@lilmissslp - i asked the same question a week or two ago (on the thread about what ppl are doing to prepare for their FET) and another poster said that they were told to drink 6 oz (i think?) starting on CD 1...if you start a day or so later, i doubt it would be that much of a difference? ::shrugs::
AFM - AF should be coming any day now, so when it does, I get to start BCPs to get ready for my IVF cycle...eeeeeee! Granted, we can't start stims until we get word that the PGD probe is completed, but tomorrow is 1 week down, so only 2-3 left! And my RE likes people to be on BCPs for a minimum of 3 weeks anyways, so crossing all the fingers and toes that everything will time out perfectly!
Oh yea, also, once AF arrives, I also have to schedule another sono hsg. blech.
@APM_SLP you totally called it! I remember in the ERA thread you predicted that you would come back as receptive and that you would get pregnant with twins on your next FET. That's such an amazing number!!!
@winnie81 I'm glad you are resting up and getting healthy. I'm so sorry things happened the way they did but now your body will really be ready for your FET.
@jodes727 I am glad I did the ERA because I could have gone through all 5 of my good embryos on the wrong day. I am not sure why, but my body always takes longer than usual to do anything related to the female reproductive process. Even though those two months of testing were tough, I'm really glad I did it.
@rainbowwishes5 it really does sound like there is still time for that lining to thicken up. When is your next scan?

I just walked out of my ultrasound blood work appointment I don't know the blood work results and it was just for my estrogen but my lining is only at a 6 but its a triple band. She's not concerned that my lining is only a 6 she's very happy that I have a triple bond so our FET is still scheduled for next Friday. Looks like I will continue drinking pomegranate juice for the next week.

I hate all the thought process to all of this. It drives me nuts. ER CD11 my lining was 6.8 FET #1 CD9 it was 4 FET #2 CD2 it was 4.4 and FET #3 that was a CP it was 7 on CD7. How can CD13 be ok with a 6? I just want to cry!! I'm all over the board.

@thucks I totally get the frustration/anxiety over the lining! Just when we think we know what's going to happen, something changes or is thrown at us. You still have a week to get increase your lining. My RE has always told me (b/c I have issues getting it thick) that the triple band is MUCH more important than the thickness.

And that's from the PA that I have always hated cause she can be very pessimistic but today she was very optimistic that this will be fine. I'm getting tired of pomegranate juice though. As a kind of random question, has anyone ever heard of the hormones making someone's allergies worse? I'm sensitive to scented products (perfume, cologne, lotion, etc) and my allergies seem to have gotten worse recently. If it's all the hormones causing it I might have to find a way to work from home

@thucks - I bought a bottle of pom juice to try it out...i can be picky about fruit juices, go figure. I found that if i put 6 or 8 oz in a glass and fill the glass the rest of the way with flavored sparkling water, it makes it a lot less "thick" and sour and stuff...
@caseyw8784 I did 8oz pom juice and 8oz sprite yesturday. I'll drink it but not my fav. I'll try a sparking water today thanks. I'd rather have the pom/plum or pom/cranberry that I've been drinking. I can't believe it was $1.50 for a 8oz bottle. @amanning2011 I have never had any issues with my allergies and the meds/hormones.

@thucks I totally agree with PP I think 1 week will be plenty of time to help thicken up! I understand being over Pom juice but like @caseyw8784 said, I like to mix it with sparkling water and it taste a lot better!
@Winnie81 I am glad to hear that you are recovering well. You will be back up and at it in now time! I have been reading and telling myself positive affirmations and I have been doing yoga again so that helps. In August when I was being hit with delay after delay after my last BFN I started writing myself post-its and hanging them on the bathroom wall so I can see and read them everyday. I really think that helped the most

@thucks - this is totally based on personal preference, but i like using either the poland spring raspberry lime sparkling water, or the Polar brand of raspberry-lime seltzer. I know the Polar brand also has a cranberry (or cranberry-lime, maybe?) flavor of seltzer, so you might like that one if you like cranberry...
Hi ladies! Sorry to be jumping in late here, but I'm back on board to try again for FET #3 and scheduled for my transfer next week (Tuesday the 17th). Kind of took a break for awhile after my MC in August 2016 and have tried to lower my A1C (I am pre-diabetic) with diet and exercise to best prepare my body for the next run. Managed to lose 10 pounds and lower my A1C so I'm happy and now able to move forward and try again! We'll be putting in two embryos next time as it was my RE's recommendation based on my history.

@thucks you might try adding mulling spices to the pomegranate juice and heating it. I liked that better than drinking it cold. I don't know if heating it affects anything, though.

Hello and thank you! We did not do PGS and did not pick a gender. And just transferred one. My beta is on the 19th. When is yours? Tww is going good. Trying to not obsess about it. I did poas this afternoon and it was negative (Not surprised, too early) with my last IVF I didn't get a positive pg test until 7dp so I'm not freaking out.
Did anyone one have their e2p4 tested after transfer?
Ok so blood work is in my P4 is <0.200ng endo thinness is 6 12mm follicles on left and triple band. Hcg tomorrow and PIO starts Sunday. They will call me with a transfer time on Wed. Should be the latest apt possible. Strangely enough last time that was at 10:30 I guess that's late to them?

@becauselove thank you for the warm welcome! Just wanted to say that I LOVE your username...it's perfect! I did not do PGS testing on my embryos unfortunately. Kind of regretting that decision actually but nothing I can do now. We chose to not do it because it would have been $5000 more and we're paying completing OOP so it wasn't really an option unless we took out a loan. But I ended up with 8 embryos, and I've used 2, so we've got 6 left and my RE is confident that one will end up working. It just kind of is the "luck of the embryo" as she calls it. So...no idea what the gender is, but honestly I don't really care as long as he/she is a healthy baby:)

AFM - AF should be coming any day now, so when it does, I get to start BCPs to get ready for my IVF cycle...eeeeeee! Granted, we can't start stims until we get word that the PGD probe is completed, but tomorrow is 1 week down, so only 2-3 left! And my RE likes people to be on BCPs for a minimum of 3 weeks anyways, so crossing all the fingers and toes that everything will time out perfectly!

@winnie81 I'm glad you are resting up and getting healthy. I'm so sorry things happened the way they did but now your body will really be ready for your FET.
@jodes727 I am glad I did the ERA because I could have gone through all 5 of my good embryos on the wrong day. I am not sure why, but my body always takes longer than usual to do anything related to the female reproductive process. Even though those two months of testing were tough, I'm really glad I did it.
@rainbowwishes5 it really does sound like there is still time for that lining to thicken up. When is your next scan?

3/2016: 2nd IVF cycle- canceled (3 follicles retrieved, 3 mature, all fertilized w/ICSI, 1 fragmented, 2 arrested)
3/2016: RE suggested donor eggs- taking an ivf break and to supplement
9/2016: 3rd ivf cycle-cancelled due to early ovulation
Oct./Nov 2016: 4th ivf cycle- EPP-AFC:5, retrieved 10, 10 mature, 8 fertilized with ICSI, 6 blastocysts biopsied and frozen. 3 CCS normal embryos
1/18/17: beta #1-104
1/20/17: beta #2-174
2/2/17: first u/s, heartbeat of 107 at 6w1d
7/20/17: baby boy born at 30+3 via emergency c-section

Kp214 that sounds like a yummy way to drink pom juice. I found even mixing it some with water when I didn't want such sweet stuff to drink was good.

Lower estrogen level 207 (wanted above 300 but over 200 was acceptable), started 1 estrace, progesterone in oil every other day, vivelle dot patches 4 every other day, 3x estrodiol daily, vitamin cocktail.
