Sending you and your babies good thoughts this morning!!!
Me (K)-27 DH (T)-30 2 Rainbow DDs L-10/26/10 and A-03/27/14 2 Angels- 10/26/09 and 02/03/15 Surprise BFP on 10/25/16!!! Baby Firecracker is due on 07/02/17!
@abmommy15 and @Dcwtada, I'm right there with you - never thought I'd be sitting here going "please let me have peed myself", haha.
Anyway, all you women are wonderful and I am so, so thankful for every one of your good thoughts, prayers, and good juju. Just got out of the ultrasound and both babies look great with great fluid around both of them and great heartbeats. Cervix looks nice and long. They're having me come back tomorrow for another ultrasound to make sure that the fluid levels haven't changed and are still where we need them to be, but the doctor said that she feels good about it, but that I was absolutely right to come in and to call at 4 am. She also encouraged me to call again, even if it's 2 AM tonight, if I have another gush. She basically said that, because of the SCH, it's very difficult for women dealing with this condition to be able to tell when something is wrong and it's always better to air on the side of caution (so, gold stars for making me not feel like a crazy person).
Unfortunately, there is no real way to confirm if I am actually leaking fluid right now because of the damn subchorionic hemorrage, which is still clearing out. When they look for amnotic fluid, they look for "ferning" under a microscope. Unfortunately, blood will also cause ferning, so they can't run an accurate test and they can see from an internal ultrasound that my cervix is "gunked up", which basically means all that old blood is working it's way out and will probably continue to be present for a while, but isn't a threat to babies. Tentatively, they are thinking the gush of fluid was discharge from the SCH combined with a bladder leak, courtesy of currently measuring closer to five months (and thus having a lot of pressure on my bladder). I'm on modified bedrest for the next week and continued strict pelvic rest.
So, like I said, I have never been so glad or so unembarrassed to have peed myself (and hopefully will have that confirmed tomorrow).
Again, all of you have been an enormous source of support and comfort to me through all of this and I am eternally grateful to each and every one of you for keeping me and my babies in your thoughts.

@ktewart so glad things are looking good! These damn SCH's are a PAIN IN THE ASS!!!!! Hoping yours finally passes safely so you don't have to deal with this anymore.
Oh I am so glad everything looks positive. Here is to hoping those levels stay good and those twins are just giving you a good scare. Wont be the last time either
I'm late here but I'm so sorry you had to deal with those sort of stress---AGAIN .
I'm glad things look ok and relieved they will be checking again. Here's hoping it all still looks wonderful tomorrow.

@ktewart I am so sorry you just went through such a scare!! But I am also glad you peed yourself a little instead of it being amniotic fluid. hehe. Sending lots of positive vibes that things stay well into your U/S tomorrow and that you rest easy today. Will be thinking of you.
@ktewart I am so glad things are ok for now and that your doctor seems optimistic. Please continue to update because we will continue to think of you and send good juju to all three of you
So relieved that you and the babies are doing okay! Hopefully it's nothing more than having just peed on yourself. Got my fingers crossed, and sending you all the good juju for tomorrow!
Late to the party but just read your update... So glad you and both babies are okay! This seems like such a scary and stressful situation to be in but you're handling it like a champ! All my good vibes and prayers for continued positive progression.
So glad things are looking good! Best thoughts to you and your babies
