Hi Ladies, I went in for a repeat blood draw n results were Tue - Thurs 3,000 point increased only. I'm not sure of my ovulation day so I'm a maniac trying to figure out how far a long I actually am. LMP was 12/7. The Dr will b giving me another ultrasound next Wed n this wait is damn near gonna kill me. I guess I'm just curious if this preg is not progressing why any increase at all n if I should take that as some sort of comfort...? Wouldn't it decrease drastically in 2 days? I am still having symptoms, n no spotting or cramping at all. Thoughts anyone?

That being said, my beta numbers didn't double in number over 48 hours, but my doctor said as long as there is a continual rise, which there has been, he isn't worried. Apparently some women don't double steadily, or double in 72 hours instead of 48. If your doctor isn't worried, I would try not to as well.

Wow, that turned hostile quickly. Also, there was absolutely no need to call out @lap018 in your response to HollyGolightly. You've been way more rude in your responses than anything anyone else said, which is not the way to get continued help and support here. People have, overall, been very kind and helpful to you. I suggest you tone down the acid.
Again, I could be very wrong. I'm just using an online doubling calculator and knowledge I've gained from Google.
I would like to advise against using profanity when talking about other TB members, even if you use stars to block out most of the words. I understand you're dealing with a stressful situation. But there's no need to lash out in a hostile manner to others.
Best of luck to you and your baby!

With that said...I'm so sorry for you previous losses and for the stress you clearly feel now, but while @lap018 might've been slightly snarky in her first comment, it was lighthearted. She did offer some sage advice and you kind of retorted pretty nastily multiple times. You being stressed and posting is totally understandable but maybe next time try searching first to see if another thread has already addressed your question and keep the nasty/defensive tone at bay. You telling people to leave you alone or that you're done with them wasn't really warranted.
