It's crappy and rainy here too. But, I started taking melatonin and I slept pretty well last night, and the night before. I don't know why I resisted it for so long because I'm a crappy sleeper. I hope the effects don't wear off with prolonged use.

I feel all of you on being tired, my H woke all of us up at 4am on his way out the door to the gym.
@peregrine Are you guys going to paint yourselves or hire someone? I actually love painting nights with DH. We open a bottle of wine and try not to fall off ladders. Good times.
*TMI warning*
So I just thought I spotted implantation spotting on my tp (at 4dpo, because I'm a super speyshul snoflayke) and turns out it was just the pink color of my finger showing through the tp. May the BSC be ever in your favor.

@eggplantface We never hear people having sex, maybe once but that's it. Either they're really quiet or they aren't TTC. It's another soldier but I'm not even sure he's here with family so he could just be snoring up there alone, listening to us DTD every other day. Also I've been sleeping like shit but it's because of my new rescue dog waking up to pee at 3 am when she does out at 10/10:30. She's on medicine right now that makes her drink more and I think it's a side effect of her heart worms so I can't blame her but I need to sleep all night.
@Peregrine @lulu1180 We're moving in May and I really want to buy a house mostly so that we can decorate but military life says we should rent unless we do a fixer upper for profit (which would totally satisfy my home design addiction)
I picked up two days of substitute teaching this week. It's always nice to get some extra money. I pretty much call them twice a week and beg them for days. I work a normal job on Monday and Tuesday though so I can only sub Wed-Fri.
TTC since August 2018
yea my DH and I do vacations really differently, he is a machine.
im laughing at your implantation bleed story because it's totally something that would happen to me!

I don't know whether to celebrate or be concerned about the amount of time I spend on here....
@dragonfly87 internet high five girl!

Things that have helped me w/ journaling: Don't pressure yourself to do it everyday, just do it when you feel like you need it, it doesn't necessarily have to be written, if you're a typer you can do a typed document (can even password protect it if you like). You don't have to worry about spelling, grammar (unless that is something really important to you.), but sometimes it can take away from expressing what you need to express. I typically don't go back and read what I've written, the goal for me is to just get it out. sometimes, rereading it depends on the hand writing, if i know it was a particularly bad day (based on the hand writing) I've avoided reading it back. I think anything that can give you a healthy outlet for your thoughts/feelings is worth a try. If you don't like it, then you can move on to something else.
***TW I have a friend that used a journal while TTC and then throughout her first pregnancy and loss and then again through her second pregnancy. She said it is something she may share with her daughter when the daughter is older. She said she would never just give it to her daughter to read, but that she would have some of her own experience to reflect back on when her daughter is older and possibly asking about my friend and her experiences TTC. End TW***

Also, is it okay that I'm sticking around this board even though I'm pretty much benched for the foreseeable future? I just know what a furor drive-bys and inappropriate posters can create and I don't want to be one of them...

Also I need to decide what to eat for dinner since my H is out tonight. I ate super healthy today and yesterday (minus the 4 chocolates I have had today), so I can either make mac n' cheese tonight since its cold and rainy and blah, or order delivery indian food. Life is hard.
