My TWT is the asshole who just rang my doorbell at 1am asking for money 'to fill a prescription.' Wtf is wrong with people!!! He left after we told him to get off our property or we'd call the cops. I'm sure the fact that my dogs kept charging the door also incentived him to haul ass off our porch... I'm having issues sleeping to begin with and now this. Ugh...
My maternity pants are TWs. They keep falling and I have to keep pulling them up. I even bought a smaller size, and it's still happening. So annoying. Normal pants don't fit anymore, and the maternity pants are not staying up. Sigh....
Oh my goodness! No truer works have ever been spoken to me, haha. My regular pants are just not comfy anymore, but my maternity jeans are big and fall down, although, they are more comfortable. I can't win! Has anyone else noticed that maternity clothes run really big?

Nope, as a prego plus size person, this has definitely not been my experience!

@supermom83 For what it's worth, my Jessica Simpson maternity jeans have a much more firm (for lack of a better word?) panel than my other pairs. Not too tight, but that panel definitely isn't going anywhere!
I love my H&M maternity jeans. They stay up way better than the ones I got from motherhood (not Jessica Simpson though so not sure about those - sounds like they are better from what others are saying)
I splurged on a pair of seraphine maternity jeans last week and they fit perfectly with no sliding down! Might be worth checking out. I only need one pair of jeans since i can't wear them to work anyway, so for me it makes sense.
@supermom83 I totally agree with @a_wee_bit_terrified! Wear a thin cami over the panel. I buy mine at Forever 21 because they're super cheap and I wear them under everything. They're soft and help keep my pants up. I also am +1 for the Jessica Simpson maternity jeans as they have much more structure than my other pairs and I wear them when I want to feel a little more structure in my outfit haha!
Lol jeans/pants never fit me right. I am short with a big butt and small (comparatively speaking) waist. Maternity pants actually hold up a little better but I tend to live in active wear. I have considered suspenders... someone needs to bring that 80s trend back

Last week I told my mom that I had found the cutest pair of overalls... She said, "For yourself?" No, but that's an idea!!

My delayed TWT is amazon web services for taking down half the internet for 4 hours yesterday afternoon. Delayed since they made my working day a mess.
@GlitterFish A coworker at my last job came in on "casual" Friday in the company polo and skin tight overalls that were NOT flattering. Now every time I think of overalls I get that horrible mental image. LOL. On babies, super cute. Not so sure about adults anymore, but I can always change my mind, right?
Dude I see an investment opportunity here, fashionable suspenders and overalls for women. Just as long as no one tries to revive stirrup pants, I still have nightmares from my tender years being forced to wear those abominations.
@Dcwtada Stirrup pants were a nightmare. I used to hide them so my mom wouldn't make me wear them. Add socks and put them in shoes? Foot pain for days.
@ljd2010@nktrodden826 I agree! I LOVE my Jessica Simpson maternity jeans! I wore them my whole pregnancy with DD and they're still going strong this time around. Definitely worth the $50 I spent on them. I got the skinny jeans and they're so cute and trendy looking so I don't feel like I'm a frumpy pregnant woman.
I HATE my Liz Lange (sp?) Jeans from target, they're the worst. Im constantly pulling them up, AND I have hips to keep them up. I bought them thinking I'd have room to grow but that's not the case, they just don't fit.
@oheliza44 what a creepo. I wouldn't have answered I would have made DH do it, that could have been a bad situation.

Totally on board with this, ESPECIALLY if we could get them for workout pants.

Yeah, DH was the one to get up, I just hid in the hallway. So scary and annoying!! Also, we should have NEVER opened the door. I think he was just tired and not thinking but that is not happening again.
I have maternity jeans from Stitch Fix that I love. I am not sure of the brand but will check when I get home. The panel is snug to keep them up, but it is made of this really soft silky material (kind of similar to spandex Under Armour shorts) so it doesn't roll down or pinch.

Haha stirrups were my jam in elementary school. I'd pair them with jellies and a bedazzled denim jacket because I was SO cool
@OperaSingerMommy haha YAS! I got a pair of jellies just last year, and I have a fancier pair of jelly Swarovski "heels" that I can't part with. I seriously miss my bedazzled denim jacket now. Sniff.
@all the people with pants issues: Are you having problems with the panels falling down or the actual pants falling down? I have yet to find a pair of maternity pants that do not sag in the crotch after a few minutes. I've never had this problem with normal pants, and I definitely have the hips and butt to hold them up. Would a stiffer panel hold them up? Or is it a different issue? I tried the camisole trick today and it did not help

@SpongeWorthy for me it's the actual pants. I have a few pair that are full panel and a couple that aren't and don't have any problems. The Liz Lange pants are the ones I have a problem with.
@SpongeWorthy iv given up on pants. Iv had the hardest time struggling with them for two weeks. I just cant seem to find anything that fits my waist and my butt/legs. I'm just wearing maxis maxi skirts and jumpsuits for now.
I have several Joe's Jeans maternity jeans and they are like HEAVEN! The fabric is amazing. They were hardly worn hand me downs. I lucked out and have six pair of them.

It's both for me. I've sized down and still had the same problem. Maternity jeans are not my friend. I've pretty much given in to leggings for pants.
My maternity jeans always get saggy on my butt and it's not like I have a little butt. I have jeans from 3 different stores, old navy, target, and GAP and they all usually sag in my butt even with a 36 week belly.

i have suspenders and one set of overalls, I'd be your first customer. Maybe I can help design?
