@TScalei- Glad AF came and you are on track. I hear you about the perfectly timed sex cycles. We had several of those last year and yet BFN. That's why I mainly just go off of CM and forget the OPK and temping. Yet to still get a positive OPK - so weird.
@TScalei glad your body is back to doing what it's supposed to but sorry about the BFN. Perfect timing is just another slap in the face, like hello we're doing everything right could we catch a break please?! Hoping this cycle is your lucky one!!
DH - 34, Me - 32 Married 7/13 TTC #1 since 10/13 BFP 2/4/15, MC twin boys at 18w3d 5/15 IUI #1 2/25/16
@TScalei. It's nice when our bodies get back to normal. My last cycle was normal and this one appears to be normal so hopefully it won't be long before we are KU. FX for you
AFM, I got a flashing smiley this morning! So looks like BD for the next few days.
@justsuzie - it's the opposite for me - tracking makes me obsessive. For example I had EWCM on Sunday so we BD and I also had lots of watery and EWCM a couple days ago on Vday so we BD yet not a day yet I've got a positive on my digital OPK. So that makes me wonder if something is going on. I remind myself in November we went with the flow and when I noticed the EWCM we BD and that's the month I got pregnant with out loss.
I feel like Ive reached the point where temping/ tracking doesn't stress me out anymore and it makes me feel better knowing I am doing everything I can. I feel like if Im doing that there is really nothing I else I can do.( That makes me sound way more zen than I actually feel - ha!). Its just nuts that I have so many tips and tricks for tracking your cycle, getting pg etc.but just can't get pg myself.
I hear ya. I looked up a RE website today and am seriously going to talk to my ob gyn about it in March. I just want to know if there is something more we can do. Part of me is thinking I'm being impatient since it can take awhile to get pg anyway. Part of me is expecting the worse and to at least get some testing done.
Not sure if ob will even make a referral since it hasn't been 6 months post loss yet. Seems like it's been forever.
Just want to get the ball rolling.
I enjoy the control i have over temping and using opk. I don't get much cm and don't check cp. I feel like I'm a terrible least doing something.

@SP128 - my plan is once we hit our year mark of TTC in June of this year to go for clomid and my OB actually prescribes that and if that doesn't work I will see an RE for IUI. I don't include the loss as starting over from month 1 - it's continuing on for me so technically this will be our 8th month TTC.
@vlagrl29 Ok that makes sense. We started trying in May and it took us 4 months to get pg. It's been 3-4 months after mc. So we are roughly in the same time frame. We just all need to hurry up and get KU!
***TW*** Me: 36 DH:35 Married: 7/10/2016 TTC#1 - May 2016 BFP 9/6/2016 - Missed MC 10/20/2016 BFP 5/5/2017 - CP IVF #1 - June 2017 - Transferred 1 fresh 4 AA embryo. 7/9 Beta #1 - 161 Adam Born on 3/18/18
I know it's really hard to know when to make the leap into fertility treatment. It took me 8 months to get pg the first time, 2 months the second time and now I am starting my 5th cycle ttcal. Ive already had testing done with an RE and besides a blood clotting issue that is just a problem when I am pg everything for me and DH came back fine. To me that means we should just keep trying on our own and it will happen but then I hate to waste anymore time without being proactive. Its tough. I feel like its a constant battle against time.
@SP128 - I would definitely talk to your OB about it. I had 2 losses but I just called the RE's office and made an appt - no one asked for a referral or even why I was coming there.
@TScalei Hmmmmm I thought I would need a referral for insurance to cover. I had asked about fertility coverage and I think the rep from insurance said that there are approved clinics that are covered. May be worth asking if I need an ob referral. I will have one more cycle before I see ob. It's def tough. I don't want to jump into meds and treatment if all I really need is time. Ugh. Like I said, fx for all of us for next cycle

Just another day of EWCM - I have to admit its pretty awesome. Every time I see something like it I feel like we should get on it. Might be why I felt like I was getting a UTI yesterday.
@vlagrl29. Hopefully you didn't end up getting a uti. Sometimes after a couple days in a row of action I feel like a uti Ian coming on too. It passes when I get a break. ALSo, i pee right after unless its fw and I hang out for about 10 min. Haven't had a uti since a few year a ago.

Yeah I think we will pass on it tonight but tomorrow night it's on. This morning there was some blood in my urine. I have left over antibiotics from October that I started taking today. @SP128
@SP128 and @TScalei. I just saw my OB and she gave me a name of RE. I don't need a referral as my insurance doesn't require referrals. I've been trying for 6 months and insurance won't cover anything until it's been a year. However I'm still going in for consultation so I know my options and costs when and if necessary. I've only had one loss and hopeful I won't need it but I'm almost 42 so don't want to waste a lot of time. I called my insurance company before I made appointment and they explained my benefits regarding Infertility so it might be worth a phone call to see what's required
well this morning on CD16 I got a positive OPK. I was starting to wonder because it never turned positive all those days I had a ton of CM. We BD last night and will again tomorrow. I'm normally just the kind of person that likes to BD 3 times a week but in 1 week we've BD'd 4x and that because I kept thinking with all the CM I didn't want to miss any chance lol.
I just got a positive this morning for the first time (ever! My surge must be super short and overnight). I also had a 0.3 degreee temp rise, so I think I'm rapidly approaching O. It's a great cycle to O early since I'll be out of town next week.
anyone else have slight ovary pain on both sides when they BD close to O? Last night I thought maybe I needed more lube but that was not the case. I actually had to change to being on top because it was so uncomfortable.
@justsuzie - I just hope I don't get too hopeful this month end up with a BFN and crying again. Very glad I can go in for the blood draw next saturday.
@vlagrl29glad to hear you finally got the positive opk! @babypi yay for a positive, so handy with you being out of town later too!
I'm going to be stuck here nearly into March, haha. I have really long cycles (38-39) days, so I am not even going to start testing for o till the 25th. According to my calendar I should ovulate around the 28, hopefully. Hubby is gone for a couple of weeks so I though we'd be out this cycle but he is coming home to visit on the 27th, so here's hoping for perfect timing FX

I'm glad I started reading this page! I never scrolled down enough to see this was still active! I just saw the first few posts were really old....anyway, I'm waiting on AF. Got diagnosed with a blighted ovum on Saturday. Have had very very light spotting, but come on already! Waiting for a miscarriage is hell.
@shara1733- Im so sorry you are going through this. Waiting for a mc is just awful - fx it will happen soon and you can begin to move on. This Board is a great support system- welcome!
@shara1733 So sorry you find yourself here. The wait is awful. The women here are great and are such a good support. Hope your stay here is short and sweet.

@shara1733 welcome to the board, but so sorry you ended up here. The waiting time between finding out miscarriage is inevitable and having it happen is hard. Fx everything happens soon.
@TScalei@SP128@Perfectypo@justsuzie thank y'all. My first pregnancy ended in MC this past Dec. I was oblivious to how common they are and even after learning how common, didn't think it would happen to me. Now I'm learning about BO....glad this board is here and I appreciate everyone's responses. I'm sorry y'all have all had a loss/losses too
@shara1733 - I had 2 mcs in a row too - both mmcs first once was a BO and I had to wait to miscarry both times. Its hard to believe that it can happen twice. I was surprised to find out how common they are though and it definitely makes me feel less alone.
@TScalei how close together were your MCs? I'm planning on waiting a couple of cycles to let my body try to get back on track before we try again. I've heard of women getting prego right after a MC and everything being fine, but with getting prego right after a MC I want to allow myself the time to heal emotionally too
Ladies, if you would like to joint us on the Trying to Get Pregnant (TTGP) board, I created a weekly TTCAL check-in. The women there are great and have lots of info about testing and lots of scientific things to do to get KU.

@SP128 That particular thread is slower, which is why we do a weekly one instead of daily. Hope you find even more support.
PS my fever is up to 101.01, so I can't confidently say O was yesterday. Womp womp!

I'm sad to see new faces here, and sad to see some regs back in WTO.
I'm at CD15 and in FW. I hate the guessing game of trying to figure out when I'll O so H and I can get timing right without running into performance anxiety issues. But hey, O should be Thurs or Friday, I think. FX for good timing and that this will be our cycle.
