Hi there! FTM as well, EDD is 11/5 after my first u/s showed baby a little smaller than I thought!
Just because I've lurked on these boards when I was a teenager (had a LOT of siblings and raised most of them) I know I'm going to get some snark and sass seeing that I'm 19, (20 in August) so I just ask that you're willing to look past my age and not look at me like I'm a statistic!
I'm single and doing this alone after the father said "pretend I'm a sperm donor" so, to my other single soon to be mommies out there, "Wassup?".
I'm wishing a happy and healthy pregnancy to everyone!
@CrunchyMidwife I second what @randicap-2 said.... I know that some BMBs are pretty drama filled, but I think we're a pretty cool group. Welcome! Here's to healthy, happy pregnancies for all of us.

After 2 years of trying and, thankfully, only one IUI, I am finally pregnant with our first baby. I am 31 years old and so happy to be pregnant, but like many of you, absolutely terrified that things won't work out.
As of today, I am 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I've not had any really bad symptoms. My main symptoms are mild cramping/pressure (especially at night), food aversions (mainly ground beef), sensitivity to smell, and exhaustion. No real MS yet. Sometimes smells will make me feel queasy for a moment, but it passes quickly.
I am a real estate photographer, currently living in Salt Lake City, but will be moving back to Texas within a couple of months. My hours are flexible and I plan to continue working throughout the pregnancy and after.
I had blood work taken on days 15 and 17 past ovulation and my levels were super high. I know it's not a direct indication, but I'm really hoping there's two in there. I'll find out at my first appointment on April 11th!!
I'm so happy to join the group. Thanks to you all!
Hi everyone! I'm a little nervous to be commenting on here since my pregnancy still doesn't quite feel "real" yet.
This is my fourth pregnancy and will be my second child. I had a miscarriage early before having DD, then a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks about 9 months afterward. DD is 2 now. Really hoping for a sticky baby this time.
I'm 7 weeks now, my due date is November 20th.
@knewton785 I'm in Texas too! Good luck with the move!
P.S. Just updated my ticker and not sure if it's working...sorry if there's issues with it
Nov 17 BMB May Siggy Challenge: Mother's Day Fails
I am currently about 5 weeks pregnant, 6 weeks on Wednesday! This will be our second LO. Our DD is only 13 months old...so we will have two under two which kind of scares me a lot. I have had some mild cramping and had some implantation bleeding (which is how I figured out I was pregnant). No boob pain yet...which also scares me considering with my first I wasn't able to produce enough milk for her after she had a tongue and lip tie, slow weight gain, and I had a myriad of hormonal issues. However, I learned so much about breastfeeding and was able to nurse her for about 10 months but also had to supplement. My EDD is Nov. 29th!
Hello everyone! I am currently pregnant with my 3rd child! I have an almost 4 year old DD and a 1year old DS. Accoring to my LMP I'm going on 8 weeks. I just called today to set up my first appointment! Hopefully Tuesday we will be seeing our little jelly bean ❤
Hello ladies! I'm a STM, and I'm almost 6 weeks. I have a 6 year old daughter in kindergarten from a previous marriage. My positive pregnancy test was a big surprise to BF and I, but the shock has worn off and we are so excited to be welcoming a new little bean! I feel so blessed! Looking forward to getting to know you all!
Edit: Oops! I forgot to add, my EDD as of right now is Nov. 29.
Hi there! I just read all you're intros it's so nice to here others feeling the same things and feeling as impatient as me! This is my first time being pregnant with our first child, although we just became certified for foster care too so we will most likely have kiddos in our home before this little one comes. I'm 28 & my hubs is 26 and we've been married 5 years. We're both super excited and not exactly sure how far along I am so we'll see first appt end of April! I'm feeling very bad as of last week..Very nauseous, trouble sleeping due to hip pain and can already feel my ab area stretching especially when I sneeze! Also having weird relationship with food..I'll be dying for something, eat five bites of it, then suddenly I won't be able to look at it without feeling sick. Mostly I force myself to eat and that helps the nausea but it's hard to take the first bite! I'm amazed and blown away that so much is already happening to my body! I also want to tell everyone!!!!! Lol. It's so hard not to blab it!! I'm excited to be in here with you all
Hi! FTM here. Lover of chocolate, Harry Potter, and #shiplap. I live in PA with hubs and two dogs. I have a lot of fears about birth so hopefully I don't make everyone crazy with my questions. Considering hyponobabies to help. Excited to get to know you all!
Hey guys. I'm Monica and this is my 4th pregnancy. I am in my late 20's and my husband and I have been together for 11 years. I have a daughter who is 15 months old and the best thing EVER. Cautiously excited and will be 8 weeks tomorrow (I think) but while I love being pregnant, miscarrying is still my biggest fear like a lot of you and so I am excited but again, cautious. Not telling our parents until my first appointment which isn't until 10 weeks...weird. Anyone one else not able to get in before then? My friend also had to wait until 10.

Hi everyone! I'm a FTM and after trying since January 2015 and a little help from ART I am here. DH and I have been together 12 years, married for 6.5. We live in Maryland with our fur babies.
It's been a long road and I am excited, but cautious. I've been lurking for a few weeks but haven't posted because I think I've been in denial that this is real.. haha! I had my second ultrasound today and all looked good so I figured I'd come out of hiding We are due 11/11 so are 8w3d. Excited to meet everyone!
TTC since: 1/2015 11/16: IVF #1. BFN 2/23/17: FET with a BFP on 3/8/17. EDD: 11/11/17 with a baby GIRL!
@rain0831boww Welcome and yes, the first appointments have varied widely on this board - largely related to our personal history and the practice we go to. I'm 8w4d and have my first intake visit in two days (haven't had levels checked or anything yet) and no u/s scheduled. I understand why this is standard, but it's nerve-wracking and hard to wait (especially with all of the amazing ultrasounds being posted here!).
Hello! I am a SAHM, working with my DH occasionally at our family business. I have an 18y/o stepson, a DS who will be 5 by my EDD (11-24-17), and a DD who will be 3 by my EDD. I lurked in my DS's BMB, but didn't even check into my DD's. FX for everyone! Healthy & full-term!
Hello Ladies, I'm a STM, my daughter is 4 years old. I am currently 7 weeks with an EDD of 11/21. I am so excited to be here. I had the Gastric Sleeve surgery 11 months ago, so I am a little nervous about how it may affect the pregnancy, but from what I am hearing from other moms, it won't effect much.
I've been lurking a bit (but learning so much!), so I decided to go ahead and finally introduce myself.
My husband and I are expecting our first baby this November (estimated due date November 25). We've been married for about a year and a half and decided to start trying this January. We are SO fortunate that it happened much, much faster than either of us expected, but that meant that the positive test in March was a bit of a surprise (of course, in a good way)!
I had my first appointment yesterday but it was just an intake appointment with a nurse. First ultrasound and appointment with my doctor is 4/24. It still feels like "nothing is in there" but at least the pregnancy test from yesterday was positive, so I've got that!
I've been feeling pretty good so far...some fatigue, a bit of nausea, headaches, etc. There were a couple days last week with some pretty intense mood swings that had me feeling like I was a completely different person but luckily I'm back to my normal self now
Looking forward to learning and getting to know you all!
Hey everyone! My name is Amber, I'm from Spokane WA and I'm due on November 7th so far. This will be baby number 2 for me and even though he/she was a little bit of a surprise we couldn't be more excited.
Hello, hello!
My name is Sasha! I am 27 years old and will be 28 by the time this little nugget is born *praying for sticky baby!* I am a second time mom, my DS is 17 months old and will be 2 years old the month before I give birth! My husband and I got married October 11, 2013 and will be celebrating 4 years of marriage this year too!
This nugget was a surprise as I had JUST taken out my IUD in February. My EDD is Nov 26 and I'm still waiting on my first appointment (4/18). When I was pregnant with my son I had an SCH and dealt with first trimester bleeding and continued throughout the pregnancy as high risk with an umbilical cord displacement + SGA. My son was born at 37 weeks 3 days via induction at 4lbs 14 oz and 18 inches long. So waiting this long to see a doctor is definitely taking a toll on my sanity and eagerness.
As far as my symptoms - I've had all day sickness up until yesterday and sore boobs like most of you! Irritability and craving some weird things but overall - happy and ready to be here!
I get to walk across stage in 45 days for having completed my Masters Degree in Education with a concentration in Early Childhood in beautiful San Diego while entering my second trimester!

Hi ladies. I have been lurking for a few weeks and decided to officially take the jump and introduce myself after a good first ultrasound today. Due date is 11/11. *TW* I've had 3 prior losses and am AMA (over 40) so, have been really anxious, which I know a lot of us have been feeling. I am married with a 5 year old son and we live in Austin, Texas. I was part of the Sept 2011 BMB and there are still over 200 who are still together today, so I really love and appreciate the bonds that can come from these boards. I am looking forward to meeting everyone.
Hello! I have an EDD of Nov.28th with baby #5 for me. My kids are 10, 8, 4 and 2. My SO has 2 they are 13 and 9 so we have a house full. This was a huge surprise but we are excited.
I am a Critical Care Nurse and currently working on my Masters in Nursing Mangement and Leadership and my SO is an LEO.
So so far I have been extremely nauseous and tired. A new symptom for me that I didn't experience with my other kids is dizziness. Hoping it passes soon.
Hi! Just had first ultrasound today, so feel comfortable jumping in to the group now!
I'm married, 34 and a SAHM since we moved to TN last spring (was a physical therapist before that). We are 8 weeks pregnant with our 2nd child (DD will be 3 in June). EDD is November 16.
Hi everybody! I'm brand new and just figuring out how to use this app so I apologize if I seem antisocial, I'm just still discovering how to navigate lol! But I'm due on Nov 5th with my second little bean (my first was a bouncing boy born Jan 23 of last year in the middle of that huge blizzard). My husband and I are hoping for a little girl this time around but will be happy with another successful and healthy delivery! We're mostly just excited to give our son a sibling and pray he doesn't try and return them immediately lol! So far this pregnancy is going well, I'm not nearly as sick as with my first but def more uncomfortable and already starting to show at just under 10 weeks. I pray you all are having very happy and healthy pregnancies!!
Hi guys. FTM here and really excited, but super nervous still. We got pregnant on our first try, but that one turned out to be a CP. The next try worked and I'm a little over 7 weeks along, so still very very nervous. I had my first ultrasound this past Tuesday and there was a heartbeat! We are so beyond excited for every milestone we pass. It is really nice to have you all here to go through this with. EDD is Thanksgiving (11/23)! It's going to be a super busy holiday for us this year
Hey everyone! This will be baby #2 for me. I live in Utah with my DH and 10 month old DS. I am 25 and DH is 27. I haven't seen my doctor and had no LMP to calculate EDD but US shows me around 6 weeks so I thought I'd straddle the Nov/Dec boards. This baby is a big surprise but we are so excited for our kids to be so close in age. Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
Hi. I will be 9 weeks Wednesday and just wanted to introduce myself. I have one son that is 6 and I am also about to be 41, so I feel like I am probably the oldest here.
Hello everyone! We're expecting baby #2 November 26. We have a daughter who will be 2 next month. I live in NE Ohio and work as an administrator for a correctional facility. Also for what it's worth-I'm in a Facebook group with the mom's from my daughters birth month group that was started on here and it's is so active and we have all become very close!
@c+mpeachey Just realised you're from Aus. I'm not but my DD bio dad is. We have been to visit twice. They live south east of Melbourne. I'm a little jealous of you, most of my cravings are foods from there. There were these meringue cookie snakes that I could not get enough of and haven't been able to replicate. At least I've figured out Pavlova
Hello! This is my first time posting on one of these! Hubby and I are having our first baby EDD Nov 10th! I am 24 and he is 29 we have been married almost 2 years and had been trying for about a year. We are so excited and got our first BFP in March. I have had severe Morning sickness, exhaustion, sore breasts and a hyper sensitive nose. What a party! All tests have come back great and my little BB (hubby calls the baby our little blueberry) has a very good heart beat! So excited to join in with you all!
