@Wearmi1 thank you for updating us, but man I was so hoping for a different update!
I'll continue to pray for you and your daughter... sounds like everything looked positive in regards to potential Turner's and glad you were seen by a specialist, as they found the cyst and now they are able to take the best care of both you and your daughter. Still hoping and praying for the best... especially for strength and peace during your pregnancy as I know it has to be so stressful! ::hugs::
@Wearmi1 so sad to heart that you while one thing looked good, another stressor has come up. Thinking of you and your baby girl. You're both in my continued prayers.

Thinking and sending good thoughts to you, your little girl and her physicians and praying for the best possible outcome. Do they think the cyst may have caused the Turner's flag on the NIPT or completely unrelated?
@mirdamae03 the cyst is associated normally with babies who have trisomy 18 which she doesn't have. So at this point I just really need the amniocentesis results to come back so we can make some sense of what's going on. I just feel like my little girl needs a break. I keep thinking to myself all this is happening because I'm 34 and my hubby is almost 41... like somehow our old genes did this to her. I mean what are the odds of a possible Turners diagnosis and now this cyst. It's just crazy for me to wrap my mind around.
@Wearmi1 thinking about you and your family. I can't even fathom the roller coaster of emotions that you must be experiencing. I am hoping and praying for the best possible outcome. I saw her ultrasound this morning on the U/S thread. She is so beautiful already!
@Wearmi1, I'm so sorry for all that you and your baby girl are going through. It's random and unfair, and completely not your fault! Hang in there mama, hoping for some answers for you asap.
@Wearmi1 - I say this with creepy internet hugs and love - Stop blaming yourselves. Thats a scary road to go down. It isn't fair and it sucks so much but blaming yourself won't make anything better. (((HUGS)))

@wearmi1 This is not your fault. I know how easy it is when something is wrong (or may be wrong) to come up with ten thousand reasons that you are responsible, but the truth is that you are not. There is so much in the whole conception/pregnancy/birth process that we just have no control over. With modern medicine, it can feel like if you do everything right you should get the outcome you want, but that just isn't how our bodies work. There is nothing you could have done to guarantee your girl would be healthy. Nothing. You are a good mama who loves and cares for her daughter, and that is literally all anybody can do. The rest is out of our hands.

@Wearmi1 I'm glad that Turners is looking less likely but so sorry you're continuing to face challenges. I hope everything is as benign and easy to resolve as possible.
Had the Harmony test done the same day as my NT scan, 12/12 at 12wks. NT scan was normal (1.29). Got my Harmony results Wednesday, 12/21. Everything normal and found out we're having a little boy!
I was originally told it wasn't covered by my insurance but upon speaking to my insurance they told me that as long as it was pre-approved (Dr had to request it), it'd be covered in full. It was approved and I'm now waiting to see if we get any bill for it. Glad I pushed for it!
Had my 2nd tri bloodwork done earlier this week, got the call from the doctor today that the results came back higher risk (above the threshold where they give you the next set of testing options) than my previous results for Down syndrome. Dropped everything at work and am currently waiting at the blood draw place to get NIPT (panorama) done.
Just thought I would update here, I got my NIPT result this morning (on the 7th full business day after blood draw) and they came back low-risk. Finally out of limbo and... it's a girl!
