No symptoms so far. Too early to tell.

I live in Canada. And we are having a frigging cold winter, with a ton of snow. And I am not a cold-weather person.
What is one thing you want/need for this baby that you didn’t have/need with previous children?
A moses basket. I think it would be handy to have in the living room (assuming that this child, unlike my other one, will sleep!)
GTKY: How much maternity leave will you take and how much time does your work give you?
I get 4 months' maternity leave, and my husband gets 5 weeks paternity leave + 5 days after the birth (given by work). Plus, we have 8 months of parental leave we can split between the two of us. So far the plan is I take 4 months maternity + 6 months parental (10 mos total), which will leave him with a 3.5 months leave total.
@SugarRush Ugh, yes! Finally someone agrees with me! haha. We were just starting to let DD stay at Nana's house for us to have just some getaway-time, etc.
I'm feeling both of you! My daughter is 10 months old and I have finally stopped worrying about letting her have an occasional overnight with her lovely grandma.

What is one thing you want/need for this baby that you didn’t have/need with previous children?
I went a little crazy with mom to mom groups so my first baby basically had everything I wanted to get, secondhand but nice

I get 6 weeks fully paid then 6 weeks unpaid. I think if baby is on time I will try to go back the week of Thanksgiving (I get Thanksgiving and the day after off so I will ease my way back in)

Only bloating so far! Last time the nausea and fatigue set in around 7 weeks.

My DH is excited about pregnancy but freaking out about how we're going to manage two kids (aka how I will, he's a great dad but does minimal kid work since I'm a SAHM). He's starting to get on my nerves.

LESS STUFF! We had way too much last time, didn't keep any when we moved across the country. I've got a list of four items so far this time: a play gym (the only big toy DD used), a new baby wrap (I have an Ergo and ring sling, but want to try wrapping! Any recommendations welcome!), a double stroller, and an [unnecessary] Moses basket for sleeping around the house.

Ya'll.... I am on the struggle bus today. I dont remember feeling THIS MUCH discomfort at the top of my stomach. I just had about a half bottle of ginger ale and I daresay I feel worse (it could be the sugar). Oy, here's to feeling better sooner than later! My kiddo is in school/daycare and lately i've been coming home and hitting the couch with a nap before picking her up... today is no exception!
@gabby94 I loved my solly baby wrap with my DS! I plan on buying a new one for this baby. I have an ergo 360 too and wore it all the time. What slings do you like?

Tired, dizzy, migraines, hungry, food aversions. Pretty similar to last time except I haven't barfed yet

Up to 4 weeks before my due date and 12 weeks after (or 14 if c-section). We have to use our PTO or go on disability. I'll go on disability.
