Pregnant sex has been a weird experience for me, and I figure I can't be the only one. So, let's talk about sex, baby.  

How are things different since getting knocked up? Has your second tri. sex drive kicked in yet, or are you still meh about it? Is your DH all about it, or hesitant because of your growing bump? Are you as awkward during sex as I have been lately, or are you some newfound goddess of sex and fertility? (I still do not know what to do with this bump. :grimace: )

    I like pregnant sex enough but I cannot stand semen. Barf. Gag. Hurl. Get that shit away from me. Same thing happened last time too lol poor DH has to either use a condom or finish himself away from me.

    @HollyGolightly09 I don't think it will hurt the baby at all, but don't feel like it's a stupid concern! I mean, you saw what I said in PGAL about the freak out I had after sex this morning! I had half convinced myself that I'd shaken my placenta loose after doggy style, so....you sound very sane and not stupid to me. ;)

    I have been VERY paranoid after some of our sack sessions. DH can get a little... into it... and I get paranoid. I can totally understand being concerned. When it comes to some of this stuff I don't think there's a lot of truly "stupid" questions. Except for "Am I going to poke the baby?!?!" Because LOL

    I hope im not gonna shock anybody here with TMI but i've been dying to start this thread just lacked confidence i guess being new to this community lol
    Honestly besides one particular angle of doggystyle that hurts me, the rest is aaaaaall yummy EXCEPT : I DONT FEEL LIKE HAVING SEX ANYMORE !
    giving dh blowjobs used to turn me on so much...now all it does is.... GAG lol. Almost can't do it. 
    13 weeks and 2 days and i am most definitely waiting for that increased sex apetite 2nd tri thing to kick in and so is he ... Before preg we'd do it morning befre he leaves for work, and when he comes home (3 times a day when hes off)... Now well i just dont want any. I feel like im doing him a favor by having sex with him lol I HATE IT. 
    another thing : used to come at least twice per session.... now i just cant !!! i dont know i feel like im just NOT into it at all, and that is def weird for me, as for the past 4 years we ve been at it like rabbits lmao. 
    desperate for my sex drive to come back !!!!!!!!!

    @wyomama0427 I'm glad I'm not the only one! He was really into it, and I looked down and saw my stomach swinging around, and I immediately told him it was too much. I just got really worried. Although everything I've found says from behind is one of the best positions for pregnancy because it puts no pressure on the belly, and I don't think there's a way to eliminate things jiggling around when you do it, so it must be safe. It still took me most of the day to work through my anxiety.

    My sex drive hasn't really changed much throughout the pregnancy. Though now certain positions that I used to like (like good ole missionary) are often painful for me now. I also have recurring ovarian cysts which give me those wonderful jolts of pain in certain positions. 

    We have had to get quite a bit more creative to get us both off. 

    If I'm not feeling it, there's always BJ's for him.

    Lol! @lap018 I suppose the reason I'm all for the bj is because sometimes I just don't feel like having sex, don't feel like getting off. I just want to sleep or read or do whatever it is that I'm doing and a bj is quick and easy. 

    If we do the deed SO insists on trying to get me to O for at least a good twenty minutes before he will let us take care of him. I appreciate him being so enthusiastic but sometimes I'm just not feeling it. 

    I feel like a bad girlfriend sometimes lol.

    bahahahahah. i gotta admit, staying home, not having to work, lets me fuuuully enjoy my addiction to sex with DH. Never was like that with anyone before(he is not my first) but he loves sex just as much as i do so we re enjoying it as much as we can...like u said im pretty sure we wont be able to as much in the near future lol.

    I passed out last night with the quickness but wanted to join this convo too. I was waiting for this thread. 

    My drive is is much higher now, but I'm so sick and tired still we hardly ever have time. Makes me so sad. When we do have time, I will say I am much more sensitive but it can be really uncomfortable at times. DH is a bit on the bigger side and it's like there isn't enough room. I've never been told I have a low cervix, and who knows if that's the issue, but it's like he hits it or something. As for the bump, the bigger it gets, the more I feel like he's squishing it. Doggy styles and me on top are best. 
     
    Edit because I forgot this part. @lap018 my doctor never told me that about the O in late pregnancy. Wonder if I should ask this time?

    Pre-pregnancy we usually had sex 2x a day or sometimes just one really long two hour session of amazingness (usually after he came home from a 24-48 hour shift). 

    My sex drive has definitely made a comeback, and I am loving it! While we don't get to do it as often as before thanks to renovating the house we just purchased, we still get it on at least 3 days a week.

    In the first trimester I didn't want to be touched. But now I can't keep my hands off of dh.

    I have to second this. We normally have three pillows on the bed, so I just hug these and nothing jiggles.
