I had an MRI on cd6 after a very heavy period and googled at least 5 times whether the MRI could tell me I was pregnant. You know because 6 day heavy AF = possibly pregnant.
Same!! I was hoping that at my u/s they would turn to me and say "did you know you are pregnant?" Sadly, no such luck.

@BertieMeetsGertie I know. The most pathetic part was I felt a little sad that it didn't happen and I wasn't pregnant. Even though obviously I am not pregnant.
@adirat I have ALL the special snowflake fantasies. Like that in the midst of all this testing, a nurse or doctor will turn to me and say, "we can't continue, you're already pregnant." And I'll get to tell everyone, we thought we'd have to do treatments and then suddenly, BFP! It's a sickness.
Stuffy nose was a real dumb one. I have also done the eye twitch google search @jess0211. @adirat@BertieMeetsGertie I had the same fantasy that they would suddenly discover I was pregnant when I was getting my u/s to confirm PCOS.

This is great! It's embarrassing to admit, but I go through the same vicious circle every month. Once I googled if getting positive OPKs 3 days in a row could mean you released more than 1 egg. lol Also pretty much every cycle by 10dpo I am googling "temp drop but still bfp" and looking at pregnancy charts on FF with "low post O bbt" and "erratic bbt." lol Every month, without fail.
Does anyone else always look at their charts and assume something looks different and therefore think you are KU? For example today, my temp spiked. I of course thought, oh this is a great sign!
Um no my chart has literally done this every month.
It took me 7 cycles before I finally accepted that the "cramping" I would get every month around 7/8dpo was NOT a sign of implantation, and is most likely just in my head.
Also, I have totally googled if feeling "tighter" could be a sign of pregnancy. In hindsight, I probably just skimped on foreplay...
Last week, I googled if canker sores were early pregnancy signs.... I convinced myself I could be pregnant since I hadn't had a canker sore since I was pregnant last time, despite the BFN the same morning....
On that note, also googled "breastfeeding BFN but still pregnant", because, you know, the BFN doesn't necessarily mean not pregnant....

Yes! This was me both when I went in for my initial appt with the RE in Sept and then again right before we started testing in Nov. I kept thinking, "there's no way I won't get pregnant this month and then we won't have to do testing." It's a new and special kind of pain seeing the period show that means that yes, you do need to move forward with testing.
The "charts like mine" on FF is both addicting and cruel. But I'm on it every day after O. I've had plenty of BSC Google searches: eye twitch indicating pregnant (my eye twitches a lot in the TWW, like WTF), low temps in 2ww and pregnant... Pretty much everything I've read so far I'm like, yup, done that..yup, check!
@LadyMillil I had a bloody nose this morning at 2dpo...know what I did? Because clearly I would have symptoms this early and it has nothing to do with the fact my house is dry and I have a sinus infection.
@TravelingCouple & @hartmich yes yes yes. Now that I'm a whole 1-2 DPO I'm already having the speshul snoeflayke fantasies of "maybe I'll be KU this cycle and won't have to worry about the fact that my DH's SA results were god awful." You know, despite the fact that we literally have a 1-3% chance of getting KU with things as they are. Not to mention that I didn't monitor very much this cycle because I only had two OPKs left, nor did we BD very much. But, you know, it could *totally* happen. So much eyeroll to myself.
@LuND Same here. We will be making an RE appointment as soon as we get our new insurance cards (effective date Jan 1), and I am fantasizing that this will be our cycle and we won't need it. Rolling eyes at self x1000.
@lund@adirat Same. Planning on making an appointment early next year but hoping for something else.
I knew AF was on its way and had a cry out last night. I haven't even been at this as long as others so I feel bad admitting that. But when you want something so badly...
AF arrived this morning. Sigh.

@lund@adirat It's not our fault that we think this way ladies! It's the stupid people who go around shouting about how they were the exception, and that they were in the .0001% (or whatever) who got pregnant without help when there was likely an issue. They should just stop bragging and keep their mouths shut.

Yes. If I never again heard someone explain to me the kind of magical unicorn pregnancy they had it would be wonderful.

My mom WON'T STOP doing this. *TW* Every other day she's like, so and so had a loss and they got pregnant and have two kids now! Or so and so is 45 and got KU her 4th month! Okay, that's nice. But they're not me. Clearly.
@adirat@hartmich and @lund I'm with you ladies... I had to talk myself back into realitiy this morning when I found myself hoping they would see a baby on my US tomorrow. I am not KTFU, I had a full AF, neg HPT and despite having some recently +OPK's the ones before that were neg... I am not KTFU or a special unicorn. That was this morning's pep talk! Oh to be an "easy breeder". I'll stop whining now, hugs ladies!

@wabash15 OMG I did the same thing - I got a realllllly positive OPK and I was like, Wait, am I KU?! Despite the fact that I had many negatives before it...
@jess0211 I've done that quite a bit as well! And then googling certain types of CM during TWW.
I once googled if the dog sniffing at my lady cave was a sign of early pregnancy. Because, you know, it's not like dogs just like to sniff random body parts of people she comes into contact with every day.
