@sarahufl I've heard that only 1/3 of people who fail the 1 hour test are actually diabetic, so I'm not too concerned. Of course, PCOS is supposed to make you insulin-resistant, so maybe I *am* slightly diabetic.
Pregnancy #1: I was put on bp medication. About 14-15 weeks, my urine dip showed sugar, so Dr. Ordered the 1 hr. I failed by like 20-30 points. I cried. I took the 3 hr. I failed.(not by much, a few points, but still failed) I cried. I sucked it up, ate pretty much exactly how I usually do, but tried to be conscious of what I was eating. My readings were literally always perfect.
Pregnancy #2: No bp meds needed. Because of prior GD diagnosis, Dr ordered 1 hour around 16 weeks. I failed, but passed the 3 hour. No GD.
Pregnancy #3: I imagine they will have me schedule it again around 16 weeks.

FX for good results on your 3 hr!
Fasting: 77 ... 1 hour: 140 ... 2 hour: 104 ... 3 hour: 56
The 3 hour result is a little concerning, but is probably an outlier.
