you ladies are nuts!! lol - I have no strategy at the moment. I have to say this is the first time I've heard "self cleaning oven" used in this context. I had fertile CM towards the end of last week and first part of last weekend. Well I guess DH woke up very early in the morning and couldn't fall asleep so he "popped one off" as he told me when I asked if he wanted to have sex that night. I guess he was just warning me that not much sperm may be left. I sure as hell don't give a damn at this point. We've had perfect timing and zip! It will probably happen when we have sh!tty timing.

@ladipale. I know it can happen early. My doctor is the one that told me to start CD10. Since my first MC we have started on CD 10. Looking back, we had our clean out session on CD7 or 8. Then at 10 it was every other day until cd20. Except when I got positive OPK then each day I got those. We will be inseminated this time so won't have to do all this timing stuff lol. It will all be a different timing of things

Yay @Mack2342!! I'm twiddling my thumbs waiting for AF....la la la laaaaaa.

I'm jealous of you guys-DH has a low sex drive and just getting 2-3x in a week is a major struggle. Then performance issues when "pressure" is involved. But as we all now, conception sex is. The. Worst. It's amazing I ever got pg in the first place (that time we BD days 14 and 16, it was Christmas and we were home and drunk.....).

@amberruka - totally. Conception sex is awful - which is why we just have sex all.the.time.... so DH doesn't really know when its conception sex.

When I was first considering a 3rd - my OB said to just drink some tequila and see what happens - wish it was that easy but I try to keep that mindset of letting loose and letting go. (which is why I don't temp and why i'm currently not peeing on sticks)
i try really hard not to regret when we DON'T have sex or overthink if we did it too many days in a row, not enough, etc. total mind game.

@ladipale we try too but I just can't with the timed sex and pressure. I just don't care about that anymore. I'll have to dress up sometime next cycle. Early December I got a nurse outfit complete with fish nets and I used my heels and red wig. That gets DH all worked up that it takes him forever to finish meanwhile I've had 3 orgasms!

Lol. While o was tracking when I got pregnant with my son I'm pretty sure I was drunk for a good portion of the sex. We partied a lot then. But since having him and now being over 40, we don't go out and party that much plus I prefer to not be hung over all the time any more lol. I was 39 when I got pregnant with DS boy how things have changed in 3 years lol. I've never had 5 orgasms but have had 3! My DH used to make sure I always had two but no that doesn't happen all the time. And when it's time for baby making sessions I don't care if have one at all. He just needs to do what he needs to do

@Mack2342 - after I was pregnant I do not like being hungover either - because pregnancy feels like a nine month hangover.
Thats even more true not that I've endured 2 awful 1st tris in a row without the baby at the end. ugh.
