I am late to seeing this too. I'm so sorry you had to deal with this scare. I was so glad to see your update and will continue to pray for you and those babies!
I'm so glad to read a good update but oh my god you deserve a break. You've had so much stress and so many scares, I pray for an uneventful rest of this pregnancy and two very very chill babies. You deserve it!
Updating post ultrasound, for everyone who has invested time and prayers for us:
Doctor is very happy with what she is seeing. Fluid levels still look great, the SCH is still there but doesn't seem to be causing any notable problems, and both heartbeats and growth look right on track. We even had Baby A waving at us.
So, in the doctor's words, "we are not out of the woods yet", but she feels comfortable and reasonably confident telling me that I can probably relax for now and just take it easy and keep monitoring my body. She basically said that it's possible that I had a very small leak in one of the sacs and that pressure from growing babies seated it back up, which is a very good thing, or it's possible that there was just a lot of discharge from the SCH clearing itself out, but for now, don't worry about it. They are wonderfully nice at the office and encouraged me to call whenever I needed to. Per the ultrasound tech, better to call them than to ask Dr. Google!
So, we're calling all of this good news right now!

@ktewart I am SO happy to hear this. While not out of the woods (officially) I'm so happy that you can relax a bit in knowing it's all good news so far. And omg, that little wave is just amazing. Seriously almost tearing up, and it's not even my kid. So, SO happy for you!
