be baby's, but I have a LOT of stuff in there and I'm honestly not sure what to do with it all lol. I feel like in two months or so I'll go in there and just be like F it, I'm done, toss ALL THE THINGS. But right now I'm just not there.
@stella_700 - that has to have been scary. Hope its nothing!
@MountainLady - with my 1st pg, i too had lots of pain in my abs. Id feel so sore like I'd worked out hard the day before.
@PolythenePam - totally with you! I started cleaning this weekend. im going to need like a year to do everything, but im taking it like one closet at a time.

2. Which oh-so-lovely pregnancy symptoms are you having? Still tired but i think im getting closer to that 2nd tri energy burst. Over the weekend, i finally had some energy to start cleaning out my closet and putting away clothes that just wont fit me while pregnant.
3. When is your next appointment? not till next thursday - may 4?
4. Anything else you'd like to share? haha. See #2 i guess. Trying to clean up hoise one closet at a time!

1. How far along are you? What is your EDD? 7.5w, Dec. 6 (tbd)
2. Which oh-so-lovely pregnancy symptoms are you having? I continue to be bed-ridden due to constant nausea (I'm off from work and school). I have zero energy and sleep a lot. Also brown discharge due to SCH. Overall very miserable...Had blood drawn today to see how many nutrients I'm lacking at this point and if something else is wrong (I pray not).
3. When is your next appointment? Next week, last RE visit
4. Anything else you'd like to share? I have been given Diclegis today, but I'm wary of it...I'll hold off a bit and try to brave it out...I don't know much about this medication.
QOTW:
1. What is your favorite spring flower? Lily of the valley, lilac

Right now, plank work is good for me. I had a yoga teacher tell me not too long ago that when you're holding plank, envision your core muscles wrapping around the baby, and that's a picture I always keep in my head when I'm doing core work, for me it was a really useful cue. And I gave up inversions the first few weeks after I found out I was pregnant cause they felt weird, but in the last two weeks or so inversion work has started to feel really good again, and that's core-heavy work, so I've been hitting the headstands and handstands pretty regularly. I always stay within a few inches of a wall (and I try to be close to a corner so I have walls on 2 sides) now because my center of gravity feels off, and I don't do inverted backbends or stay up as long as I used to, but it's felt good to get upside down again.

Mildly interesting thing from my appt today...During my u/s the nurse was telling me about this old wive's tale to predict gender based on where the yolk sac is located in the u/s. If the sac is on the mother's right, it's a boy. If it's on the left, it's a girl. She said she's checked it out a few times with friends/family and it seems to hold up. Based on the OWT, I'm having a boy....but I'm not taking that too seriously of course, haha. Just fun to think about.
Graduated from my RE today too! So excited! U/s was good. Each u/s seems to bring me a little relief, but also something new to worry about. I had one very small SCH (may account for my spotting) show up on the u/s. The doc did not seem too concerned about it, but it got my gears turning. Hoping it will be gone by my next u/s. He said it likely would go away. Otherwise, good appointment. Baby's heart was going strong and we even got to see him/her moving around a little bit.
@PolythenePam glad things looked good at the NT scan!

4 weeks, 4 days (12dp5dt). EDD 1/2. Just got my BFP! 255.3 beta as of 10dp5dt, after transferring two fresh embryos using my wife's eggs. We also have two snowflakes, waiting on test results for them.
Symptoms-- hungry, tired in the day, insomnia at night, very mild cramping (nothing terrible, just enough to be aware). I've decided I didn't want to eat a couple things that I thought I wanted to eat, which for me, is incredibly unusual, because I *love* food. Bloated and emotional. Most of this started when I started the PIO. I know the real symptoms will kick in soon.
Next appmt- second beta on Monday afternoon, results on Tuesday.
Anything else to share-- Eeeeeeeek!
Favorite spring flower- I love pink dogwood blossoms.
7 IUIs, 7 BFNs.
2 IVF attempts, both cancelled and converted to IUI, both BFNs.
Decided that my tired old ovaries are ready to retire.
Next step- reciprocal IVF, using my wife's eggs, my uterus!
fresh 5 day transfer (2 embryos) 4/17/17- BFP!
Identical twins "due" 1/2/17 (but anticipated arrival sometime December)

Hey all.. I'm Aisha just joining.. My favorite spring blossom is gardenia.. My symptoms are insomnia and intermittent cramping.. I'm 5 weeks due 12/30.. Hubby and I are promising not to get attached until 2nd trimester due to a loss in 2014but I feel like it is negative to send that kind of energy when you share the same blood and hormones with someone
Hi ladies! I hope it's ok to join here, I feel like it's early but I'm trying to think positive!
1. How far along are you? 4 weeks 4 days? 13dp5dt
What is your EDD? Jan 2
2. Which oh-so-lovely pregnancy symptoms are you having? A little bloated, sore boobs, soooooo tired I've been trying to keep my eyes open after 8pm but it's been a struggle. I know most of these can be explained by the PIO shots though
3. When is your next appointment? Go in for my last beta tomorrow and I'll schedule my 6 and 8 wk ultrasounds
4. Anything else you'd like to share? I am still walking on eggshells thinking this could all come crashing down around us at any moment.
QOTW:
1. What is your favorite spring flower? Lillies of the valley
