Hi everyone! I just passed the 72 hour new member phase and today I am officially able to post.
I am Ashley. Living in Virginia with my husband and daughters (: Ainsley is 6 and Emerson is 3. Emerson was a super challenging baby, and we were met with a lot of health issues and therapies along the way. Sleep is still our biggest issue and we are working on it, but for some reason, her body just doesn't want to sleep.
I had my first positive test on New Years Eve, and it was a total surprise! I hadn't been feeling well while traveling for Christmas, but I just chalked it up to eating too many cookies, haha. And then I realized I was two days late. I am estimating my due date to be September 10th.
I have not been a member of a group before, so thank you so much for having me!
Hello! I'm happy to "meet" you all! My husband and I have been married for almost 8 years now and have a 6 year old daughter and 4 year old son. I developed endometriosis after my pregnancy with my son. In November 2016 I underwent a cystectomy and laser removal of endo and was thankfully, able to get pregnant less than 8 weeks after surgery. I got my first positive test on 1/3/2017, EDD of 9/8/17. Making birthdays in our family JULY (me), AUGUST (dh), SEPTEMBER (new baby) OCTOBER (dd) and NOVEMBER (ds). I guess this baby is our missing piece. Excited to be on this journey again, as this will be our last. Ive always been a lurker on here but this time I decided to actually post
STM to a 1-year-old. Estimated due date Sept. 12th (seeing the doctor this week). Have been told by several doctors over the years I would never conceive naturally. Daughter took 4 years (of fertility treatments) to conceive. This second one is a (medically unassisted) surprise/miracle. Had hypermesis until month 7 of the pregnancy last time, lost a lot of weight and haven't gone back up to my pre-pregnancy weight yet... And already starting to feel nauseous this time around. Regardless, I'm delighted. Anyways, here's to healthy & happy pregnancies for us all!
Hi everyone - finally feeling ready to dip my toes in the water here!
I'm a FTM, EDD of 9/4/17. We found out a couple weeks ago, but it's taken some time for me to process since we've been TTC for over 2 years. Hoping this is finally it! This was our first IVF cycle and we were very lucky to have it work on the first try. We have our first ultrasound tomorrow morning and I'm on pins and needles, hoping to get some ressurance. I'm glad to see some fellow IVF mamas here! It has been a crazy ride to get to this point!

Hello everyone!! My name is Ashley. I'm a second time mom.
I currently have a beautiful 8 year old daughter from a previous marriage and my boyfriend of almost 3 years and I are having our first child together. I tested positive two days after Christmas! My first appointment will be on 1/23 around the 8 week mark.
We are so excited to be bringing a little one into the world.
Hi! This is my second pregnancy, first was in Sept/Oct 2016 which ended in miscarriage at around 8 weeks. Just took a pregnancy test this morning and got my BFP! EDD 09/13/17 according to LMP 12/02/16. Feeling a little nervous due to last pregnancy but so very hopeful this one will stick. I found the Bump during Sept when I first found out I was pregnant, just looking for comfort and reassurance as I had no idea what to expect. Didn't post last pregnancy but I feel it would help my nerves to participate this time and get more advice and reassurance from everyone else with similar stories. I've probably gone through and read every comment, still trying to figure out this app as well but here's a start! Thank you all so much for allowing me to be a part of this! H&H 9 to all! ♡♡♡
Hello, ladies! My name is Amanda, and this will be my first baby, third pregnancy. I still kind of can't believe I get to post here. We've been trying for nearly four years, so this has been a long time coming! My EDD is 9/10, and I'll find out my first appointment date tomorrow. I'm sure it will be soon since I had a chemical pregnancy in May. But for now, I'm feeling really hopeful and positive. I look forward to getting to know all of you!
Hello Ladies, my name is Kelly and my EDD is 9/12/17. This will be my 3rd baby! I have to DDs almost 6 and 2.5. We were not planning on having more kids so this is a pleasant surprise!
Hi! This is my third pregnancy. I have a 3.5 year old boy and an 11 month old girl. I just got a BFP yesterday and judging by my LMP our EDD is 9/7/17. I was active on the BMB for both of my other pregnancies and enjoy the comraderie. I am a bit worried today as my toddler has had a high fever on and off all weekend and baby girl and I got low fevers this morning. Waiting to hear back from the OBGYN to know what I need to do to take care of me and our little peanut.
Prayers for happy, healthy pregnancies and babies for all the expectant mamas on here.
Hello! I am a STM with a 4 year old boy. We had been trying right at a year (super excited to see some of the TTGP moms over here). My first appointment is 1/26. I should be right about 4 1/2 weeks currently. Guess on a due date for now is around 9/13 My son came exactly on his due date (8/13/2012) so we will see how this goes. I look forward to getting to know all of you!
Hi all! So excited to be here. I'm a (hopefully) ftm due early sept, I think. I'm not super regular. My husband and I got married last June, but after he put me through a serious health scare on the honeymoon, we started trying as soon as he got out of the hospital. We got our first bfp the day before we met with the fertility specialist. Go, Mother Nature! I couldn't get in for an untrasound until next week, so we're holding our breath and praying for the best.
Hello! I am a STM and think I am due on September 8th. My first appointment is in a week and then I'll know for sure. I have a 2 year old daughter (her birhday is in December), and we are very excited to add another one to the mix. I am a teacher so I am hoping to at least start the school year and then hopefully be off till the beginning of December. I'll have to take some unpaid so have to see if that will work or not.
Hi everyone. I'm a FTM, TTGP grad. This is my second pregnancy so am cautiously optimistic. I'm still very early and my EDD is 9/21/17. Looking forward to getting to know you all!
@Sugargirl1019 I remember you from the March board! Glad to see we timed out again the same! How funny! Now let's get some more March TTCAL mommas here!
I'm a STM with a 14 1/2yo daughter. **TW** Was in the March club but had a MMC in August. We've been trying for 2 months and just found out we were pregnant on Saturday. Per my OPKs I ovulated on Dec 24th. I'm 39 and my fiancé is 41. This will (hopefully) be his first child.
Got a lot of PGAL brain going on. Did finally get ahold of my doctor's office and they're going to call me back to schedule an US and my labs. They're very much considering me high risk this pregnancy. Boo for a ton of doctor visits and needles but yay for getting to keep an eye on the bean!

Hello ladies. I am a STM-to-be from Toronto with a 14 month old son (N15). Still wrapping my head around having 2 under 2, but slowly coming around to the idea, lol. Based on LMP, my EDD is Sept 4th. Congrats to all and wishing everyone a smooth pregnancy.
Hi!!! I got my bfp this morning and by LMP am due 9/21. September is already a big month for us. My birthday is 9/9 and our anniversary is 9/28. I'll be a FTM. I had a MC back in May. If she had made it, yesterday would have been the due date. I'm hoping this one sticks! Good luck to all of you and I cant wait to get to know you all through this journey!
Hi everyone! I am a STM with a 7 year old son who was delivered via emergency c-sect. He has been asking for a sibling for about 4 years now. We have been actively trying for over a year and it finally happened! Just when we were about to give up hope! My EDD is Sept 10th (my birthday!). I am waiting for my Dr to call back for my first appointment. We have kept it under wraps for now. Our family doesn't even know we were trying. We have gotten comments for years asking when we are having another, but we weren't sure we wanted another. Mostly because our first took 2 years to conceive. We were able to do both naturally (thankfully). My first pregnancy was a breeze and it's been so long since I was pregnant I feel like a FTM all over again. It's pretty surreal at the moment guys. I wanted to join this community because I need SOMEONE to talk to while I am patiently waiting for my first trim to finish so we can announce to everyone the big news. Oh, Oklahoma Mom here!!!
Late to this because it took *forever* to be allowed to post after making the request. I would consider myself a high anxiety "mom" right now because I've only been pregnant once and that ended in a miscarriage (last fall). It's going to be so nerve-wracking when I go in for my appointment on January 18th, since I still kind of have "PTSD" from the last time I went in and they used terrible words like "not viable" etc, and then what ensued at home when the m/c occurred... But I'll try not to dwell on that! Due date according to LMP is September 4th, and this is week 6 for me. I hope and pray that we all have healthy pregnancies!
Hey all! My name is Brittany. I'm actually not new to the Bump but I changed my email and forgot my old password so I decided to just make a whole new account. I have two boys already, Sam age 3 and Zeke who will be 1 next month. I've been married to a pretty awesome guy for 8 years, we got married super young. This pregnancy is a bit of a surprise! I am tentatively going to stay here since we aren't sure of my actual dating yet. I sometimes have extremely late ovulation cycles so I could be anywhere from 9w (according to lmp) to 5w (where I think I am) at this point. I just had my first appointment today and found out I am jaundiced and have to go in to see a liver specialist this week. I'll be having a dating ultrasound along with checking on my liver and gallbladder thanks to my eyes and skin turning yellow. It's a little scary and I'm more worried about how this will affect our sweet lo. Any prayers or advice or even personal experiences would be well received. We're kind of at a loss for why this is suddenly happening and are just hoping for the best. Anyway if you read all of that thanks and I'm super hoping to be staying here with all you ladies till the end.
Hi everyone! FTM here, EDD September 5th. After experiencing an ectopic pregnancy in September 2016 where my right fallopian tube was surgically removed, it didn't take my husband and I too long to conceive again and we got our BFP on Christmas day! Because of the ectopic, my doctor wanted to monitor me closely and did an ultrasound at 5 weeks 2 days. To my joy and relief, I got to see our tiny little one on the screen! We have our official first prenatal visit in a couple of weeks when I'll be 8 weeks and 3 days. Looking forward to going through this journey with all of you!

Hi all! I have a 3 year old and almost 2 year old, both boys. I had a miscarriage between both of them. I get asked all the time when I'm having a girl lol. I just hope baby is healthy! I'm due early September and look forward to getting to know y'all!
@margareth I feel the exact same way! It seems so dramatic to say I have PTSD, but sometimes I really feel like I do. Not that I ever imagined a miscarriage was anything but awful... I just had no idea how many levels of awful. Hopefully this go around works out perfectly for us!
All these abbreviations ... I'm not sure what is what!
My name is Becca! I'm a FTM( first time mother). (After over three years of trying ... It feels so weird to say it!) I live in Wisconsin.
After two OBGYN's saying extreme things ... from I had a unicorn uterus and would almost always miscarry ... to the next one telling me to go straight to insemination ... I found a third doctor after doing the Creighton model (type of charting) who practices NaProTECHNOLOGY and is basically a specialist doctor for any female surgeries and an OBGYN. After finding out my husband was low because of a prescription he was taking, I had low progesterone (so embryos weren't allowed to implant so I was put on 10 days of progesterone after I peaked), had some kind of bacteria that could have been hurting things (took a prescription for a month), I had endometriosis (had the surgery in October), and went on B12 to improve mucus ... first month of trying (after surgery and meds). I was a couple days late and figured I'd take the test ... to start my period (does that happen to anyone else?? You wait for your period ... it doesn't come ...so you take the pregnancy test and 20 minutes later is comes) ... and after walking ways from the test and doing something else ... IT WAS POSITIVE!
Low on progesterone now so I started with the suppositories and now they are giving me shots twice a week. Hoping it keeps!
I have my first sonogram next week at 6 weeks to make sure the baby implanted ok. Little bummed I miss the 8 week where they can take a picture and you can see the baby.
Baby is coming Sept 11th!! So excited to go through this journey with you all!

Hi ladies! This is my third my DD is 5 and other DD is 4 in 2 days! It was very much I expected, I was planning on going on birth control this month and instead get to go in for a pregnancy. I found out on January 1st in a gas station. I was driving home to Las Vegas with my girls from Colorado and just felt terrible! Anyway it was quite a way to start the new year.
I am due September 11th and have felt very different than I did with my girls already!

Hello! I am a STM to be. I have an amazing, beautiful, and intelligent 16 month old baby girl. We were definitely not planning on having a second baby this close together. They would be exactly 2 years apart (due date is a week and a half after my daughter's 2nd birthday). MY EDD is 9/12/17. I am excited and incredibly terrified thinking how I will handle to so close together. Congrats to all and best of luck
Hello! I'm so excited to be able to post! I got my BFP on Sunday, but it wasn't dark enough where DH believed me until yesterday. My EDD is September 9th, but I have my 6 week appt next week to verify. I teach middle school science, which is proving to be a challenge to my already mounting morning sickness! This is our first baby and first pregnancy, and we've been married since July 2013. I joined my bride month Facebook group via The Knot, and we're still very active years later. I want to develop the same kind of support group with this board as well. So excited!
