I'm going to go first and post in my own thread... because I'm cool like that.

IUI number: 3
Date of planned IUI: Apr 24 (so far away!... and only if my cysts are gone.)
Test date: prob May 9

In spring, I love roasted asparagus and long bike rides. There are some cherry blossoms where we are too, so I love those.

Hey ladies, I'm back after taking march off..
IUI number: 2 (though if you look in my siggy you'll see this is not my first IF treatment rodeo)
Date of planned IUI: not sure... base line US today, so probably around the 5th...
Test date: 14dpIUI what ever day that ends up being...

Hey ladies, like @wabash15, we also took the latter half of march off after our March 1 IUI (first full try) resulted in a BFN.

I wont go in for my baseline until April 15 or so, so looking at a late April IUI #2. Prob around April 27.

We're just going all-natur-ale this month while my month is busy with work travel which prevented us from trying again.

I love spring because I love seeing all the perennials come up and everything turn green like the beginning of a new cycle! And it's my birthday in may!

I'm feeling a bit nervous about this, we've moved on to donor sperm (we tried IVF in Jan/Feb) but I know this cycle will be way easier than IVF. (I'm not doing injections)

Please ignore my last post! I went in for my baseline and I had about 6-8 cysts, so I'm currently doing 3 weeks of birth control pills. I'm still hoping to have an April IUI but it won't be until the end, most likely. Good luck everyone!

Hello April IUI ladies

I just found out that my 1st IVF cycle is cancelled due to "overly rapid follicle development", and we are converting it to IUI. It will be my 4th. I am super bummed (we had been prepping for this cycle for 3 months, ughhh), but I guess this still gives us some hope this month. My IUI is actually the last day of March, but I would rather start w/ a new-ish board and get to you know a bit, so here I am.

Date of planned IUI: Friday 3/31
Test date: test at home 4/14

Favorite springtime activity: gardening! and walking around our neighborhood looking at everyone else's more beautiful gardens

Had my cd12 ultrasound today- I have 4 follicles on my left and 3 or 4 on the right I can remember. I think I'll be doing my trigger tonight and then IUI on the first! I'll be waiting for my nurse to call for sure about the trigger but my biggest follicle was 17 and 21 I think that's okay?

wabash15 thanks! It sucks, but I am feeling somewhat good about this IUI. I have been doing all this very expensive acupuncture 2x/week to get ready for the ER, so maybe it will do me some good w/ this

So I got more details from the nurse! I have 6 totally follies and ALLLLL of them are mature! So they told us the risk of multiples but with trying almost 7 years we are willing to take those risks.

@daisy222-2 I have my follie scan today so if things go like they have in the past I'll trigger today and IUI on sunday

@morgan&paul2010 GL with your IUI. fx you don't end up with HOM but do get at least one. DH and I have had a lot of discussions and we won't trigger with more than 4 mature follies, but we also already have twins from a previous IUI.

Thanks! Totally understandable for sure. We only have 1 son thru adoption so I've never been pregnant. We have talked a lot about it abd with our faith we trust there is a purpose in all and it gives us hope that we have a greater chance for 1 healthy baby with that many follicles.

How ow did you scan go?!

Well, I got IUIed today.

Good luck Monday wabash15 and morgan&paul2010 tomorrow (?).

After doing it my nurse reminded me we have an 8% chance this time. Thanks nurse. Do you guys' doctors or nurses give you oddly specific numbers like that? Like, couldn't she have rounded to 10?

Thank you! So happy and hopeful- for the first time in so many years! Was a bit concerned about hubbys sperm count has the motility and volume was previously a bit low. Today it was awesome, so high and the motility was only 2% under the normal range!

Fingers crossed @morgan&paul2010. Now the beloved 2 ww!

As for me, I had an ultrasound this morning, day 6 of medication and have 3 follicles, largest one is 14, the other are not too far behind at 13 & 12.5 I go back on monday and hoping they all are mature and I can trigger and have the IUI on Wednesday.

Hi everyone! New to the bump. We have been ttc for about 3 years and this is our 4th iui.

Iui was today (Sunday) and so the tww begins.

Favorite spring time activity is finally being able to walk outside again.

I went in for my u/s this morning, 2 measuring at 16 on each side and 1 at 15. At the ultrasound they prescribed me with two additional days of Menopur and to come back on Wednesday. Then at noon they called me back urgently and said the BW is showing a natural surge and I need to come back for my trigger shot (which I did at 3 pm today) and booked for IUI in 24 hours. I voiced my concern about the the follicle size being too small and the assured me that since I have a natural surge my body is saying it will be time to release an egg and they shouldn't wait. Anyone been a similar situation? Can a follicle at that size hold a viable egg?

@lmajin99 - those sizes sound fine to me. If your body is going to surge anyway, waiting to trigger won't make a difference- it's not like you can suppress it now. Good luck!
