@Knottie42089123 I just read this to DH and he is going to have them double check when we go back in 2 weeks for her stomach re-check! lol I compared her pic to someone's boy pic and they looked a lot different! Apparently DH is a little worried now!
@Knottie42089123 my friend had that happen a couple years back. Had 3 ultrasounds. 1 elective 3D and was told girl every time! Everything was super girly. Had a huge shower. Baby was born and boom. Boy! Lol I was paranoid my whole pregnancy that dd would be a boy in the end. You just can't be 100% until birth I guess. Lol

I had a night full of nightmares about birth. Both of my previous births weren't picture perfect but they weren't horrible. Im nervous about delivery because of them both having separate issues but I didn't think I was give myself nightmares nervous. I woke up at one point and was afraid to go back to sleep because I didn't want those images in my head again. Now I'm exhausted. Bring on the coffee!
Mom to Madison- 5 and Lillian 2....and now surprise baby #3!
Both of my kids decided to not sleep well last night. DD wet the bed and DS was up at 5:45. I'm a cranky Mama today. Also DD wants to take her change to target to buy a surprise and I'm having a hard time explaining to her that her pennies aren't enough and how we earn money. Why is this conversation so hard to get across? I need a book to read to her so she gets it. Any advice? She just turned 4.
I know there was discussion about filing taxes earlier in this thread so I just wanted to share here that my bank account indicated today a pending deposit for tomorrow from the IRS for my federal refund - I e-filed exactly one week ago today through TurboTax online!!! I have never received my federal refund so fast! I almost always file the first week of February, because give me that money honey, and it's usually a good 3 weeks on the federal. I was so shocked when I saw that!

@JAGinMI, I'm jealous! We filed a while ago and got an email stating because we qualified for EIC they are postponing all refunds until after the 15th.
George Clooney and his wife are expecting twins in June. Not that I know them personally or anything, just thought we should somehow invite her to our birth month club!
Jealous of everyone's snow. My parents are in upper Michigan (the UP) and they have so much beautiful snow. We have a dusting here in lower Michigan. Send it this way, please!
8" of snow here and still going although I don't think it will stop until around 10. I just want daycare to be open tomorrow. I have so much to get done at work.
It is nights likes tonight where I have two screaming kids and a husband who is so quick to get frustrated that I really get nervous about adding a third to the mix.

So excited!!! The Girl Scouts will be put selling cookies tomorrow at the grocery store by my moms house. Only had to come all the way to Illinois to get some cookies!!
FSUNole31 Yes, my classroom is on the third floor and I am so winded coming up the stairs. My 3 yo comes to work with me 2 days a week and then goes to preschool. I try to carry her up the stairs to quicken up the line of students following me when we start the day, but I usually only make it halfway with her.
@FSUNole31 Not a joke at all! With DS I didn't know that it was normal, and it freaked me out. I'm going on a walk with DS and my best friend this afternoon, and am going to have to remember to pace myself. In other randomness, it's going to be 60 here today. 60! I'm so looking forward to going out and not having to layer and bundle up. DS hates wearing layers and blankets when we go out, but he also hates being cold. NE is not the ideal place for either of us! I'm not sure if I'll ever stop trying to convince DH to look into moving elsewhere...
The fabric for my boys' curtains came last night and I am so excited!!!
I'm going for a simple warm neutral room... lots of black, white, cream, brown, driftwood/grey colored wood...and we can add pops of color and whimsy at their choosing over time.
Their curtains will be full length, backtab style out of large black and white buffalo check with a blackout liner... I'm so excited to make these (hopefully this weekend)!
