What is your flame-free* Friday confession?

*not actually guaranteed to be flame-free
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*

Re: FFFC
ETA: That being said, your feelings are valid, but I think it's awesome you're having a fourth and I love how close in age your kids are!
Also, my students can bring a fruit or veggie snack only because some have allergies, they get all hyped up on junk, and it's messy. However, I will pop a chocolate or other non-healthy snack occasionally if my sugar is low. IDC.

Announcing early (or just at all) and then posting every five seconds on FB about it though is another story...don't be an AW.

That said, I mentioned I was pregnant to one of my neighbors the other day (in the context of a conversation about deciding what to do about work), and she made a weird face about it when I told her how far along I was. I suddenly felt so awkward for saying anything!

March 1, 2017- 1 day late, feel like crap (low fever & exhausted) | Mom suggested test before taking meds, I laughed but did it anyway | BFP! *shock*
ETA: your neighbor making you feel uncomfortable about saying something is what I think is totally acceptable and shouldn't be shamed! Rude of them!
ETA I'll be almost 10 weeks by that point so I feel fairly confident. Also, I'm increasingly worried someone is going to slip up on Facebook. Yesterday I liked the page of the ultrasound place we're using and my sister texted me saying "real discreet!" Whoops.

However, my confession is I should have probably washed it a few days ago...but we are traveling and I don't have my flat iron to straighten it...so I said F it. FWIW, no one can tell and when I put oil on it, it looks fine.
NOPE.
Edit: in fact, after my appointment I had meatloaf for dinner, which my husband makes with bacon draped all over that top.

Me: guess what
Her: what
Me: we're having another baby
Her: noooooo you can't
Me: thanks granny
Her: you get too sick
Me: I'll talk to you later. Bye
We have a 5 year old and a 1 year old. I had HG and high blood pressure both pregnancies. With my youngest, I also spent the last two months on strict bed rest. I also had 4 early miscarriages between my sons. That being said, if the reward is a happy, healthy baby, a rough pregnancy is worth it. I understand that what she said is coming from a place of concern but it still hurt my feelings.
Although I will admit that pre-babies I thought I'd never show ANYONE a pee stick I peed on, and then after trying for awhile with #1 (didn't get a positive until the 13th try), I texted a picture of my first ever positive to my husband who was on a business trip, to my mom, and to my two BFFs without even thinking twice! Cropped out the part I peed on though. ;-)
@DutchessOfCambridge don't be sad. I'm sure it was fine! Future reference (if able) nuking it for a couple of seconds will fix pink. You could just tell them it's a little cold and could they zap it for 30 seconds.

@hezzer78 totally legit excuse!
I loooove some of the accommodations that pregnant women get. Last time, I was in a bunch of hearings when I was pregnant, and although the judge typically did not allow food or drinks in his court room, he let me do whatever I want. Even not pregnant it's hard to sit in a court room for hours with no food or drinks! And also I get weirdly low blood pressure while pregnant and if I stand in one place for more than a couple of minutes I get really fainty. So every time I flew while pregnant, I'd get one of those special passes that let me board early, so I wouldn't have to wait in the long line of people trying to get on the plane. I felt a little guilty, but I would seriously pass out and/or throw up if I had to stand in line. I haaaaate waiting in lines, so I kind of hope I have that symptom again this time! ;-)
