So far today, I've managed frosted mini wheats, handi snacks, a super pretzel and soup. I'm trying to decide what else I want to eat now, but I just keep coming up with things that require leaving the house. Which isn't happening lol.
Right now I'm literally choking down a chicken chili soup. I can barely handle it but it's all I had with me for lunch. I ate it yesterday and was fine but baby does NOT like it today!!
I've found that lots of small snacks are the way to go for me. Having three big meals isn't sustaining me, so I need to break it down and have several small meals throughout the day. I'm going to need to meal prep this week to make sure I prepare some easy-to-grab and healthy snacks for next week.

Oh, I am planning to eat this clementine my coworker gave me. That's good for me probably.

@jessafishy I mean we're taking vitamins, right? That cancels out the bad eating on any given day.
I just watched one of those quick video recipe things people are always posting on fb and now I want sweet and sour egg drop soup in the worst way. Hubs has a new pit stop on the way home from work. :::drools everywhere:::
@rockinro_17 all chili belongs in the garbage as far as I'm concerned lol
@ashleyluxe I would be incredibly devastated if I couldn't tolerate pizza. It's what pretty much keeps me alive!
@Tennis11785 you just reminded me we haven't started our Meal Plan Monday threads. Guess that it on the list to definitely start next week, I need to get to planning since with a fourth kid coming, time to start eating at home more
@jessafishy first trimester is all about survival I just have to remind myself that this is a tough stage and while I shouldn't go super hog wild, whatever sounds good (and is super easy) is whatever I'm going to eat. Healthy stuff can wait until I don't want to puke the instant I feel the tiniest bit hungry
Today, my pregnant self ate 3 slices of cheese pizza (cuz you know... pepperoni.) some hot peanuts and a Kalache (sp) this morning...
Snacks are my life though. I've been really enjoying my pickles, drenched in hot sauce and sour powder, pineapple with the same mix, and chili suckers.
I can't say that I have had too much nausea going on, yet so I am eating while I can. *fingers crossed*
@sjohns08 aww I love chili! But your comment made me laugh. @Mommaswizz My MIL made a delicious stew recently, and ALL day while it cooked, I nearly died inside. It smells so divine!
^^ YES!! I'm a big fan of anything that makes my house smell amazing all day!! We are in the final stretch. I truly dont know if ill make it another hour before eating this hahaha
@Mommaswizz oh I LOVE beef stew days! I always end up eating a bowl for lunch too because I'm impatient and it smells so good! Yummmm.
I've decided I'm being weird for dinner. I'm making twice baked potatoes and keeping some of the mashed potatoes out to mix with corn also. And then I'm devouring the cupcakes dh brought home from my favorite place. He's a keeper lol
Egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast, chips and salsa for snack, and a PB and J for lunch (because my toddler decided she would just like to eat goldfish crumbs instead). I had big plans to make a smoothie this afternoon but our nutribullet broke halfway through Hoping DH makes something delicious for dinner because I have no energy but I'm starving.
@mommac2017 yum! Last pregnancy (later on) I went through multiple jars of Costco baby dill pickles. All I could think was how cliche' I was being lol
Today eating wise...nothing much. I don't get nauseous but I have zero appetite and have to force myself to eat. Nothing sounds good. I went through this last time in the beginning weeks. So an English muffin for breakfast, and some grapes and slices of cheese for lunch. I have no idea what DD and I are doing for dinner (DH at work). I know I need to eat some protein or something haha
Tried a banana this morning but texture made me gag, so I stuffed a few chocolate turtles a customer gave me in my mouth Tried to have a bowl of ramen which is like a guilty pleasure for me once in awhile, but it was gross, tossed it out. Made a grilled cheese, that was OK. For dinner I made crock pot pulled bbq pork sandwiches and some creamy macaroni...it was great. Feeling ravished every 2hrs and that makes me fear the weight gain. Oh yea, I stuffed two oatmeal creme pies on the mouth in between a Target run and picking kid up...didn't think I could survive until dinner lol.
The eating part has been easy. It's the feeling full part that has not been. Currently, I feel like I'm going to puke after a quarter pound burger and a few onion rings. *sigh*
My H made this super delicious red bean stew a few days ago, and he even put it in individual-portion bags so I could take it to school for lunch, but he put the bags in the freezer and they are literally frozen INTO the freezer door. Waiting for him to get home from working out with his brother so he can try to take them out, as I've been unsuccessful.
Bagel loaded with cream cheese for breakfast! AM Snack #1- small can of Pringles. AM Snack #2- strawberry strudel with icing! Lunch- CookOut (restaurant) cheese burger (BEST burgers ever
A woman after my own heart! I have been swinging by DD for a decaf latte and bagel and cream cheese (on the side) because those fools don't put it on right lol. Keeping bagels in my house even not pregnant is my biggest weakness....I think I have some pumpkin ones in deep freezer I stashed away before starting to lose weight lol. Oh now I need a bagel!
I haven't experienced any food aversion just yet so I'm eating things I normally eat. I'm easier to make gag though and not necessarily over food things. I was watching a video yesterday of what a pregnancy looks like on the inside (starting from fertilization) and the "floor" and sides of the uterus had what looked like a bunch of long hairs and they were flowing back and forth and I was like OMG I'm fuzzy on the inside *gag*
@ShakeUpTampa I have to ask for cream cheese on the side when I get a bagel from DD too. They put WAY too much. Like, I like cream cheese but I don't need you to make a sandwich out of it.

I am dying for it to be 1PM tomorrow afternoon for queso and cheese enchiladas, which is our lunch ritual after my son's swim class lol. I feel you on this one.
I normally have such a sweet tooth, which everyone in my office knows about. Someone brought in doughnuts (my fav!) this morning, but I had zero interest. I ended up taking one anyways, because, doughnuts! (And I felt like people would definitely question me if I didn't). Well here I am, 4 hours later with the worst case of morning sickness I've had yet. Horrible decision. Just hoping I can make it through the afternoon without puking

@beezeemarie I absolutely loved sweets! I now could care less. I did eat a cupcake for my step sons birthday to be polite. I would have usually eaten 2 then and 2 later!
I'm the opposite, I don't have a sweet tooth unless I'm pregnant. Then give me all the milk shakes.

@jessafishy this is me, with meat. I used to be a vegetarian, and now I eat meat but pretty rarely. Since getting pregnant, all I want is cheeseburgers, chicken wings, you name it!

Beef stew in the crockpot is making me WILDLY starving all day. I've been ready for dinner since lunch lol
