  • Me!! I've noticed my lower back aches in a very dull and annoying way. It's not crazy painful like a pulled muscle or injury, but just enough to let me know that it's there. I'm 9w5d

@PeachyTeachy yes I did but this pain isn't near my epidural spot. It's like two inches above my butt crack and then all across my lower back.
  • Anyone else super forgetful?    I did not have this problem with my twins until I was at least twenty weeks. I'm exhausted and sleeping a lot so I don't think it's caused by fatigue...

Not necessarily forgetful, but I do have the fuckits HARD. Like I just can't find the interest to focus on anything... but the bump of course. lol I get to work and I'm like omg, I can't do this for 8 hours. My bain won't let me do it!
  • @dmbfan46835 I really like that, maybe mine is a subconscious fuckit!
  • You know what symptom I'm not having? Moodiness. I find that a little odd, because all the resources say we're just soooo hormonal. I definitely got PMS mood swings but I've been pretty even-keeled for the 5 or so weeks I've been aware of this pregnancy.
I'm known for having the stereotypical British stiff upper lip though so there's that.

  • @DeansGirl14  You know, I haven't been very moody lately until last night when I was devastated my husband couldn't come to an appointment I hadn't even consulted the timing with him about. It was embarrassing because I'm not usually a PMS mood swing person. At least my moodiness is rare so far...I hope.

  • @brookedeyo My lower back pain was actually my first symptom. It's what made me take a pregnancy test! I haven't been to the dr yet, but with my last pregnancy my Dr. said that it was ligaments stretching a preparing to accommodate the baby- even that early on. My pain has eased up a lot now (7 weeks 2 days by my count). It will probably return in the later stages if it's anything like my first pregnancy. All that to say you aren't alone!
  • I'm only 7.5 weeks but this is baby #2. I feel like I'm already showing and experiencing symptoms I didn't feel until about 16 weeks with the first, so crazy. Nausea anytime my stomach is too empty, exhausted from chasing DD1 around, & crazy hot at night whenever I try to go to sleep. Anyone else who's already a mama having this happen? I'm wondering if it's just that I'm recognizing it sooner because I've experienced it already.. ugh
  • @jaclyngoldman YES to all those things and I am 8 weeks tomorrow.
  • @jaclyngoldman I too feel further along this time. STM. It's embarrassing when people ask how many months I am and I say ten weeks. They are like oh.
  • Omg what can I do to soothe an upset belly?
I'm running to the toilet all the time but it's not to throw up. It only comes up at night. It's like I have reverse symptoms haha.
But seriously any idea for comfort every evening?
  • Nausea if I eat too little, nausea if I eat too much. Nausea if I eat just the right amount but then I wait too long to have another snack.
  • @dinofreak yepppp. Or I randomly have good days for no reason, which is great.. if I knew why. And then I get all hopeful maybe it's just done! And then no.

Mine is usually at night too. Last night when I laid down I was like what the F man? I have been drinking ginger soothe drink and that helps a little. And being propped up helps too. We have a sleep number adjustable bed so looks like DH may have to get used to sleeping propped up too.  Can't wait for the bad heart burn to start too. That was my least favorite part of my last pregnancy and any time I laid flat I just felt like garbage. Good luck mama!
