  • I was craving something refreshing after eating so many carb cravings and on my way home from the airport I passed my.favorite pho place. Beat decision I've made. When I get nauseous I sip on the broth, the lime and basil and onions just hit the spot. The noodles are easy on my stomach and I opted for vegetarian tonight, meat just wasn't sounding good.

  • Nothing sounds good, but in the past two days I've eaten three apples, all dipped in hummus. 
  • All I want is red meat and garlic and bread. We've literally eaten steak 2 nights in a row for dinner!
  • I'm continuing to eat only Mediterranean or Indian food.  Nothing else is at all appealing right now.

  • Salt. I want all the salt!

    I really need to get my eating in check. I'm giving in to every single craving and I need to stop. 
  • I seriously just ate an entire box of Annie's Mac n cheese. I feel awful and that's the only thing that sounded good. Now I still feel awful and add gross to it. :(

  • @canonmom413 at least you went for Annie's. DD and I had a box of Kraft mac and cheese yesterday (with me eating most of it). So satisfying at the time, but I definitely felt gross after.
