Hello ladies! After a crappy weekend of eating I am ready to do some healthy meals at home!
Monday- Grilled chicken and mango spinach salad
Tuesday- Chicken meatballs with spaghetti squash
Wednesday- Repeat of Salmon Burgers with avocado garlic sauce because they were delicious last week
Thursday- Roasted chicken and veggies
Friday- Homemade meat sauce with gluten free pasta and salad
