Worst lightning crotch of the pregnancy so far last night. She had the hiccups and was hitting my cervix so hard I was def crying. DH asked me "are you sure you're not in labor?" Lol.
I'm also peeing five times a night and completely dragging through the workday. I need a thousand and one naps.
My lightning crotch has been intense lately too. I'll be talking to DH and randomly just cry out in pain until it stops. I feel bad because every time it happens he gets excited and thinks I am having a contraction lol.
Definitely starting to feel pressure on my cervix and have noticed an increase in BH and super irregular real contractions. Also keep getting suuuuper dehydrated at night (dry mouth and dark urine when I get up), but I recover just fine during the day after a few glasses of water in the morning.
I wanted cereal for dinner, but then DH took me out for pancakes so I consider that a win. Real food (Aka anything not related to breakfast or Mac n cheese) does NOT sound good. So lack of a normal appetite may be a symptom...
Other than that, it had been SO hard to function at work. Not only am I exhausted, but I instantly get a rock hard tightening anytime I stand. It used to go away after a few seconds and I could walk around, but now it is just physically uncomfortable to stand or walk, so I've been teaching from a chair as much as possible (which I hate and feel lazy for). Hoping the change in having more BH is a positive sign.
I'm far from the first person to complain about this, but I am just.so.tired this week. I'm trying to stay active and walk a little bit at lunch, but I feel totally wiped after lunch each time I do it. I've been napping when I get home and it's nice, but it cuts into my time to get things done in the evenings.... somebody call the wah-mbulance for me hahaha.
I'm having major issues controlling my mood. Everything is so quickly making me livid. Like not just a little angry. And I know it's stupid, petty things that don't matter. But telling myself does nothing to subdue the rage.
@McFarKane I am with you! I've definitely been cranky and short with people. I've pretty much just been trying not to talk because I know nothing pleasant will come out.
My biggest symptom is the pelvic pressure. I have been on my feet a lot lately so hoping to take it easy next week! My sleep cycle has also shifted from being more of a night person to going to bed early and getting up early which is weird.
Today the symptoms kinda all reared their ugly heads. My back hurts. My hips are killing me. Constant BH all day long. Can't sit comfortably. Can't breathe. Heartburn. Sciatic pain. Leg cramps. And I'm way more irritable the last few days than I have been I think the entire pregnancy. I mean I have to say it was nice to have all that while at home on the weekend but it's making it hard to get things done. Hello third trimester! You are really kicking my tail today! Kinda literally....
My pelvic pressure has been steadily increasing each day, to the point where it feels like my pubic bone is bruised. This morning it feels like it's splitting in half. Come on kid
@wagnerw that sounds so uncomfortable! mine doesn't have the splitting feeling yet, but it definitely feels bruised if I put any pressure on it from the outside.
@BabyBlake042017 luckily it had only happened a few times this morning, mostly if I switch from sitting to walking. But yikes, not fun! Sorry you are dealing with the uncomfortable bruised feeling as well
I'm sure this isn't pregnancy related, but my glutes hurt soooo bad! It feels like I started a new work out routine. I can barely walk (on top of the pregnancy waddle). I woke up in the middle of the night complaining to DH that my butt hurt!
@KirstinH88 oh my word me tooooo! The last week has been really bad for my legs and hips and butt! Yesterday when I got home from church I started to cramp like a Charlie horse in my thigh and glute and DH had to grab my leg and stretch it for me to get it to stop. Basically all week my glutes and thighs have threatened to Charlie horse. I'm drinking a ton of water and taking calcium supplements. I guess I need to add bananas.
Anyway, I'm right there with you and I bet it is pregnancy related. I don't know why else I'd be doing this!
I have had terrible cramping in my legs at night. So much, that after my calves hurt for days. THen 2 nights ago, I got a pain behind my knee I can only describe as what felt like a blood clot. I have never had one of those, so I don't really know if that's what it feels like. I got up to pee (big surprise) and walk around a bit. The next day, the pain was gone. So weird.

Haha! "wah-mbulance". I'll have to use that on DH next time he's whining about his allergies or thinks he's sick!
I'm feeling pretty good and just try to be done eating by 6pm so I can go to bed by midnight and not have reflux issues.
