Thanks y'all! It wasn't so much scary as really annoying the nurse had the monitor in the wrong spot and they just thought I was making up these sensations. I just need to be way better about drinking water during the day.
I have an odd rash on my arm. I noticed it a few days ago as I was leaving work, and I noticed it again this morning as I was getting ready. There does not seem to be a common denominator. It's a band on my forearm, not widespread.
@MrsVP614 Omg "snissing"! DH and I say "sniss" as a noun, verb, adjective .. it's the sound that a rabbit makes according to my baby sister and we say "I Sniss you" or "you are snissful" and it just implies eye rolling or ugh feelings lol

The constipation this time around is about 100x worse than with my first pregnancy. I am SO DESPERATE that I put miralax in my coffee this morning. Because coffee by itself wasn't doing anything. Which is really saying something. It's so bad that I can't even stand up straight without pain in my whole abdomen. I need something to happen or I'm gonna fall over and die.
Miralax is on the sheet of approved things from my doctor, I don't plan on using it a lot, I wrestled with even using it this once. I won't use it at all in the third tri, but I don't need to be lectured on it. Just throwing it out there.
@wyomama0427 The only thing that has worked for me is 3 Colace and a glass of plum juice (I couldn't choke down prune juice) before bed every night. It's been so awful/painful/uncomfortable. Right now I'm trying to cut back on the Colace to avoid becoming dependent on it. I hope you get relief soon!

@Swazzle I tried colace in my first pregnancy and it didn't do anything at all for me, neither did the dulcolax my doctor reccomended, or prune juice... I have tried so many things lol I am not joking when I say I am literally desperate
@wyomama0427 I hear ya! Everyone told me to take Metamucil and it did absolutely nothing for me. And then of course being told all I need to do is "eat more fiber" and "drink more water" which is always super helpful when I already do those things. This has been the worst part of pregnancy for me.
Me & DH: 31 | Married: 5.4.13 | TTC: April 2016 | BFP: 1.8.17 | EDD: 9.13.17
@Swazzle YES! Oh and don't forget "Exercise, it helps!!" LOL. Thanks for the tip guys. It sucks so bad how uncomfortable it is. I've heard that kiwis can be helpful, next time I'm in town I'll be getting a bag and trying that for sure. If all it takes is having a kiwi or two with breakfast then I'm totally down!
@wyomama0427 are enemas approved? I have no idea but you could ask your OB as a last resort. They sell fleet enemas over the counter (I don't know if it's approved) When I worked in a children's ER and kids got constipated we did a milk and molasses enema. You'd have to buy the enema equipment but let me tell you it works!
@wyomama0427 completely understand! Thank goodness the enema during labor is a way thing of the past now! How awdul does that sound
That was actually a thing?!?!?! I would have fallen over if someone suggested an enema while I was in labor with DS lol! The feeling of the nurse shoving the catheter up there after the epidural didn't work still haunts me haha I can't imagine an enema on top of all that
I am coming to grips with the fact that I will not be one of those pregnant women with amazing nails. I can't believe how peely and crappy they are. Boo.
@mrs_tacos and @jena333 my nails start really strong then after a few weeks get brittle and I trim em down. It's like a 2 week cycle of awesome nails to them breaking and falling apart 1 by 1.
I think mangoes might be my constipation cure. I haven't gone since Wednesday (I stopped taking Colace Tuesday night) and I ate a bunch of mango last night (and a glass of plum juice but I've found that this wasn't effective on its own from past trial and error) and have gone twice already today. Might be worth a try for anyone else having issues!

@wyomama0427 ...sure fire way to cure constipation...go to the beach, swim in salt water (Ocean/Gulf) accidentally swallow said salt water while jumping waves swimming etc. A few hrs later...no more constipation.
Re: Weekly Symptoms 3/27
But um, hey, where the heck did this bacne come from? It's not "bad" yet, but um, not cool.
