You guys. Keep in mind I didn't track temps this month and literally BD ONCE this cycle... I just googled if the "hyperpigmentation" under my chin could be a pregnancy sign. It's a zit. I know it's a zit. Why am I doing this to myself.
"Facial hair growth and early pregnancy sign". Because it has nothing to do with the fact I'm an adult human and therefore grow hair, the same random chin hair that I've had since I was a teenager.

I actually googled if I was more likely to conceive because I was ovulating on a full moon then proceeded to research a bunch of white moon cycle theories. Also, I googled of vomiting 2 dpo was a sign of pregnancy. I still don't know why I got sick but I do know it's outrageous think it would be pregnancy related at 2 dpo.
Ok, yes, A LOT of these are just plain crazy. HOWEVER, for all of these symptoms, you'll find all kinds of (crazy) ladies on other forums saying "OMG, a random chin hair was my first sign!! FX for you!" Crazy bitches just putting logs on the fire. Sorry @ChefRamsay I had to use your example!

Spoiler: it's not.

Don't get me wrong, I totally agree. However, a lot of these symptoms don't appear until a few weeks, or more, after a BFP.

Today I googled "ovulate twice during same cycle" because I am a crazy person and what if my false surge was a real surge and my new surge is also a real surge? Then I found this and now I really feel the BSC coming on: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1126506/
I read this and thought, what if ovulating twice in a cycle is enough to sustain my luteal phase and get pregnant?!?!?!?! This could be my cycle! Enter the rabbit hole of babycenter posts.
I started SS on countdown to pregnancy today. I'm slightly ashamed, but not too much. I fell down the rabbit hole, and I'm not sure I'll make it back out.
More bsc -- today I went to costco with my parents and bought huge, costco-sized packs of tampons and overnight pads to try and jinx myself. If I can jinx myself into a bfp I'll take it.
Just googled "car sickness " because I would totally be having symptoms this early. It couldn't just be that I have been in the car for more than 12 hrs the last two days and that I am starving. Bad, bad, bad Jess.
Went off the deep end this morning and googled "blue veins on hands and boobs." Got mixed results and it's unlikely related.
For some reason, my veins are popping out of the tops of my hands and I look like I have a serious health condition. Not helping with the SS this month.
Also, can't decide if my lower back pain is a true "body ache" or from sitting in strange positions...
And I just searched extra CM and EWCM caused by a cold to try to satisfy by BSC 6 DPO self... even though I have previous cycles with extra CM during the TWW.
While TTA last month, I convinced myself that I definitely double ovulated and ended up with the same article as @adirat to fuel the crazy. And then i tested. Spoiler: it was negative.
I googled "ovulating while you have a cold increase chances of conceiving" and of course I came across a bunch of BabyCenter people claiming that your lowered immunity stops "killing the sperm" so your chances of getting KU are higher.
Is it terrible that it raised my hopes?!!!?
Me: 28 | DH: 33 EDD: March 24, 2018 - angel baby at 21 weeks
Not a google search but BSC nonetheless...did one of those dumb fb quizzes "Can we guess at what age you'll have your first child based on this dessert quiz" or some nonesense like that. 36. I got 36. I turn 35 in a little over a month so ya'all know where my head is at now. Have I crossed over to the dark side now?
I love this thread so I'm reviving it. Today I googled "WHY AM I NOT PREGNANT?" in all caps hoping google would see the urgency in my question and give me a better answer
Me: 28 | DH: 33 EDD: March 24, 2018 - angel baby at 21 weeks
@haylsbayls thank you for reviving this because I totally googled "sneezing and early pregnancy symptom" today...because my sneezing couldn't be due to the dust from construction in my office bldg.
I considered taking a picture of my friends browser history for everyone's entertainment but decided against it as it would be super embarrassing for my friend.
