What's your awake window? I'm doing 2hrs 15 ish mins awake, then 1hr.20 mins nap. 3hrs awake, 1hr.20mins nap, 4hrs awake then bedtime. DD has finally started sttn. It's been a long journey. Sleeps 8pm-8am ish. I'm bringing this up because of the babes who are refusing 2nd nap.

Of course, mine is the type of kid to insist that he's not sleepy until he passes out, so there's that as well.
When she's with me on the weekends, she usually wakes up for a bottle anywhere from 5:30-6:30 (that's her wakeup time during the week because I leave for work by 6:30). She will drink a bottle, and usually go back to sleep until around 7:30 or 8:00. Then, she's ready for a nap by about 10:30. She sleeps for 1.5 hours. Then she's ready for a nap by about 4:00, again sleeps for 1.5 hours, and is ready for bedtime by 8:00 or 8:30.
We chose this schedule for LO because DH doesn't get home from work until 6:30 every night, and if we put her to bed much earlier, he wouldn't be able to spend any time with her.
Luckily, LO is VERY versatile. She kind of follows whatever schedule I want her to. I think that has to do with the fact that she is all over the place during the week. I'm grateful for such an easygoing baby. Even if she skips a nap, or is put down for a nap "late," she's happy. Like I said, I think she has adapted because she has had to.
