@kelrauh I'm glad your appointment yesterday went well! Babies sure do have a funny way of choosing where they hang out! I hope your anatomy scan shows two healthy babies!

@kelrauh so cute that they were snuggling! glad everything went well
@mrygoround I had my "healthy pregnancy call" tonight (free service that my insurance provides, where a RN calls me every few weeks and checks in, goes over any concerns and sets goals- actually really cool!) I asked her about the kick count and she said after 28 weeks to pick a time (usually at night) to drink some cold water , ideally lay on left side and then time until you have counted 10 kicks. If you haven't reached 10 in 1 hour then drink some more cold water (to try and stimulate baby) and if you haven't reached 10 by 2 hours to call OB as it could be an early indicator of something not going well- hope that helps. ps your dream about the high 5 is crazy and would totally freak me out lol!

I'm 25 weeks and just starting to feel real movement. Since my placenta attached in front, the doc said it would be awhile until I would feel my LO kicking. So happy to now feel it. So reassuring. Had another Fetal Echogram on Monday and everything was fine. He didn't move much, but they were able to see a few more views of the heart and said they see no issues. I have my last monthly OB appt next Monday and then go to every 2 weeks.
@AandDM2014 - I can't imagine thinking about 3 names. I admire you. I love Edith, but I'm slightly bias as my middle name is "Eda" and if I had a girl, I would have named her Lauren Eda, or just Eda. Feel free to use it if you like it.
@wifeinraleigh28 - Your announcement. We are die hard star wars fans and wish we thought of that!
QOTW: My DH and I knew from the beginning with our first son that he would be named Liam. Now we are just stumped with a name for this little guy. We like classic names like Thomas, Ryan, James, Benjamin. It seems lately, any new name I suggest to DH, he instantly says, "No". My DS wants to name him "Liam the Second". I remind him that there is only one "Liam" in our family and he would not want to share his name with his little brother.
12/2010 - DH diagnosed with stage 3B testicular cancer. #cancersucks
10/2011 - Complications with DH and lymph nodes in groin area removed. No longer able to ejaculate.
1/2014 - TTC#2 - IUI#1. No luck. Findings: DH sperm did not survive freeze. RE recommends IVF with ICSI.
3/2014 - IVF Cycle #1 Started BCP
4/2014 - Lupron, Gonal-F, and Menopur
5/7/2014 - ER day (25 eggs retrieved, 15 mature)
5/10/2014 - 6 fertilized, 3 embryos frozen - one grade A and two Grade B. Plan was to grow out to blastocyst stage but rest of eggs arrested by day 3. Decided to freeze on day 3.
2/9/2016 - FET #1 with Grade A (8 cell - 3 day embryo); 2/20 - Beta was <5. BFN. Waiting for period and start next FET. 7/8/2016 - FET #2 with Grade B (8 cell - 3 day embryo), fingers crossed this one sticks. 7/19 - Beta was 74. BFP!!!!; 7/21 - Beta was 182; 1st U/S on 8/2; 2nd U/S on 8/16
@pdbird It isn't easy! DH once again remembered this evening that we have to pick out three names, but still says "I don't know" when I ask him what names he likes! Ugh, so frustrating!

@kelrauh Yay for a good appointment and for cuddly little babies in there! GL with your anatomy scan! Mine is in 3 weeks and I get nervous just thinking about it. I'm sure we will all get good results though!
@2legbaby I am insanely jealous of your "healthy pregnancy" call! I would love a service like that! I feel like I call the advice nurse at my OB office at least once a week just to ease my paranoia, so it seems like they should definitely just start calling ME now!
@clt2pwm11 Awww cute photo!! Congrats on having a little boy!!!
@pdbird Yay for feeling kicks! I am so looking forward to those days... congrats on having a good echo!
AFM... my cold is still lingering. I did end up going to work yesterday for a few hours to see 3 clients (only after calling their parents in the morning to warn them I was sick in case they wanted to reschedule, but they didn't). Had a rough night last night because of my cough and headache so I didn't get a lot of sleep. DH and I have tickets to see Rogue One this afternoon so hopefully that will lift my spirits a bit (we've had tickets for a couple weeks now)! Yay Star Wars!

@wifeinraleigh28 I'm sorry your cold is still hanging around. You would think that by now scientists would have found a way to just get rid of it, but nope. Lame! I hope you guys have a great time at your movie (though I'm a bit surprised you didn't see it yesterday evening!)

Hey all! My fetal echo went well. No problems there. I did talk to my doc about a weird craving I've been having for soap bubbles. Turns out I'm anemic. So I have started taking iron pills. I also have a few fibroids growing that the doctors are watching. Most importantly baby is great and I got a 3d ultrasound. He looks like DH already!
I'm hoping those colds ease up.

@cmm012 Sorry about the anemia and the fibroids, but I'm glad baby boy is doing so well! Been thinking about you as a friend of mine also deals with uterine fibroids, is having difficulties getting pregnant, and just had a loss at 9 weeks after getting pregnant through IVF. I told her your story to give her some hope!

@wifeinraleigh28 I'm so sorry for your friend. Please share with her that I've had 25 fibroids removed in the past 4 years. I still have some, but the docs are watching them. I'm not sure of her exact circumstances, but I pray for healing and that she will carry her babies to term.

@wifeinraleigh28 I hope you enjoy the movie! Dh and I saw it this afternoon and it was very good. Even with seeing the movie at 1pm the reclining seat almost made me doze off, they're just so comfortable.
@ale9687 Those reclining chairs seriously do me in every time! I did enjoy the movie! I will admit though that I liked the Force Awakens better because I prefer movies with more storyline versus so much action, but it was still great. DH LOVED it!
