@SP128 I don't even want to move, much less get up and walk around. I have to call the hematologist tomorrow to get his office to send visit notes to MFM anyway, so I may ask if there is anything that he can prescribe to lessen the bleeding. In the past I've had Amicar and DDAVP / Stimate for surgery, so we will see. He may say not to do anything because we need to repeat the repeated loss panel bloodwork in 4 weeks.

@SP128 I am a teacher. I have been at work, but need to take today off. I didn't think it could get worse than yesterday, but it did. Usually CD2 is my worst, but CD3 is pretty awful right now.

Thanks @Tscalei. Since my BP isn't low and I'm not in pain, OB says to just hydrate and monitor. I would have to go to the ER if it gets worse. Waiting to hear from hematologist. They all love to "wait and see".

@NYTino24 Perfect excuse to sit around and relax. Find some shitty movie or tv show and just veg! I am watching gilmore girls from the beginning and it's actually a great distraction.
I had my LH surge Peak today which means I should O tomorrow. We are ntnp but it's good to know I will possibly 0 given my CP last cycle.
@JustsuzieWell the hematologist basically broke up with me. He said he has reached the limit of his expertise and wants me to see a hematology specialist (which seems like an oxymoron) so I still have no answers.

I don't even know what's normal anymore. Can you have an LH opk positive when you aren't Oing? I didn't chart this cycle and now I'm kicking myself. Now I'm wondering if maybe the Hcg isn't completely out of my system and that's turning it positive ? Frustrating. My number was so low that I assumed it would be out of my system super quick.
@justsuzie My OPKs were positive until after I ovulated this cycle, but were positive the entire cycle when I was KU. The speed LH drops is proportional to how high it was. Mine was 361 the day after loss (probably dropped a lot in the 4 days of bleeding before) and was 53 and 0 the next two weeks. @vlagrl29 I ask coworkers if there will be any triggers before watching. @brooklyngirl18 Yay for IUI!!
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
@justsuzie my bet is you still have HCG in your system as you only need an 8 to turn it positive is what I've been told. Actually when I was doing OPKs in December I got 3 days in a row of positives - I was actually pregnant and it was picking it up.
@vlagrl29 How long after your CP did you O? I didn't start OPKS, Charting/temping until after my ectopic so I don't really know much about my cycle yet. I just checked again and I still have a positive OPK which makes me think you are right and I still have HCG in my system.
@justsuzie - I got my BFP on Dec 22nd around the time I was supposed to ovulate. I was using OPKs so I could get my Progesterone tested for fertility but it picked up the pregnancy. The CP was confirmed last week of the year and real bleeding started first week of the year. I did not want to use OPKs any more so I didn't track in January. I still believe I did ovulate on schedule because I felt watery CM mid Jan. I will be using OPKs this month only for that Progesterone test this month.
My first beta was 141, 2nd was around 350, and 3rd was in the upper 200s. I had 2 more blood draws after that until it hit 2.
I'm having opk issues right now as well. Cp 1/9. Hcg was down <2 on 1/16. Bbt confirmed o on 2/6 (cd29). Positive opk 2/6, 2/7, 2/8. They were gradually darkening but still negative prior to 2/6. No clue why they are still blatantly positive
@Mommyamp so frustrating, right? I think I'm just going to ride this cycle out and start fresh next cycle with tracking. I can't rely on cm because I don't really have that consistently. Hopefully you'll regulate soon too.
@Mommyamp It's totally possible to get KU two or so weeks after a MC. In fact, my current thinking (after a possibility suggested by my OB) is that I had a CP and then got KU the next cycle, which ended in my MC at 8 weeks. Here are my OPKs and charts from both cycles.
Before BFP (wish I kept / took a pic of those OPKs) BFP / MC cycle The positive HPT were after MC while tracking HCG to 0. These are now old, but I still had a very faint positive on CD13 and in the past thought what I was seeing was an evaporation line. Ignore the notes. Those were for DH. Now I know I probably had a CP between the similar charts, the HPT / OPK, the slightly longer LP, and irregular spotting / AF length. Post MC
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
I took an hpt about a week ago and it was neg. It's too soon post o to take another one. I'll try again next weekend. I'm hoping I'm ku again this soon but we'll see.
For those tracking your first cycle after MC, what day did you count as cycle day 1? I think AF is about to come and I want to plug it into my app accurately. I know this cycle isn't necessarily "normal," but I want to log it right. Thanks!
@vlagrl29 thanks--That makes sense to me with a regular period but just not sure how to figure it out with my M/C...meaning, do I log that as a "period," and what day to count as CD1 since I bled several days before the M/C actually happened.
@liz4382 I guess it depends on how much time passed between when you started bleeding and when you miscarried. With my second miscarriage, I bled lightly off and on for two weeks before the heavy bleeding and MC actually happened. I logged the actual MC as CD1 (and FF has an option to mark the cycle as a MC). I ovulated about 3 weeks after I actually MCd. That first cycle after a MC can be really wonky, so it can mess up your "averages". My OB benched me that cycle after MC anyway, so I don't think it really mattered which day I chose as CD1.
Please keep scrolling if you don't want to hear me vent, I totally understand....
I won't be joining in TWW this month. DH's skin lesions were healing but we were being careful to wait until CD 14 right before I left this weekend. Did it with a condom on Cd 12 to clear the pipes and not irritate the skin. So yesterday, CD14, some EWCM, I get home from work...and they are tearing again. He begs me to wait until I get back on Monday and I just burst into tears (something I NEVER do), just blubbery about maybe the first time it was an accident and what if it never happens again for us. Which of course, absolutely kills DH since he hates to see me upset. I know if we did last night it would have made it worse and who knows how long it would take to heal, I was just having a bad TTC day. And of course, before I just left to go the airport now, more EWCM than I've had in. Months. So F YOU Mother Nature!!!
Thank you. If you finished reading you get a cookie. I can't bitch about this IRL, thanks so much for understanding.
@amberruka Sorry about the rough TTCAL day. It sucks when you're trying and things don't seem to line up. It's bad enough we're all going through losses and feeling the loss of time as well, but to have other life events 'stall' your plans really sucks! Hope you have better TTCAL days ahead!

@amberruka I am so sorry, is there anything he can do/is doing to help them heal or is it just something that takes time? First thing that came to mind is something we did with DS when he had bad diaper rash. Have him get some extended nakey time to help it air out and reduce any friction that clothes could be causing.
