@ChocolateIsLife Feeling good today! I think it's because of the sore breasts....they're a reminder that my hormones are surging. DH thinks I'm crazy for checking my breasts all the time. I shared all my fears of what may happen and he's been my rock --reminding me that for today, we are pregnant and that we need to just take it one step at a time and enjoy every day that we have with the good news. Anxious to verify that there is a sac in the right place....then I'll be even more relaxed once I see a heartbeat.
One of my coworkers just got really bad news about her embryos so that has me really bummed out for her. And although our group is doing really well, I'm really sad about the ladies who didn't get their positives this cycle....especially when the chromosomes were tested as normal. So unfair and unpredictable

@emgem819 yep over 3,000 last transfer. No idea why, they said maybe multiples but I had only transferred one. So that's why I'm thrilled for a 207. Nice, solid and safe. Still a long way to go but a great starting point.

@lilmissslp I'm doing really well! I'll admit, nothing about this pregnancy has been easy, mostly due to my anxiety about everything. But that has finally started to ease a bit, now that I'm feeling regular movement. I'm still so fearful that something is going to go wrong and that all of this joy will be taken from me, but I'm just trying to enjoy the process as much as I can. I think that anxiety is something that only us IFers can fully understand. The PAIF board has been a huge support! I sure hope you'll be joining us on the other side soon!

@lilmissslp yay i'm so excited for you! Your lining and estrogen sound wonderful! This next week is going to go so fast!
AFM: my lining was 8.5mm, and estradiol 467, so I'm relieved! I spoke with my doc, and he had no idea about what actually happened with my embryo incident. The nurses made it seem like I didn't tell them to cancel the transfer because I was having emergency surgery, so thats why they thawed it. Once I clarified that no, I told them twice the night before, and reconfirmed in the morning that nothing would be thawed, he was pretty upset and had an emergency meeting with them. He was shocked that it was something that could have been completely avoided on his teams part, so I have confidence that he will address the issue appropriately. I'm disappointed that they hid it from him to cover their tracks. I had a hunch that they were hiding it though, because every time i have requested to speak with him, they always only let me talk to the nurse. Other than that they have been such a nice team of nurses to work with, but my impression of them has been tainted.

@ChocolateIsLife I'm sorry the nurses were incompetent. My last nurse I had at my clinic was a nightmare and she finally left/got let go and it made this round so much more peaceful. I'm glad you spoke up to the doctor and hopefully he addresses it with them. Great news about your lining! I have a feeling this one will be your sticky baby because the little one is a fighter!

wifeinraleigh28 I'm so glad you are doing well! I completely understand the anxiety. Infertility has trained our brains to expect the worst. When I got my BFP, before I knew it was ectopic, I was so nervous and just wanted the first trimester to be over. Now If I get pregnant again, I will be terrified that it is ectopic. Try to live in the moment and take it day by day. You are pregnant and you will stay pregnant! I am so excited for you and hope I can see you on the PAIF board soon.

AFM- 1st PIO shot in the books! My hubby did such an amazing job and it did not hurt. I hardly slept last night and was dreaming about it all night and it was not bad; however, I'm praying that it doesn't get sore throughout the day. Also, when I talked to the nurse yesterday she said that now my DR cannot do the transfer. So first we were told he couldn't, then he could, now he couldn't. At this point I'm kind of done with him and excited for a different dr. to do it.

Has anyone else been getting old blood/brown discharge at all? My nurse told me it's nothing to worry myself over because implantation is very vascular but naturally I'm worried haha. It's barely noticeable and hardly warrants a liner even being worn so I'm sure it's nothing but just curious if anyone else is getting this too.

morning everyone! we tested this morning (5dp5t) and got a bfp! A little faint but definitely there. @daniella144, don't lose hope. we tested yesterday and it was also a bfn.
@fingers_crossed Congrats! That is awesome news! Is your wife having any symptoms? We are in the exact situation as you, we transferred one PGS 5AA little boy as well.
TW: with all of my bfp's I had brown-ish spotting/discharge right before I tested. I don't have the best odds 4 losses and 2 healthy kids, but i know it's totally normal.
I know it's hard not to worry though.
Yesterday and this this am I had had some significant cramps/pain in my very low abdomen. I am hoping it's very late implanting. But also worried because TW: we have had two ectopic pregnancies. I know it's very rare with FET, but I'm still worried.

AFM: Our beta is still set at 14dp5dt on Monday, but ***TW**** HPT was BFP today! I can't believe I'm typing that! For the first time in my life, I saw two lines! My DH and I looked at it together and all the years of this struggle didn't matter in that moment when we realized we are pregnant! We both sobbed! This is an amazing but scary feeling. I have absolutely no symptoms, so I will take another test tomorrow and pray for a great first beta on Monday! Thanks for being here to support each other, I love that I felt like I could share this with you ladies.

@worldtravler0522 thanks for the positive thoughts! I feel like she is a fighter too! I have heard that spotting/brown discharge is normal as well as common, so I would say to not stress about it, but I know that is wayyyyy easier said that done! When is your next appointment?
@lilmissslp I completely agree and relate to "Infertility has trained our brains to expect the worst". I remember vaguely before we were TTC what it was like to not second guess and expect the worst, but IF changes you. I don't know if I will ever go back to that state of confidence and assurance, but I can say that it has become slightly easier to accept this past year, so I have faith it will continue to get easier over time for all of us. I'm so glad to hear that your husband was a PIO rockstar! Having them by our side for support makes the process so much better. I hope your bum stays sore free. The back and forth with who is performing the transfer would stress me out! I'm relieved for you that another doc is doing it. Have you met the other doctor?
@amanning2011 Lol right?! It definitely made me chuckle when she said that about the "lube". The last cycle I only made it to 5 days with the suppository before the transfer was cancelled, so I wasn't able to determine if it dried things up down there. My husband had the same reaction to the progesterone! He asked if he would grow moobies if we had sex... The "grow moobies" quote will be going in our ivf scrapbook. @fingers_crossed ahhh congrats on your BFP!!

TW: with my daughter I started bleeding at about 8 weeks and ended up at the ER. I had a subchorionic hemmorage, which caused the bleeding. It was SO scary but she was our rainbow baby.

@lilmissslp yay i'm so excited for you! Your lining and estrogen sound wonderful! This next week is going to go so fast!
AFM: my lining was 8.5mm, and estradiol 467, so I'm relieved! I spoke with my doc, and he had no idea about what actually happened with my embryo incident. The nurses made it seem like I didn't tell them to cancel the transfer because I was having emergency surgery, so thats why they thawed it. Once I clarified that no, I told them twice the night before, and reconfirmed in the morning that nothing would be thawed, he was pretty upset and had an emergency meeting with them. He was shocked that it was something that could have been completely avoided on his teams part, so I have confidence that he will address the issue appropriately. I'm disappointed that they hid it from him to cover their tracks. I had a hunch that they were hiding it though, because every time i have requested to speak with him, they always only let me talk to the nurse. Other than that they have been such a nice team of nurses to work with, but my impression of them has been tainted.

ChocolateIsLife your numbers are great!!!! I'm so excited for my transfer buddy. I'm so glad you did not drop the issue and let the dr. know what had happened. I'm also glad he was on your side and called an emergency meeting. There needs to be better communication!
AFM- 1st PIO shot in the books! My hubby did such an amazing job and it did not hurt. I hardly slept last night and was dreaming about it all night and it was not bad; however, I'm praying that it doesn't get sore throughout the day. Also, when I talked to the nurse yesterday she said that now my DR cannot do the transfer. So first we were told he couldn't, then he could, now he couldn't. At this point I'm kind of done with him and excited for a different dr. to do it.

with all of my bfp's I had brown-ish spotting/discharge right before I tested. I don't have the best odds 4 losses and 2 healthy kids, but i know it's totally normal.
I know it's hard not to worry though.
Yesterday and this this am I had had some significant cramps/pain in my very low abdomen. I am hoping it's very late implanting. But also worried because TW:
we have had two ectopic pregnancies. I know it's very rare with FET, but I'm still worried.
One more day til beta.

@jodes727 good luck tomorrow at your beta! I've had cramping pretty bad the last few days and my RE said it's totally normal and just the uterus stretching out and making room for the embryo!

AFM: Our beta is still set at 14dp5dt on Monday, but ***TW**** HPT was BFP today! I can't believe I'm typing that! For the first time in my life, I saw two lines! My DH and I looked at it together and all the years of this struggle didn't matter in that moment when we realized we are pregnant! We both sobbed! This is an amazing but scary feeling. I have absolutely no symptoms, so I will take another test tomorrow and pray for a great first beta on Monday! Thanks for being here to support each other, I love that I felt like I could share this with you ladies.

@lilmissslp I completely agree and relate to "Infertility has trained our brains to expect the worst". I remember vaguely before we were TTC what it was like to not second guess and expect the worst, but IF changes you. I don't know if I will ever go back to that state of confidence and assurance, but I can say that it has become slightly easier to accept this past year, so I have faith it will continue to get easier over time for all of us. I'm so glad to hear that your husband was a PIO rockstar! Having them by our side for support makes the process so much better. I hope your bum stays sore free. The back and forth with who is performing the transfer would stress me out! I'm relieved for you that another doc is doing it. Have you met the other doctor?
@amanning2011 Lol right?! It definitely made me chuckle when she said that about the "lube". The last cycle I only made it to 5 days with the suppository before the transfer was cancelled, so I wasn't able to determine if it dried things up down there. My husband had the same reaction to the progesterone! He asked if he would grow moobies if we had sex...

And just like that I think I'm out. I started bleeding and passed a few small blood clots. I'm beyond crushed. This will make my third loss if that's what indeed happens.

TW: with my daughter I started bleeding at about 8 weeks and ended up at the ER. I had a subchorionic hemmorage, which caused the bleeding. It was SO scary but she was our rainbow baby.
