I never thought I'd get to say this....but I am officially pregnant!!! My first beta came back at 207. I was so in shock I cried on the phone and didn't know what to say. Thank you so much ladies for being there for me since I was diagnosed with a low AMH back in June!

Married my best friend in 2013 (I was 33), After 1.5yrs of TTC got my first BFP naturally on 2/7/15 but ended in DNC on 4/14/15, not viable. In 2015 I was 35...Found out I had only one working ovary, which was DOR, with scar tissue and I ovulated at 7 days, with a small cervix opening and a tilted uterus... Needing an RE was a must.....IUI#1 Sept 2015,,, BFN IUI#2 Oct 2015,,,BFN IUI#3 Dec 2015,,BFN IVF#1 2/1/16- BFN IVF# on 3/29/16 retrieval only - 1 healthy chromosome tested embryo. IVF#3 retrieval 4/23/16- 0 healthy embryos. IVF#4 retrieval 6/17/16- 1 healthy embryo. FET#1-Transferred Both Healthy Embryos on 9/6/16 BFP!! 9/15/16 Beta 22.3, 9/17/16 Beta 60.5 & 9/19/16 Beta 195! 1st US on 9/23/16, only 1 Gast Sac & Yolk Sac found, US 9/30/16 US 6wk 1day saw and heard Heartbeat 120bpm!! EDD 5/25/2017 Had a healthy baby girl via CSection on 5/18/17 8lbs 15oz. Then four months later got pregnant naturally and had a healthy baby boy on 6/13/18 7lbs 6oz (at age 38). @mandasand and @JamieH2000 yay for cycle buddies! I'm doing an antagonist protocol with Menopur, Follistim & Ganirelix after 21 days of BCP. What about you two?
@20T- I'm doing estrogen priming and then antagonist protocol with the same meds as you! I did birth control and antagonist for my first cycle that got cancelled. Then estrogen priming with micro dose lupron for my second. I'm hoping that this new protocol will at least produce more than 2 eggs for me. It's scary because this is our last try. I'm only 29, so the doctors aren't sure why I don't stim better since my AMH was 1.55 in march and my fsh is normal. Hopefully we just haven't tried the right protocol yet. What did you try the first time?

@20T- I'm so sorry for your struggle too.. that must have been so hard to hear they arrested. Do you think they will try a 3 day transfer this time? My clinic does day 3 unless you have more than 4 at day 3, then they wait and see which ones keep growing. That is so exciting you are starting on 1-7!! I'll prob be a week behind that but still close enough for cycle buddies!

@kp214- I haven't gotten doses yet, probably not until after baseline, but pretty sure we are gonna do high doses. Also trying menopur this time which I haven't done before. I asked all 3 REs if lower doses may be better or if high doses can cause quality problems and none of them thought so. I guess I just have to trust them. No HGH this time. My New RE actually couldn't believe the old RE prescribed it because apparently the FDA is cracking down on the use of it and they could lose their license for prescribing it for infertility. I'm ok with skipping it since it's so expensive and not sure it helped me really. I am feeling a little hopeful again after a hard month. EPP with antagonist seemed to work good for lots of ladies so hoping it will for me. Last time I was on so much stuff I just felt like my body was freaking out a little. When is your transfer?!!
@20T- I really hope this is it for you!! Will you do two? I am so hoping I have two good quality on day three. That would be a 100 percent improvement for me honestly if we only got 3, I would consider doing 3 on day 3 even.. very unlikely they would all stick and I really just want 1 at least since this is our last try with my eggs

@Hopeful_mom OMG! Congratulations!! TWINS!! You are going to love it. My twins turned 5 months old this past week and I absolutely love every moment. They are doing so well! Although they were three months early, you'd really never know it. They are happy, healthy, and growing! I cannot imagine my life without them now! I am so happy to hear your news.
@rachlee2010 Congratulations!! I hope the BF is getting easier for you. I breastfeed, pump and bottle feed for two. It's definitely all consuming but worth it for me.

11 follies to start with is great! After 1 cancellation and 2 failures I have pretty bad anxiety for the ultrasound checks bc I usually don't get good news. I'll be thinking of you on Tuesday! Priming is good, did my first patch yesterday. I do 3 ganirelax shots, starting tonight. I hate ganirelax because it burns, but o well. Praying 3rd time is the charm for me!

The day started out magically and ended in disastrously.

It was magical today they really looked like a lil baby for the first time. You could see lil hands and feet wiggle, it was amazing!! It made feeling so awful a bit more bearable. It looked like they were waving hello to their mama but they were really waving good bye to me.
I felt sick all day and started cramping. I just thought it was the uterus making room but it just kept persisting and my worst nightmare came true and I miscarried and lost them both
U kno it hurt so bad, I literally gave birth to my babies last night. I was so close to that first hurtle and it's all over now.

@JamieH2000 my anxiety is pretty dang high too, worrying I'll only have a couple follicles. Last cycle when they found only 1 follicle after all that stimming, I was alone because my husband was in class (he's in law school). I was so devastated and I'm scared to go again by myself so I told my husband that he gets first right of refusal and if he cants make it, I have my bestie and a few others as back up. I will never again step into that clinic by myself. My husband is very busy with law school plus he teaches a 1st year law class and he just got another job on campus. I'm very proud of him and it's tough going back to school and changing careers but we are making it work!

@mandasand- I hear you! DH went to my first monitoring appts last time, until we knew I would at least get to retrieval. Our clinic is 1.5 hours from his work, so it's not feasible to get him to come every time, so thinking I will have to go alone most days since I got before work at like 630am. @kp214- I am so excited for you!! You are brave to poas, I just dread the negative after so many! Keep me posted!! I just started stims last night. Was in a great mood since my AFC was 13 (highest I have been measured/told), usually starts at 8-12. Also my AMH has stayed consistent at 1.57 from 1.55 in march, which is relief since part of me always thought the original number was wrong since my first two IVFs were so bad. So hopefully this protocol will be the one. We are doing 450 of follistim and 150 of menopur, which I haven't tried before. A little nervous that high doses aren't the best, but trusting my new RE.
