@delujm0 I can't with your milk. That is a full week after my EDD. How is that possible? It has to be a misprint.
I'm guessing almond milk or something else non-dairy?
Organic milk...basically the only reason we buy organic is because it's made of magic or something and lasts a lot longer for reasons that I don't understand but fully appreciate. :-)

Good luck @alliebiery!!!! @Kylieslip24 I did take some pics of it on my phone but that doesn't take away my heartbreak. I can't even type anymore about it because the tears keep welling up in my eyes. I started telling a coworker about it and afterward I cried in the bathroom
@CapricaAndrea@delujm0 Oh I didn't mean to make you guys think I was serious. I knew it was organic or almond milk or something of the sort. I'm just stunned that I could give birth that soon!
@Allybiery Oh my goodness!!! GL!! Hope your delivery is safe, fast, and with as little pain as possible!
@Allybiery good luck mama! Can't wait to see your little one. Sending you lots of positive thoughts :-). Adeline can't wait to hear about her Bmb sibling
Sitting in the ICU waiting room today. My dad has taken a turn for the worse. He had major surgery last Wed and has had a few procedures since and we thought he was doing better. Today is heart stopped and they had to intubate him. My hormones are making it so much worse.
I'm glad I have this board to read and keep my mind off of it all.
@ladylolly89 The June 28 date may have been on the skim Lactaid that DH and I drink...but there was also a June expiration date on the regular old Wal Mart brand organic whole milk that we buy for DD. It was earlier in June, but I remember it still being past my due date (which is June 16). I don't understand the sorcery of organic milk really...the organic grocery store brand when we go there is usually normal 10-14 day expiration, but the Wal Mart brand is always closer to the ultra pasteurized varieties (which we also buy on occasion).
I will say that the chocolate almond milk I bought last weekend expires in JULY, but since it's not dairy at all I feel like it doesn't really count. :-)
A new June baby is here. Still processing everything that just happend. Emergency c section from placenta abruption. Very nearly lost him. But he's here and ok and I'm ok. Craziest, scariest moments of my life. He's off to the NICU and I'm in a recovery room. I'll update in more detail in a bit.
@Allybiery Congratulations!!! I'm glad to hear your medical team was able to act fast and keep you and your little one safe. Can't wait to hear more when you are up to it!
@Allybiery congratulations! Reading your post brought tears to my eyes. I'm so glad to hear you both are doing ok. Get some rest and go visit your new little man when you're feeling up to it!
@mtvkv5 All my love @Allybiery Congratulations!!! So sorry it was scary, but so happy that LO is okay and you are as well! Take it easy and rest up! We're all thinking of you.
@Allybiery congrats mama. Glad your team acted quickly and you are both doing well. Hope you can rest up and cuddle that little babe soon. Sending you both hugs and love.
@Mother0fDragons I must have missed that you are naming your LO Sloane?? That's on the very top of my list. If I could just pull the trigger And decide for sure. DH and I are having the worst time committing to a name this time! But I'm leaning towards Sloane.
Congrats @Allybiery! I'm so relieved you both are ok and thankful for modern medicine. I hope your recovery (physically as well as emotionally) is whole and LO's NICU stay is short and uneventful.
It's my turn now. My doctors office wanted me to come in and get checked for leaking. Triage is full, so I'm in my own room. I guess telling them I probably habe a weak bladder isn't enough....
I don't get that many comments about my size, because I carry pretty small and have so far been mostly dressing to hide my pregnancy from nosy idiots. But yesterday an old lady at church said to me, "When do you think this one is coming? June? I don't think so, sweetie, I was out to here by that point." I said, yes, I'm definitely due in June, and she said "ok..." in a ready disbelieving voice. Lady, I am 5'10" and have a super long torso. I'm obviously going to carry different than someone who is almost a foot shorter than me. How do you get to be 70+ years old without noticing that not all pregnancies are the same?
I am the same build as you and get similar comments. My coworker the other day said she will give me zero sympathy because of how well I carry. 1) I did not ask for your sympathy in any capacity, she told me this unprovoked, without me complaining what so ever. 2) Just because it appears I carry well does not mean we dont all struggle with non visible symptoms.
