Congrats to any TTGP grads this week, our fingers are crossed!

This thread has mild restrictions - thread is primarily BFP announcements but does allow for direct questions or lengthy/personalized congrats in the comments. Use the "Love It" button to indicate "congrats!", "H&H 9 months!", "I was hoping this was your month!" and other short&sweet notes. Questions as well as longer personal congratulatory notes can be posted in the thread.

Regular board rules apply - this is not the place to ask if you are pregnant based off your symptoms or for second opinions on your tests. We do invite you to contribute in the daily TWW and WTO threads and discussions. This community gives back tenfold what you put into it!

CD/DPO of first BFP? 26 /10 Last night I took a test because I was about to have a few glasses of wine after putting DS to bed to get myself ready for working back to work and I had a squinter; I had to take a few pics and zoom in to get a good view. This morning I took another test and the line was definitely there! I was really stressing myself out this month because DS started kissing my stomach last week for no reason and that got me really emotional about giving him a sibling.

How many months/cycles had you been TTGP? 3/3

What did your chart look like? I didn't chart this cycle because last cycle I was BSC after charting which led to a huge argument with DH

What were you doing TGKU? opk, PNV, I cut back on alcohol prior to Thanksgiving

How was your timing? -5, -4,-3,-1,O,+1

What symptoms did you have, if any (CS & CD breakdowns welcome)? I haven't really had any symptoms just mild cramping. With my previous pregnancies not having any PMS symptoms was a sign that I was pregnant.

How are you going to/did you tell your partner? *TW My first pregnancy ended in a MS and with DS my doctor initially told me I was having a MS; it wasn't until I was 10 weeks that we found out everything was okay. End TW* DH and I are very nervous and just thankful for each passing day in the first trimester. I just walked downstairs and told him I took a test and it was positive. He was shocked but that didn't last long. I'm trying to think of a cute way to tell DS. I may wait and tell him around Christmas because he'll probably tell his entire class.

Anything else to add? Thank you ladies for teaching me soooooo much about TTC. I literally thought all you had to do was HIO on your ovulation day and you get pregnant. I learned so much from all of you!!! Positive thoughts for many of you joining the August BMB.

Thank you to everyone who talked me out of my spiral yesterday in TWW, and shed some light as to what possibly could be going on - I truly appreciate the time you took to answer my questions.

CD/DPO of first BFP? Here's where it gets dicey - according to FF CD36 16DPO. After having a CS yesterday, I think more CD 32/12DPO

How many months/cycles had you been TTGP? 3

What did your chart look like? It's so bad. I'll post it so you can see, but i basically stopped charting after CH, but pay attention to days following my CH - that's when I think I O'd based on secondary symptoms.

What were you doing TGKU? PNV, Preseed used as Lube. Didnt really use OPK's this month because I was never turning them (CB digitals I was/internet cheapies i wasn't)

How was your timing? Tried for EOD for 2 weeks.

What symptoms did you have, if any (CS & CD breakdowns welcome)? Nothing really, other than starving. I was waking up feeling sick because I was so hungry, but I also get like that before my period. I was getting dizzy spells but I chaulked it up to wearing my glasses more than my contacts (I was trying hard not to SS because I did is so much the last couple cycles). I also had cramps for 3 days on what I thought was CD 10,11,12.

How are you going to/did you tell your partner? I just went into the bedroom and told him. I'm in shock. I took a digital test 2 days ago (what I thought was CD14 - and I have a 12 day LP) and was really down. I had a pitty party and said to him "my period is 2 days late and I got a negative test. All my friends turned a test when they were late, but why would that happen to us?" He told me not to be so negative, and maybe it's early. So when I told him he said I owe him an apology.

Anything else to add? Just want to thank all you ladies for being so knowledgable. I went down a bad google rabbit hole yesterday, and you made me feel better. Also, I put all my faith in the temping/FF basket, and it backfired on me a little bit. I got way more EWCM and my CP was much higher and softer after my crosshairs, so I kept hugging it out. Don't stop after CH's! I wish you all nothing but the absolute best. Everyone here deserves a BFP, and although some people's paths my be easier/harder than others, I truly believe your time will come.

Some people might not know me because I'm mostly only active on the IF testing thread after spending almost a year on the other ones... but I jumped in for a comment every now and then!

CD/DPO of first BFP? 40/10... which was believable to not be the trigger anymore

How many months/cycles had you been TTGP? 16 months. Only had 2 cycles that were medicated cycles.

What did your chart look like? It looked fine. Quite a few missing temps since I was on a medicated and monitored cycle, there wasn't a serious need to have a nice chart

What were you doing TGKU? 5mg Letrozole, then 7.5mg of Letrozole, Novarel, Preseed, OPKs, TI, Progesterone post-O,

How was your timing? -4, -3, -2, -1, 0

What symptoms did you have, if any (CS & CD breakdowns welcome)? Honestly, the positive test. My boobs are tender, but that's normal with the progesterone. I have slight pulling in the uterus but nothing crazy. I honestly didn't believe it until I got my HCG checked at the RE today and it came back normal for early pregnancy.

How are you going to/did you tell your partner? I woke him up at 4:30am when I was getting ready to leave for work on Thursday and showed him the test. He said "Congratulations!" but neither of us let ourselves get excited before the bloodwork. So when the doctor called today, he danced around the kitchen! It was wonderful haha

Anything else to add? This community saved my sanity! It's hard going at this for awhile, but the ladies here are wonderful, helpful, and simply amazing! Thank you!

How many months/cycles had you been TTGP? 3/3

What did your chart look like? Errr, a few of you know my chart is a bit of a mess:

What were you doing TGKU? PNV, temping, checking CM

How was your timing? O, -1, -3, -4

What symptoms did you have, if any (CS & CD breakdowns welcome)? I complained about some symptoms during one of my posts earlier this week and assumed they were PMS because I typically get those pretty bad. I felt light cramps the last two days, tingly breasts the last two days or so and last night I had this weird wave of nausea before I went to bed. I typically get bloated just from eating one little thing and it goes away the next morning and noticed this past week that the bloating was still there first thing in the morning despite not eating late at night or anything.

How are you going to/did you tell your partner? I took a test (ok two tests and another this afternoon) this morning while he was still in bed and truly assumed it was going to be negative and then saw the second line appearing, started shaking and realized I never considered how I would tell him! I got back in bed, my cat laid on top of me and I said something like “Is she ready for big sister responsibility?” He casually said yes so I realized he didn’t get it so I said, “She’s already doing a good job!” He kept exclaiming, “You got a plus???!??!?” lol. He is so excited.

Anything else to add? I seriously am in disbelief and maybe even denial. I’m so nervous and want to be cautious, but am trying to enjoy this moment. I can’t thank you ladies enough for your insight to my many questions, listening to me complain about random stuff and for being so supportive and fun. You have no idea how much it has meant to me and I’m really going to miss everyone I’ve gotten to know. I hope the absolute best for every single one of you and to see you in the BMB soon!!!

Ok, I am shaking as I write this and I am super paranoid...but here goes...

CD/DPO of first BFP? CD 28 / 15DPO

How many months/cycles had you been TTGP? 3 months/2 cycles

What did your chart look like?
My temp dips are really concerning me (although my sleep is very erratic), should I keep temping?

Also, please ignore dotted cross hairs...they changed to that when I started tracking the watery CM toward the end of LP. Otherwise it was solid.

How was your timing? -4 and -1

What symptoms did you have, if any (CS & CD breakdowns welcome)?

All symptoms started around 9 DPO-12 DPO
-Racing heart beat on 10 DPO--a scary 15 minutes of high beats per minute, I thought I was having a panic attack or something
-Frequent urination
-Gassy (sorry)
-Extreme Insomnia for a week
-Lots of watery CM for the past 3 days
Almost of these symptoms stopped except frequent urination by 13DPO

13DPO
-Extreme exhaustion and napping
14 DPO
-Sinus Infection starting yesterday
15DPO
-Brown spotting today

How are you going to/did you tell your partner?

I haven't told him yet. He is sitting on the other couch and I am freaking out. Thinking about giving him a card and a small pair of baby socks. I don't know!!!

So, AF never showed up today like I expected. Some brown spotting off and on, and only when I wiped (sorry TMI). Well, I was feeling exhausted and a little bummed...so I said, what the hell, I am going to test. I did it with a one hour hold and a wondfo. Didn't think much would happen, but within three minutes, a second faint line appeared. I nearly pissed on myself. So, I ran to the store and bought a FRER. At a 2.5 hold I just tested a few minutes ago and there is a squinter. I am paranoid...I am 15 DPO, I know it's not FMU or a long hold...but I feel like it should be darker. Also, the spotting is concerning me. But I am going to take it day by day.

Oh and I just paid for a 1 year subscription to fertility friend....how convenient.

ETA: Just realized the EDD is 1 day after our 4 year wedding anniversary and 3 days before our 14 year dating anniversary!!

Potential Trigger warning:

I am scared (and sorry if this isn't the thread for this kind of post, I don't know which one is), but I woke up this morning at 5am to take a clear blue digital test with FMU and it was negative. The wondfo with the same sample was fainter than the three positives yesterday and the FRER. I don't have a good feeling about this...

@mokay19 OMG yayyyyyy!!!! So so happy for you!!!!

@dragonfly87 Hugs to you. Digital are not sensitive, so hopefully that's the issue with that. But you should call maybe your primary care doc and ask for betas because you have a positive that isn't getting darker. FX for you.

Also, all of you, stop temping.

@Sugargirl1019 I called because now I am experiencing dark red blood only when I wipe (sorry tmi). They are leaving a message with a doctor and will call me back.

ETA: just an update, no call back from doctors office yet. Still experiencing bleeding but no cramps or pain. I still have a bad feeling, but no real updates.

Trigger Warning:

I doubt my doctor will get back to me today and I almost don't care since there is nothing she can do anyway. I have for the most part accepted that this cycle is a loss and am trying to pull myself together. The flow is almost the amount of my typical period and I just cannot bring myself to take another test. I chose to stay home today from work because I have the extra days before the end of the year anyway. DH was able to stay with me this morning as well, which helped. I just laid in bed and cried, and he held me. I am so not an emotional person and I just cannot stop crying today...it's embarrassing. There is some hope in that I know it's possible, but I just keep wishing I had never taken those tests last night...then I would have never known and felt this way. Maybe my cycle will stay normal and we can continue with trying this month, maybe not, I do not know.

I really appreciate the support of this community and I plan to take a few days off and then joining back on the WTO threads.
