Monday Meal Plan 3/20

Hello ladies!  After a crappy weekend of eating I am ready to do some healthy meals at home!

Monday- Grilled chicken and mango spinach salad
Tuesday- Chicken meatballs with spaghetti squash
Wednesday-  Repeat of Salmon Burgers with avocado garlic sauce because they were delicious last week
Thursday- Roasted chicken and veggies
Friday- Homemade meat sauce with gluten free pasta and salad

    Yay meal planning. I'm kicking my recently re-aquired fast food habit! I hadn't eaten it in a long time but lately it's been a couple times a week :/ 

    Monday: pulled pork and mashed potatoes 
    Tuesday: tacos
    Wednesday: leftovers
    Thursday: lemon garlic chicken and probably some pasta
    Friday: pulled pork nachos
    Saturday: Chicken enchiladas

    ETA: anyone have a fav alfredo recipe to share?
  • Sunday: Thai peanut chicken wraps
    Monday: Grilled honey pork chops. Couscous and arugula salad.
    Tuesday: Slow Cooker chicken stew with rice or quinoa. 
    Wednesday: Broccoli cheese soup. Bread.
    Thursday: Out
    Friday: Homemade pizza and salad
