@morgarita we are honestly 2-3 years out too. We are finishing the house next door to move into this summer for a couple years. We own some rental homes and investment properties so if the price is right we can roll up the purchase price into our existing corporation. But I can't tell you how much I would love a farm, we had a hit on a commercial property someone wants to buy that has been nothing but a money hole and it feels like things are falling into place - but I am trying to keep myself grounded here. The property actually used to be a hunting retreat so it has some unique things but it needs work and although DH is more than capable of it but he works full time and we have a million other things going on. It's a long shot but I am still excited! And that would puss me off about the neighbors, I hate living where someone is on top of you. Plus I hate houses that look too big for the lot - freaks me out.
@chiquita928 apparently when there was that thread about us being mean after some tough love advice we had given, I told one of the posters that said she thought we were a-holes that apparently this is not the board for her and we wouldn't miss her. Heck I had even forgotten about that comment until the warning.
Thanks @chiquita928 I think we will try to do the toddler bed with the crib conversion and just buy this new baby her own crib. I don't think we can get around having 2 cribs - though it is hard to say how our toddler will develop in the next 5 months (he just turned 18 months last week).

@caribbeanmama Good luck! Although, I do know a bunch of people whose 18mo started climbing out of the crib, so they had to go to a twin on the floor with no frame (because they never got a conversion kit), and like you, had another on the way. Just another option that may work for you.
And thanks to everyone re: my china. I'm sad about the crystal, but grateful that the china almost all made it through. Turns out they still make the style, so I can slowly replace the wine glasses with the 20% off coupons at BB&B. Though I do remember seeing somewhere that they won't even having those anymore soon...anyone know?
@Dcwtada We're the total opposite, it's actually my husband's favorite, I'm mostly watching it for him. But the more we watch it the more it grows on me
