A little late to the party, and probably a UO, but I really don't mind when people touch my belly. I've never had a stranger do it, but at my yoga studio people are constantly all up in my personal space. They love to spread the hippie love and I'm totally ok with it. They like to hold baby in both their hands and close their eyes and send their crazy hippie vibes. I figure more positive energy coming at baby can't possibly hurt. But then again, these are people I know on some level. Maybe I would react differently to a total stranger.

@ohheyitskristine That is insane. I would seriously consider filing a report with HR. At best it's borderline harassment to put your hand back on someone's person if they have already removed them. If your co-worker were a man it would be super sketchy, why should it be treated differently because she's an older woman?

It happened. Yesterday. One of my good friends out here did it. I was dropping off some stuff at her house and she did give me warning "Im going to touch your belly" and just reached in my car and did it. I just kind of looked at her and said "Well thanks for the heads up, but you know I kinda really like my personal space" and her response was "I was going to do it anyways." ...wtaf? you just don't even care that i didn't like it?
@Lizlann I'm with you on this one! I don't mind it haha! I get personal space and all, but I love when people get excited that I'm showing now. It's never malicious so it doesn't bother me
@LaceyC1020 yeah...if it was my family and friends doing that...cool! But creepy coworker who silently slid up next to me and caressed my belly was just NO. Soooo disturbing.
