Thanks @lulu1180 -- I was just about to start this but couldn't think of a GTKY question!
Month/Cycle: 8/10
CD: 6
WAYDTGKU: CM, OPKS,
abbreviated version of temping. PNVs, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Zinc, avoiding soy
and BPA. This is our IF testing cycle so bloodwork and an HSG too.
R/R: You ladies are the best. I have all the feels today after reading yesterday's thread.
CS/Q:
GTKY: There are a couple early Taylor Swift songs that I still love. I am a grown woman now, but I still jam to "Better Than Revenge" occasionally.
WAYDTGKU: PNVs, Ubiquinol, temping, drinking Pom juice
R/R:
CS/Q: TMI I had no spotting yesterday. But it was back this morning and was brownish red and there was a clot. (Normally my periods are one day of spotting, 3 days of flow, 1-2 days of spotting. This month I had 2 days of spotting, 4 days of flow, 1 day of spotting, 1 day of nothing, 2 days of spotting (and one was light pink), yesterday was nothing, and today I'm spotting again. I think the clot is really bugging me (which is normal during the flow time but now???). Could drinking the Pom juice really do this? I'm going to stop but could it really have messed me up that much?
GTKY: What is your favorite guilty pleasure music? Booty music!!! I esp love 90s booty music lol
Happy to see you back @adirat! We need your guiding wisdom and awesome attitude here!
Month/Cycle: 4/3
CD: 15
WAYDTGKU: HIO EOD, PNV, CM, BBT, physical symptoms
R/R: Yesterday was hell. Today is a new day.
CS/Q: Does anyone get nonfertile CM during O? I had my spike today and expecting CH for CD14. But on CD13, my CM started out watery and ended creamy. Yesterday it was just creamy. You can check my chart, I had a good streak of CM, but it seems to have stopped right before I O'd. Is that weird?
GTKY: Oh geez, @adirat stole mine. I even saw her in concert lol I guess musical soundtracks then? I even act them out as I listen. I am a Broadway star in my own head/car.
R/R: Already looking forward to the weekend and I just got back from vacation Trying to get back in the swing of things is hard and I really need to get back to training, I have a half marathon in less than two months
CS/Q:
GTKY: What is your favorite guilty pleasure music? I have a handful of sappy ballads in my iTunes library
WAYDTGKU: BBT, OPK, CM, CP, PNV, Magnesium, EPO, vitamin D3, green tea, limiting caffeine, myo-inositol (I keep copying this from the previous day because I'm too lazy to try to remember it all on my own)
R/R: So our HR department emailed the whole company on Monday to let us know there appears to be a possible small issue with W2s and some information may be incorrect. Right before I left yesterday, they were available online. Then after I left they sent an email saying some of them may still be incorrect and we have to wait to file Argh!
CS/Q: nope, just peeing on all the things and waiting for a +OPK

@loveindc Thanks friend! And we can share Taylor. I suspect many people secretly do. (Even my husband likes "Tell Me Why")
@purplg8r I don't know much about pomegranate juice and there are no studies on it. It could just be a weird period. Everyone has a weird period occasionally. I wouldn't worry.
@lulu1180 That is so frustrating! W2s are pretty important!
@lulu1180 Vacation was fabulous! Would love to plan another but I'm really hoping to be KU before December/January.
We're tax twins lol. I submitted our return Monday morning and then two hours later my husband received an email saying his W2 had an error. Now I have to file a stinking amendment.
First early morning buddies now tax twins @cdnrunning lol. I've never had a W2 delayed like this and it's beyond frustrating! DH is still waiting on information from his former employer before we can file anyways. Hopefully it's on it's way like it was supposed to be.

@lulu1180 I posted one yesterday I think? Or was it the day before? It was Ovia. I will post the FF one either today or tomorrow. Think I will post tomorrow if I still don't get CH.
R/R: This is the hardest time I've had getting over a failed cycle. Being past the half-way mark of the "don't worry, it can take up to 12 months for a healthy couple to get KU" timeline is very scary and upsetting to me. Not being in control and not having a plan of how to fix it is very hard for me. My entire life I've been able to follow the formula of wanting it bad enough + putting in the effort = success. It's irrationally frustrating to me that TTGP does not work like that. Ick. Sorry for the dear diary. Here's a cute gif to cleanse your palate.
CS/Q: --
GTKY: Like @adirat and @LoveInDC it's definitely Taylor Swift! I can't stand her as a person but dammit if her songs aren't catchy!
@cdnrunning good luck getting back into training. I'm trying to find a race to sign up for to keep me accountable and get me back into running shape. @lulu1180 UGH sorry about the W2 delay. R/R: Rave: Another successful day at the gym! Now I'm having a good breakfast. I think I'm finally on the other side of my woe is me blues.
Rant: my Temps were unusually high at the beginning of my cycle, and erratic. Then they stabled and looked normal. Now they've dropped to wear they usually are. Last cycle I o'ed cd24, so who knows what will happen? But my opks which were creeping darker are now nearly blank.
CS/Q: No... nothing new. Just a weird chart.
GTKY: for me there is not one. I like songs, and not typically artists. I'll listen to anything from pop to musicals, country and rock. About the only thing I dislike across the board are heavy screaming metal and screamo.

WAYDTGKU: Just trying to get to March so we can start treatment
R/R: Working from home today, which is always nice to be able to sleep in a little longer
CS/Q: no chart
GTKY: What is your favorite guilty pleasure music? It depends on my mood... but I love to belt out ballads in the car and pretend I actually can sing. Mariah, Adele, Whitney... I love it all! H laughs at me that I love sad music but it's the best to listen to in the car when no one can hear you!
R/R: Yesterday I spent the day helping a friend out with her 1.5 year old because friend woke up with a migraine and her meds make her loopy. I was supposed to help her out for a couple of hours but that turned into an all day thing. Whatever, not the point. When I was over there, my friend was feeding her kid Pepsi. Not just a sip or two but several. I get the feeling this wasn't just a one time thing. Now. I try not to be judgy especially since I don't have kids and such. However, I'm very much against giving a child that young soda.
CS/Q: I realized a little late that I was supposed to move over to TWW after O but never did :X But at the same time I'm not entirely sure that I did O. Even so, H and I started out this month using condoms and stopped using them about half way through so it might not matter anyway. I don't know.
GTKY: What is your favorite guilty pleasure music? I can't honestly say that I feel guilty about any of the music that I like.
Me: 29 DH: 32 Married 9/27/2014 TTC Since 1/1/2017 BFP: 2/6/2017 Due Date: 10/13/17
R/R: Today is DH and my 5th wedding anniversary We might not celebrate tonight because 1. it's Wednesday and all decent restaurants are an hour away and that's even if the roads aren't icy, and 2. he's helping a coworker in Minot tile his shower today and tomorrow, so he might stay overnight. We usually end up doing something later in Feb or March anyway because our dating anniversary is St. Patrick's Day.
CS/Q:
GTKY: What is your favorite guilty pleasure music? I can get down with some cheesy Britney Spears or other 90s pop. That and some EDM for working out.
WAYDTGKU: all things, letrozole, estrogen and follie check on monday
R/R: I think DS shared his GI but with me, that or I'm having a lot of side effects from the letrozole that I did not have before... (I joked with DH last night that if we were playing battle-shits I would win) (please get the movie reference and don't think I'm a complete weirdo) monday's follie check seems so far away, I'm just antsy. Also trying not to get overly hopefull after bluejeanbabi05's BFP on the first IUI....I will not get my hopes up, I will not get my hopes up.
CS/Q: temp was a solid degree to 1.5 higher than usual (yay illness) so i discarded it.
GTKY: What is your favorite guilty pleasure music? beastie boys... but I love so many of your choices.
@loveindc your chart looks good. I would not be to worried that your CM dried up on O day. Great philosophy that today is a new day @purplg8r sorry your still spotting. I guess if it persists I would call your OB just to check in @adirat so nice to have you back @lulu1180 that is so annoying with your W2 @julesdp big hugs for CD1. Fx your BFP is just around the corner @pinky917 sorry for your CD1 too. ugg TTC can suck. so random question do you know why they use an A instead of an M in the menstruation sign? @freeislove feel free to post your chart and we would happily give you a CS.

TTC 1/2012 Diagnosed : unexplained infertility 6 rounds of IUI and a MC 2/2014, rainbow twins 4/2015 TTC #3 5/2016 Restarted Fertility tx IUI 2 rounds, baby girl 12/17
@wabash15 That is actually a really interesting question. I tried to see if I could find anything explaining the reasoning behind it, but nothing so far.
@purplg8r what exactly is booty music? LOL. And, I have no insight, but I agree that your spotting situation is odd. I hope you get it figured out soon!
@LoveInDC last cycle my CM didn't seem to line up with O. BUT, I wasn't temping and just going by OPKs... and clearly I'm not KU. So, my experience may not be all that helpful lol.
@cdnrunning I hate coming back from vacations. It's always so hard to get back into your routine and not be sad about it lol.
@lulu1180 sorry about the W2 confusion... I don't understand why companies always wait until the last minute to do that stuff (although I do my own and I totally waited until the last minute too....). And, high-five on the Britney Spears!
@cdnrunning Coming back from vacation always feels like you need another vacation....hang in there!
@adirat: Welcome back! Glad to see the admins reversed their decision.
@LoveinDC: For some cycles, my CM either immediate dries up after O (so when the temp spikes) or it switches to creamy non-fertile. So if you had a spike, O was likely yesterday (you will have to wait to see what happens in the next few days) and non-fertile CM would be normal today.
purplg8r Sorry for the confusing body messages with the spotting. I would probably contact my doctor if this is really unusual. I wouldn't think that drinking juice would do this. I know Pom is supposed to have some fertility benefits, but its not a herb or medicine, so I wouldn't expect it to mess with your cycle this much. But you could stop drinking it and see what happens.
lulu1180 Ugh, that sucks on the W2 situation. It's something that happens every year, should companies be able to figure it out?!?!
canonmom413 FX you get those cross hairs soon! Do you think you O'd or are your not sure?
@BertieMeetsGertie hahaha, we were just googling Hanson the other day. They look so different now a days!
@Mythril Nice job on the gym commitment. DH and I managed a whole 25 minute workout last night...not great, but I guess it's something. I am trying to get back in the habit and to start DH with a fitness routine. He hasn't gone to the gym consistently since high school...so 25 minutes is a huge improvement.
@hartmich: Jealous of the working from home. It took everything in me to put on clothes today and dress like a professional...
@Redpuma119: yay for the equivalent of Fridays! Do you work in a particular field to have that schedule?
feeislove Are you consistently temping? If so, did you get at least 3 days of a sustained temp rise?
Have a feeling this might be a weird cycle for me...
Month/Cycle: 5/5 3 TTCAL

WAYDTGKU: PNV, OPKs, HIO, temping, Green tea and pom juice
R/R: Rave: It's Wednesday, and while I have grad class tonight until 7:30pm, I am in a pretty decent mood. I was productive yesterday and hope to be the same today.
Rant: Nothing at the moment.
CS/Q: So, I decided to use an OPK last night (CD6) and I got a near positive on it. I don't know if this is leading to an early LH surge, but I guess will continue to use them until O. Also, my CM last night was borderline watery and is more so this morning. But how can this be at CD6/CD7?!?!? Usually I have 3 days of positive OPKs before O...so depending on when it turns positive, I could O close to CD 10 or another CD 11 (typical is CD 13).
GTKY: What is your favorite guilty pleasure music?
Hmmm...there are a few Taylor Swift songs I like to listen to while working out. If I am feeling moody or down, I still have a mix CD (yes, one I made in HS) that's titled "Sad Songs for Sad Days" (a little dramatic). It's a mix of backstreet boys, Tony Rich Project (Nobody Knows It But Me) and TLC. All the songs are sappy love songs...haha.
@LuND Apparently those who elected to receive theirs by mail had them (the incorrect ones) mailed out on the 23rd. So things were supposedly good to go a little early but something got screwed up somewhere.

R/R: CS/Q: I can't find the thread - we talked about Vitamin D being necessary. I couldn't find vitamin D but found Vitamin D3 - are they the same? I tried googling it but didn't really find anything. Also, the ones I bought were from Costco and they're 1000 IU but if I remember correctly from the thread we needed 3000 IU so should I be taking more than one?
GTKY: What is your favorite guilty pleasure music? I can throw down some serious Madonna's Immaculate Collection karaoke. Seriously, someone challenge me to a duel because I'd win.
ETA: I probably listened to this a thousand times after my first HS breakup...lol. I was so naive and dramatic. My dad was really into RB & Hip Hop, so I listened to a lot of "old" songs at the time. Music today just isn't the same.
@Dilynne It was @NYTino24 who mentioned it last week but I don't remember exactly what post. If I remember correctly, the article she posted said that D3 is what was important and it is what I also picked up a few days after reading.

@dilynne My doctor recommended both DH and I take vitamin d. I read that D3 is the most bioavailable so I got a D3 with calcium. I think it was @businesswife who told me that it's safe to take upwards of the usual 1000 units -- some people regularly take 3000 or 4000 units daily.

CS/Q:
GTKY: What is your favorite guilty pleasure music? for sure old school Britney!
@adirat @Dilynne. Yes, I have been taking 2000iu for a while now, and actually we were just talking in another group how important that is. As I understand it, newborns are also often recommended to take additional vitamin D drops, since so many mothers/people are deficient, and that goes even moreso for winter babies!

Hugs ladies.

WAYDTGKU: you know the drill
CD: 7
Great philosophy that today is a new day
@purplg8r sorry your still spotting. I guess if it persists I would call your OB just to check in
@adirat so nice to have you back
@lulu1180 that is so annoying with your W2
@julesdp big hugs for CD1. Fx your BFP is just around the corner
@pinky917 sorry for your CD1 too. ugg TTC can suck. so random question do you know why they use an A instead of an M in the menstruation sign?
@freeislove feel free to post your chart and we would happily give you a CS.

@canonmom413 FX you don't get sick!
@JulesDP *hugs* girl. I totally get it. We're some badass bitches for getting through this ish month after month.
@Pinky917 Well crap. So sorry for CD1. Love the sign language meme, though.
@Mythril I'm jealous of your gym habits!
@hartmich hey cycle buddy
@feeislove ugh, yeah, I'd totally be judging her for giving her kid that much soda! Christ on a bike.
@julesdp @pinky917 Sorry for CD 1
Have a feeling this might be a weird cycle for me...

R/R:
Rave: It's Wednesday, and while I have grad class tonight until 7:30pm, I am in a pretty decent mood.
